"I know you still love me, Whitney," Chad thought after he forced a kiss on her in front of their son. Whit was disgusted, but put on a happy face for Miles. Whitney insisted Miles sleep at Eve's with her. Chad said he would be there in the morning with breakfast and to bring Miles to school. Eve pointed out that that is a good compromise. Alone, Whitney told her husband she didn't like being cornered. Eve gathered Miles and his things for the sleepover. Whitney told Chad it’s over between them. "The thought of being intimate with you again actually makes me sick," she said. Whit informed Chad that she's suing for full custody of Miles. "Over my dead body," he responded. At the Russell house, Whit blamed her mom for her problems because she wasn't honest about her son with Julian, and thinking he was Whit's sister sent Chad to sleep with a man. Eve pointed out that is not the case; Chad would've have done it anyway. Eve wondered if she was to Blame, after all.

Tempers flared at Tabitha's house where Miguel declared he would expose Julian and Fox for their plot to put him behind bars. Fox, in turn, threatened to kill Migs. When Fox said he loves Kay, she responded, "No you don't. You loved controlling me." Ivy made some rude remarks about Kay, so Fox told her to shut up. Kay wondered how to stop all the arguing. The demon elf, who was hiding, told her to use her magic to figure out which guy in her life is telling the truth. When Fox gave Kay a cup of water, she hoped to see the truth in it, just like Tabitha has visions in her magic bowl. Ivy noticed Kay wasn't drinking her water, so she traded cups with her. The elf caused Ivy's to boil and burn her. Kay tried again to use her magic with the water. When it failed, the elf assisted her. A vision of Julian and Fox talking about hiring Spike to run Fox over and frame Miguel appeared. A fuming Kay splashed the water in Fox's face and yelled at him about nearly getting himself killed in the hit and run, and realized Fox also hired Miguel and Charity imposters. Kay stood her ground and told Fox and Julian she will have them put in jail for what they did. She admitted she did love Fox, but now realizes he never really loved her. Kay and Miguel were thrilled they could finally be together. Fox blamed his parents for making him lose his wife.

A brokenhearted Pilar made food to take to Luis on death row. Theresa gave her hope that the blackmailer will be captured, which will free Luis. However, that also would mean the blackmailer will reveal her secret and Ethan will hate her for keeping Little Ethan's paternity from him. They had a discussion about how secrets hurt people.

At Sheridan's cottage, Ethan slapped the vial of poison out of the blackmailers hand and shouted, "I can't let you kill yourself." The half-male/half-female assumed that meant Ethan loves him and kissed him. Ethan pushed him off, and told the masked criminal that he loves Theresa, not him. The blackmailer freaked out. "Theresa is nothing more than a lying little bitch ... I love you in ways you can't even begin to imagine," he/she screamed. The blackmailer went on about how he has gotten rid of nearly everyone in their way, but Theresa must die. Ethan warned him/her that he will murder him/her if he harms Theresa. He pointed out that the blackmailer has an unusual way of showing his love, like when he tied Ethan to a chair. "I can't wait until you see how I've planned our first real date. You're going to love the leather briefs I bought for you," he/she said. Ethan, again, tried to get through to the blackmailer and explain that he doesn't love him/her. Still, the blackmailer was adamant that they will be together. He described their future, which included dancing cheek to cheek. A fantasy sequence showed Ethan happily and romantically dancing with the masked Creature. Once he snapped out of the fantasy, the blackmailer warned Ethan that his love for Theresa will turn into hate once he learns her secret.

As Eve tried to convince Whitney to give her marriage another chance, Chad insisted he wasn't gay. Whit blasted her hubby — again — for his dishonesty and demanded that Miles be returned to her. "You're acting like children!" Eve huffed to both of them. Chad offered to do anything Whitney wanted in order to prove how much he loves her. "Just tell me what to do?" he begged, but Whitney wouldn't take him up on it, no matter how many happy memories he invoked. They were interrupted when a pajama-clad Miles toddled into the room. Chad then kissed Whitney, knowing she couldn't react in front of their son.

