At the airport, Fox put the moves on Esme, who played hard to get. Fox asked Esme about the nature of her package she was picking up. Her "package" turned out to be her niece, Vicky. Fox invited Esme and Vicky to be his guests at the mansion. Once there, Vicky whispered to Esme and Esme told Fox they had to go. When Fox questioned where, Esme covered and said Vicky was hungry and wanted pizza. Fox told them the cooks at the mansion could make one, and invited them to stay. Fox wondered why Vicky whispered everything she said to Esme, who always spoke on her behalf. Through Esme Vicky thanked Fox for the pizza, and Esme and Fox rekindled their flirtations.

Vincent's psychiatrist told Julian and Eve that whoever forced Vincent to commit his crimes must be a horrible, evil person. Julian and Eve both thought that it couldn't be Alistair because Alistair was dead. The pair recapped Alistair's machinations to the psychiatrist, who asked if Alistair could have tormented Vincent enough before he died to make him this weak. Eve and Julian explained to the psychiatrist how evil Alistair "was." They wondered who could be pulling Vincent's strings. Dressed as a prison guard, an alive and well Alistair entered Vincent's cell and scared him by threatening to kill him. Vincent tearfully pleaded for his life while Alistair berated him for being an embarrassment and a failure. Alistair put Vincent in a choke hold and commanded him to die. Vincent bought himself a reprieve when he told Alistair he knows a secret about Little Ethan: Julian isn't his father, Ethan is. Alistair broke out into a tyrannical rage, which Eve and Julian could hear from their end of the prison.

Pretty dropped the bomb on Luis that Fancy was responsible for Pretty's scar, as Sheridan cheered from the sidelines. Fancy denied that was an accurate version of the truth, and recalled in her own mind how Pretty was choking her and Fancy grabbed the pool chemicals in self-defense. Luis defended Fancy and declared that Pretty's story isn't consistent with the kind of person he knows Fancy is. Pretty challenged Luis to ask Fancy for himself if he doesn't believe Pretty. Fancy told Luis it was an accident, and ran out. Sheridan ran to Luis and pretended to be helpful by telling him that they tried to keep the "real Fancy" a secret. Luis ran after Fancy, which annoyed Sheridan. Fancy continued to hide from Luis, fearing that he'd be so angry. "I am so ashamed," Fancy whispered to herself.

Rebecca and Gwen lamented that they were trapped in the bathroom and unable to disrupt Ethan and Theresa's wedding. Gwen realized they could open the door if they knocked the pins out of the hinges. With Rebecca's help Gwen dislodged the first pin. Theresa encouraged the minister and Ethan to speed things up because she couldn't wait, but Ethan wanted to savor every moment so he paid the minister to start from the beginning. Friends and family looked on as Ethan and Theresa exchanged their vows. Ethan shocked everyone by asking the minister to pause before pronouncing them husband and wife. Ethan reassured Theresa and everyone that everything is OK, he simply wanted to take a moment to appreciate the importance of the occasion (cue extended Theresa and Ethan flashback montage) and how lucky they are. When the montage ended, Theresa and Ethan kissed passionately. The minister reminded them they haven't concluded the service. As the minister was about to pronounce them husband and wife it was Theresa's turn to interrupt the festivities. "There's something I have to tell you now," Theresa told Ethan. Just then Rebecca and Gwen began pounding on the bathroom door. When Theresa heard the pounding she changed her mind and asked the minister to conclude. At long last the minister pronounced Ethan and Theresa husband and wife, and for the first time in public announced them as Mr. and Mrs. Ethan Winthrop. As Ethan and Theresa celebrated with everyone, Gwen and Rebecca finally broke out of the bathroom and knocked over an intervening Chad. They were upset to learn they arrived too late. After regrouping, Gwen and Rebecca taunted Theresa by announcing they have a "doozy" of a wedding present to give her and Ethan.
