The minute Oliver walked into their living room, Cris put his T-shirt on. Oliver called him on it. "What is your type?" Cris asked. "Kyle," he answered. Cris told Oliver that Kyle was settling for Nick. Cris thought that Kyle wanted Oliver to "work for it." Cris analyzed the situation for Oliver. "Kyle and Nick are getting married," Oliver said, which stopped Cris cold. "As in husband and husband?" Cris asked. Cris reminded Oliver that it wouldn't be a legal marriage. Oliver changed the subject. Cris admitted he had kissed Layla. "She backed off," Cris explained. Cris explained that Layla wanted Evangeline's blessing before they could get together. "Well, we are a pair," Oliver said, with a smile. John called Oliver and told him he needed his help. Oliver left immediately.

Layla came home, and Cris and Layla started talking about Oliver and Kyle, but they were really talking about their own relationship. Cris made it clear he didn't want to give up on her.

Nick bought Kyle a tux for the wedding. Kyle modeled the tux for Nick. Nick wondered if Kyle was having second thoughts. "Yes," Kyle admitted. Nick reminded Kyle that the wedding had to be important to him. Nick begged Kyle to come clean and tell him he wasn't ready to go through with this. Nick wanted to make sure Kyle made a choice and gave him the opportunity to change his mind. Kyle thanked Nick for giving him an out. Kyle said he'd freak out no matter who he married, but made it clear he would go through with the wedding tomorrow. Kyle remembered a conversation he had had with Oliver. Oliver showed up at Kyle's door.

Danielle complained to her mother (Téa) that she hates school. "These are not my people," she said. Téa tried to explain that it was time for her to get a real education. Ross walked in on Téa's phone call. Téa lied to Danielle when she asked if that was "Dad" in the background. Ross demanded to talk to his daughter. Téa hung up the phone. Ross and Téa began to fight over the phone. Ross wanted to get Dani's phone number. Téa got the phone away from Ross, and deleted her address book. Téa smashed a vase over his head.

Todd stopped kissing Blair. "Are you thinking about Téa?" Blair asked. Todd didn't know how he could have missed the fact that Téa was lying to him. Todd thought he had to stop bouncing from one woman to another. Blair didn't think either of them wanted to be alone. They started kissing.

Téa walked in on Todd on top of Blair. "Oh my god," Téa said. "This was a record, even for you two," Téa announced. The two women started to argue. Téa said she needed to see this. "I dodged a bullet," Téa blurted out. Ross walked in. "Don't tell me you are back with this loser?" he asked Blair, pointing at Todd. Téa pulled Ross out of the room before he could let anything leak about a child. Todd didn't think Téa's "big" secret could only be about money.

Todd told Blair that Téa didn't deserve his love. Ross refused to stop badgering Téa about Danielle. "I want her number. You owe me," he said. Téa told Ross that he would have to love his daughter from afar.

Over in England, Matthew apologized for having used Danielle's phone. The two compared notes on who had worse parents. Danielle told Matthew about life on Tahiti. Matthew explained what Bo and Nora had done. Danielle agreed: Matthew's situation was worse. Danielle told Matthew that her mom was a great lawyer. "A total shark," Danielle explained. Danielle reported that it was past curfew and they went back to their respective dorm rooms. An "I kind of like her" grin went over Matthew's face.

Jessica freaked when she got a phone call from Nash. Jessica kept screaming that Nash was calling. Viki and Charlie ran in to help her. Viki tried to calm Jessica down. John showed up and questioned Jessica. She insisted that it was Nash's voice on the other end of the phone. Charlie declared that Jared would never have done this. Jessica started to cry. John said that he had recorded Jessica's call from Nash. Viki and Charlie were shocked to hear that all their phones had been tapped. Oliver set up the equipment and they all listened to Nash's phone call. Viki also thought it sounded like Nash. Jessica began crying. "Why would someone want to hurt me?" Jessica wondered.

John ran the software which proved there was an identical match between Nash's recent conversation with Jessica and one she had saved on her phone. Jessica, Viki and Charlie were stunned.
