David arrived at La Boulaie claiming to have realized what's really important. After explaining that he hasn't been fired from his hemorrhoid cr&eecute;me campaign, David sat Dorian down in the garden and announced that he's there to win her back. He said he'd be there for 13 weeks or longer, if she'll have him, and went on to describe a little bit of their history and their friends. When she began to talk about the "graduation day debacle," he curiously told her to speak up. She went on to recap Ray's exit brought on by his daughter's madness. David seemed disappointed that they weren't around and even more dismayed that he'd missed out on all the baby drama. Dorian wasn't fazed by all his questioning and loud gesturing — such as a heroic promise to always protect her followed by a steamy kiss — until she found the tiny microphone under his lapel. After being doused by Dorian's garden hose, a TV crew listened hopefully as David pitched a reality show based on Dorian's houseguests and suggested the title CRAMER VS. CRAMER VS. CRAMER. But Dorian wasn't having it and refused to let him use her family to further his career.

Elijah explained to Bo and Nora that the defense would have to prove that Bo and Nora aren't fit to make a decision about their child's well-being. He also mentioned that Téa and Matthew seem to have something on them. Meanwhile, Téa was nervous around Todd as she thought back to Elijah's assumption that she has something to hide. He sat her down on the bed and said he likes their chances at a real relationship, but Téa pointed out that there's always Blair. He suggested that he try to get his court mandate reversed and move out of Dorian's. When he considered calling Elijah Clarke, Téa shot down the idea immediately. After persuading him to leave, Todd reluctantly took off, promising to return. Meanwhile, Blair offered Rex the job of digging up dirt on Téa, specifically her "big secret." Rex wanted to know why she was so set on ruining Téa's life and wanted a better reason than that she's seeing Todd, but Blair managed to talk him into it.

Over at Rodi's, Matthew reported to Greg that they have a shot at the surgery now that he's been granted trial. Greg admitted that he's not totally comfortable with doing the surgery without Matthew's parents' consent. Rachel looked skeptical, and Matt asked if she would approve of him having the surgery. She explained that she doesn't feel too good about the risk and tried to make him see that he can have a full life the way he is now. After a pep talk from Destiny, Greg returned and volunteered to testify for Matthew since Rachel wouldn't.

Langston showed up at the diner excited for a sailing date with Markko, but her boyfriend had to work another shift to make some money. The stress was clearly getting to him as he snapped at Langston and dropped a plate. Langston offered to loan him some money.

Todd returned to La Boulaie and told Blair it wouldn't be long before he could move out. "It won't be long now, Téa," she whispered to herself afterward. Téa, meanwhile, opened up a mysterious briefcase and looked dismayed upon reviewing its contents.
