Rafe spied Olivia and Natalia caressing each other and saying how beautiful they thought the other was. "I want it to be okay," Liv said of their relationship. "I'm terrified," she admitted. "Me, too," said Natalia, "but I love you and we'll figure it out." Olivia went on that she didn't do anything to deserve Nat. "You make me so happy," Natalia said. Rafe came over to them with a curious look, and Natalia praised him for getting a job at a hardware store. She wanted to celebrate with the family.

Ashlee and Christina visited James in jail and asked if the stolen money paid for the trip to Universal Studios. He said it didn't.... At Company, Daisy cleaned the restaurant. Frank and Buzz came over to her, but she said she was too busy to talk. After, Christina and Ashlee asked Daisy why she'd brought James cake in jail. She blushed and muttered a reply about how she had to get rid of it because it was going stale.

Matt helped Frank move into his new place. He was confident that Frank would soon find another woman to love.... Rafe sat alone in his bedroom and thought about what he'd witnessed between the two women. Meanwhile, Nat and Liv looked forward to having their dinner with Rafe.... Liv ran into Frank while shopping and he offered to keep her company. Meanwhile, Natalia brought Frank some homemade cookies at his new place. She thanked him for being there for Rafe.... Rafe spent time with Emma and noticed the picture of her with Natalia and Olivia. Emma stated that Nat and Liv were more than just best friends that it was "different" between them.

Emma wanted to come with Phillip to see James, but he said she could join him the next time. He told her to make a list of all the fun stuff she wants to do over the summer so he could do those things with her. Phillip was touched when Emma called him "a really good daddy." Aww. After, he went to check in on James, but James was cold toward him. "I know that this is hard, but eventually you'll see that these lessons you're learning right now will be valuable," said Phillip. James spat that he hates him. Later, Beth visited him and brought her son some food. Beth was alarmed when the D.A. stopped by with news that James was charged with hundreds of violations, and could get centuries in prison. She promised that they'd fight it.

Rick met up with Lizzie and Bill, with a grave expression on his face. They were alarmed, but it turns out all he wanted was for them to come up with the kids' games at the Bauer barbecue. He advised them not to play a certain game because it made the kids too dizzy. Lizzie and Bill were eager to help out and started making a list. Grabbing a wad of crumpled paper and a rolled-up posted, they played an impromptu game of baseball .... which quickly turned into a make-out session. Later, Christina and Ashlee joined them to help them brainstorm ideas at the gym. They asked the girls to be their "testers," then engaged in a game of tug-of-war.

Rafe went for a walk and ran into Daisy. He asked her about Natalia leaving Frank at the altar, and wanted to know why she did that. He noted that she could've told Frank sooner. Daisy argued that she changes her mind all the time and that women are complicated.... Nat visited Gus's grave and told him that things are "really good" between herself and Olivia. She asked him to watch over Rafe for her.... Matt invited Olivia to go hiking with him, but she turned him down. Later, Rafe caught the women in an intimate moment and asked what they're doing.

Phillip confided in Rick about his troubles with James, and how James doesn't seem to understand that what he did was wrong. "He just does whatever he feels like. There are no rules," Phillip lamented. "I wonder where he got that from," Rick said drily.... Buzz paid James a visit and joked that James's scheme showed he had "initiative." He suggested that the next time James use his smarts to do something legal.... Beth angrily informed Phillip that James could end up spending the rest of his life in prison. Phillip later met with the D.A. to discuss the charges. The D.A. explained that there were hundred of victims. Phillip didn't think James deserved to be in jail for life, but the D.A. disagreed. After, an upset Phillip regretted putting his son in jail. Rick told him that because he set it in motion, Phillip needs to fix the situation.

What game did Rick not want the kids to play at the barbecue?
