Tabitha suggested they cast a spell to bring Theresa and Pilar back, but Kay insisted they abide by their agreement with Miguel to not use magic any more. Kay asked Tabitha about organ music she started to hear. Tabitha explained the organ music is a warning that someone is going to die. Kay was annoyed when Tabitha couldn't tell her WHO was going to die. Worried at death being on their doorstep, Kay joined Tabitha in her stress-relieving ritual. Kay then heard the sound of a shovel digging dirt and the dirt hitting something. Tabitha said it's the sound of a grave being dug and dirt hitting the coffin. Kay finally passed out from the anxiety. When she regained consciousness she was happy to see that all the sounds she was hearing had stopped. Kay asked Tabitha if that was a good sign. Tabitha told Kay that unfortunately death is really coming, she's just not sure to whom. Just then a map of Mexico materialized on their wall, and then a pot of flowers died. Tabitha said someone is definitely dying in Mexico. Kay debated whether to break her promise with Miguel and use her magic to save him and his family before it's too late.

Luis, Miguel and Ethan reviewed the file on Juanita during their flight to Mexico. The three tried to rest before they landed. During his nap, Miguel had a champagne-filled fantasy about returning to Kay. Meanwhile, Ethan dreamed about his own amorous reunion with Theresa with lots of candlelight, while Luis daydreamed a simpler — but still happy — reunion with Fancy. All three men's fantasies culminated in them making love to their women. After their fantasies concluded, the three sketched out their game plan on what to do when they land.

Juanita's henchman brought Pilar to Juanita, who promised Pilar she'd finally get the punishment she deserved. The henchman told Juanita that Theresa escaped, which infuriated Juanita. Theresa eavesdropped from the patio outside, determined to rescue her mother. Juanita demanded to know Theresa's whereabouts, but Pilar refused to cooperate, challenging Juanita to take her life. Juanita promised Pilar she won't rest until Pilar's entire family is wiped out. Juanita brandished a taser and threatened to use it on Pilar if she didn't start cooperating. When Pilar challenged Juanita to "Do her worst," Theresa exclaimed "No." Juanita heard something and sent her henchman outside to investigate the noise. When Theresa heard the sound of the taser, she gave herself away and the henchman captured her. Theresa broke free, stormed into the house and wrestled the taser from Juanita. Theresa zapped Juanita and the the henchman and prepared to flee with Pilar when Juanita drew her gun on them. Theresa lunged forward and zapped Juanita again and then ran off with Pilar. Theresa and Pilar escaped to the docks. Theresa said she was going to fetch a boat. Pilar urged Theresa not to come back for her, but Theresa promised she would and swam out to get the boat. When Pilar collected herself, she spotted a sign on the dock warning about sharks in the water. As Theresa swam closer to the boat, a shark could be seen swimming around her. Meanwhile Juanita and her henchman armed themselves with an arsenal of weapons and prepared to hunt down Theresa and Pilar.
