Todd asked Blair why she had a file on Téa. Blair admitted she was having someone investigate Téa. "Why?" Todd asked. Blair insisted that Téa was holding a big secret and she was determined to find out what it was. Todd accused Blair of being jealous that Todd and Téa were building a life together. Talk returned to that moment in the cabaƱa. Blair told her ex that she could have Todd any time she wanted. "Right here and right now," she said as she started to kiss him and then bit him. Todd told Blair that things were over between them and that he was going to make things work with Téa.

Saying he was certain Téa would tell him the secret when she wanted to, Todd claimed that he had changed. "It's different with Téa," he explained — then tore up all the papers Blair had on Téa! Blair immediately called Rex for another set.

Téa began to question Matthew in his wheelchair. He recounted the events after the car accident and the moment he learned that he would never walk again. Matthew admitted that he tried to be okay for his parents but he wasn't. Téa pointed out to the courtroom that he was a jock before the accident. Téa talked about the arrival of Greg Evans in Matthew's life. Matthew told the courtroom that his parents didn't really like Dr. Evans, and that he wanted the chance to walk again. "I'm 15 I'm not 6, but I'm willing to take that chance," he told the courtroom. Nora and Bo listened intently.

Elijah cornered Téa. Destiny told Matthew he was awesome. Nora and Bo approached their son. They admitted that what he had just said was tough to hear. Elijah began questioning Matthew and asked him if his bad decisions had forced him into the car.

Rex pulled apart an embracing Schuyler and Gigi. "What part of this do I not get?" Rex snapped at them. Schuyler tried to explain that he had been hugging Gigi goodbye. Rex told Schuyler he was hung up on a girl who is "already taken." Rex wanted Schuyler to admit that he was on the make. Schuyler reminded Rex that he has "this amazing woman." Schuyler said goodbye to Gigi. Gigi begged Rex to trust her. "I want things to be right between us," she said. "We spend 90 percent of our time fighting. Are we ever going to be okay again?" she wondered. Rex suggested that he and Gigi focus just on "us." "We can't let anyone screw with us again," Gigi declared and the two cemented their love with a kiss.

Stacy and Kim reviewed the list of possible fathers for her baby. Stacy placed a call to Kyle. Kyle agreed to meet Stacy and take care of "unfinished business." Stacy got all dolled up, ready to seduce Kyle, but as she came on to him, Kyle, was clearly uncomfortable. "What are you doing? Are you seducing me?" he asked. "You want me to, don't you?" Stacy purred. "Actually no," he told a startled Stacy. Kim appeared and suggested a threesome. Kyle told them he was gay, and left. Stacy immediately dialed sperm donor number 2, Oliver.

At the gym, Oliver watched as Kyle chatted up a new young man and they exchanged numbers. Kyle said goodbye to Oliver, who flashed back to their last kiss. Oliver gave Nick a vague warning about Kyle, but when Kyle called him, Nick made plans to meet.

Rachel and Greg talked about how they weren't attracted to each other though clearly they were. Greg said that she wasn't his type. Rachel told Greg he avoided his feelings. Frustrated, Greg stormed out. A solemn Schuyler came into Rachel's office and told her he had to quit Gigi cold turkey. Rachel was sympathetic and said that sometimes the right thing was the hardest thing to do.