As Fox and Miguel continued to brawl, Ivy blurted that her son wasn't even ill. That declaration was enough to stop the fight and Kay demanded to know if her mother-in-law was being honest. "Fine, it's the truth," confirmed an exasperated Ivy. Feeling cornered, Fox confessed he wasn't dying and only perpetrated the hoax because he loved Kay so much. She reamed him for his deceit and was further disgusted when Julian revealed his part in the ruse. Fox thanked his mom for ruining his life but Ivy sniffed that he would be better off with Kay. Miguel urged Kay to leave with him but she continued her tirade against Fox. When Ivy called her daughter-in-law a tramp, Kay actually felt sorry for Fox being cursed with such parents. "Good-bye, Fox," said Kay but Julian reminded her of their deal and that Miguel would go back to prison. Miguel wanted to call Julian's bluff and threatened to blab all to the tabloids.

A nervous Theresa heard someone lurking in the Crane mansion, but no one answered when she called out. She got so spooked that she dashed outside through the French doors and started running through the gardens. She screamed when a shadow suddenly loomed over her. "Leave me alone!" she yelled, while curled up next to the garden wall. She was relieved when Pilar approached her instead, but Theresa was convinced that someone was following her. Pilar tried to comfort her daughter, but she was too freaked out to calm down. "I don't feel safe with that thing out there," Theresa sobbed so Pilar suggested they cook something special for Luis.

From the closet in Sheridan's cottage, a knife-wielding He/She watched Ethan search for Sheridan. Ethan found the freak and, after a scuffle, wrestled the knife away. "You're toast," he sneered but, despite wearing half of a skirt, He/She overpowered Ethan and held the blade to his throat. "You're going to die," hissed He/She but they started to rumble once again. The masked weirdo then held up a bottle and threatened suicide. Ethan didn't believe it but He/She took a swig. Ethan knocked the bottle away and He/She rewarded him with a smooch.

At Tabitha's house, the demon elf eavesdropped on the goings on from the top of an armoire. Julian blabbed to all about his deal with Kay to get Miguel out of jail so she would stay with Fox, who denied knowing anything about the scheme. Miguel was thankful to Kay for doing whatever it took to get him out of prison. Julian threatened to cause Migs to go back behind bars because Kay had sex with him; Kay begged him not to. Jules offered another deal; give up Miguel once and for all so she can be with Fox. Miguel refused to let Kay live a loveless life with Fox. Ivy walked in, happy to hear Kay and Fox won't be together. Fox quickly corrected his mother. Julian started to call Chief Bennett to turn in Miguel. Kay tried to use a spell to stop him. The elf helped her out, then disappeared. Fox and Miguel started to fight. During the brawl, Ivy accidentally blabbed that Fox isn't sick. "What did you just say?" questioned Kay.

The half-man/half-woman arrived at Sheridan's cottage to encourage her to kill Theresa. Sher said she's not a murderer and picked up the phone to turn the he/she into the cops. The freak showed her a bottle of poison and claimed he or she will drink it before the cops arrive, and if he or she is dead, he/she won't be able to save Luis from death row. Sheridan hung up the phone. The blackmailer once again posed a deal; kill Theresa and Luis will be free. Sheridan fantasized about different ways to murder Theresa. "I can't take an innocent person's life," Sheridan told the blackmailer. The elf used his black magic to make Sheridan possessed. In a trance, she left her cottage to find Theresa.

Jared ran off to find the blackmailer. Ethan begged Theresa to just tell him her secret so she doesn't have to worry about the blackmailer anymore. When she didn't, he decided to find the man/woman and get the information from him/her. Theresa was desperate for Ethan to stay with her, but he rushed out... Around the corner, Rebecca told Gwen she's been acting different lately. Gwen denied actually wanting to kill Theresa. "It is a lovely thought though," she winked. Bec told her daughter to reclaim Ethan, but Gwen didn't want to be humiliated again by her soon-to-be ex-husband. She then pointed out she has a new man who appreciates her, but didn't tell her mom who he is. Bec got a call about J.T.'s missing flash drive and left to fetch it. Gwen realized there is nothing left for her in Harmony. The elf appeared and demonized Gwen. "I'll kill that bitch," she said about her rival. Theresa heard a noise and quickly got scared when nobody answered her.... Ethan arrived at Sheridan's cottage, unaware that the blackmailer was hiding in her closet.

At the police station, Jared demanded Sam do something about the person blackmailing Theresa. The chief said they're trying to catch the monster.
