At the spa, Olivia, Natalia and Emma got their nails done. Emma went off to play with a friend so Nat and Liv discussed Rafe's situation at the halfway house. Nat promised to tell her son everything. Later, they discussed how much progress they've made with each other and worried about what people will say back in Springfield when word gets out about their relationship and their romantic weekend away together. Liv suggested they rehearse their speech for when the inevitable questioning begins.

At the Beacon, Shayne was excited about spending the day with Dinah and suggested they go to the movies. Dinah was more interested in making sure that Shayne showed up for his physical at Cedars and discussing baby Henry. Meanwhile at Cedars, Henry's doctor informed Mallet and Marina that Henry is severely anemic and needs a blood transfusion immediately, but the child has a rare blood type so there are no matches just yet. M&M panicked, of course. When Dinah and Shayne arrived, they heard the news about Henry. Mallet pointed out it will be tough finding a donor match because a blood relative would be ideal. After, Dinah blasted Shayne for not saying anything. Shayne explained that he's going to donate his blood on the sly and swore Dinah to secrecy.

At Cross Creek, Blake revealed to Reva that she spilled to Jeffrey that Josh might still be romantically interested in La Shayne. Reva was miffed and left to go find Jeffrey, who had confronted Josh about being too close to Reva. He urged Josh to move on, citing that Edmund's case is closed, and basically told him to back off of Reva and called him out for not being able to let go of her. Josh refused to back down, fearful that Reva is still in danger. "Reva will always be part of my life," Josh explained. "I love you Josh, but sometimes I just want to strangle you!" Jeffrey yelled. The men continued to bicker until Reva rushed in and broke up the fight. She told the men that they're being immature. Jeffrey lashed out at his wife for always turning to Josh during distressing times and surmised that she's the one having trouble letting go. Reva stormed off in a huff.

Back at the spa, Olivia got a call from Ava in San Francisco and told Nat she needs to go see her daughter. So, Nat offered to care for Emma while Liv is gone and pointed out that she and Liv are intertwined. They agreed that they'd miss each other and said good-bye.

Back at Cedars, Dinah told Marina that she has a good feeling about Henry and said she thinks he has a guardian angel. She urged Marina to go to the donor room and make an impassioned plea to everyone there, adding that it might help Henry's cause. Shayne, meanwhile, was giving blood in the donor room — unaware that Marina was on her way in as well. Just as Marina was about to enter, Mallet rushed in to tell her that they found a donor. She was elated and they departed to chat with Henry's doc. Meanwhile, Shayne blasted Dinah for trying to get Marina to see him donating blood, angry that she betrayed his trust. Later, Dinah looked on as Mallet and Marina were reunited with baby Henry before his transfusion.

After his intense encounter with Jeffrey and Reva, an agitated Josh told Matt that he does need a break from Reva but added that he'd have to move if he really wanted to. Mallet suggested that Josh find a new woman and vowed to help him find ladies to date. Later, Josh saw Shayne and said that he needs to go after Edmund to make certain that Winslow is out of commission. He said that he's keeping it on the down-low for Reva's sake. Shayne offered to assist his pop in the search. "How soon can you pack?" Josh asked.

Reva and Jeffrey made up at home. Reva admitted she was scared about going to her doctor appointment earlier because she fears that her cancer is not in remission and doesn't like the added stress of the Edmund and Josh situation. She held baby Colin and said they have a perfect family. Jeffrey assured her that she doesn't have to worry about Edmund anymore. "It's off the table," he said.
