Frank took Natalia's hands and told him that he knew it was right they were together because she fit in so well with his family. He then asked what type of wedding she wanted and suggested some ideas, like having it in his or her backyard. Soon, Olivia joined them. Frank officially got down on one knee and proposed to Nat, who accepted. "You can get up now," Liv told him. "Do I have to?" he joked. Liv did her best to look happy for them. After, they returned to the kitchen where Olivia raised a toast to the couple. Frank promised to make Natalia happy; Liv turned away when they shared a quick kiss. She then said she needed to leave because she had things to do. Natalia was eager to tell his family the good news.

Marina got a letter saying that she got Company back. After she joined Daisy, Mallet and Buzz at home, who were all cooing over baby Henry. Daisy informed Marina that they were going to the courthouse to watch Phillip fry. Marina asked if they could move past their issues with the Spauldings and start focusing on their family instead. Daisy agreed ... after they watched Phillip get his.

A frantic Lizzie asked if Phillip did something to Grady. Phillip explained that he didn't have a choice because he had to keep Lizzie safe. Lizzie was horrified. "You are just like Granddad," she told him. "I don't want to be a part of it. I don't want to know that someone is dead because of me." Phillip assured her that she had nothing to do with his actions. "This was my choice, not yours!" he stated. Lizzie thought he should've brought in the police, but Phillip noted that it would've been her word against Grady's. "I just grabbed him ... and he was gone," Phillip recalled. "I threw him over the cliff. God help me, I killed him ... and I'd do it again." He then declared his love for his daughter, but Lizzie admitted that she didn't feel safe with him. "You kidnap people, you murder people, that is not love," she argued. "How can it be love when it makes you do such awful things?" "It's love; it's overwhelming," he replied. He left when Bill joined Lizzie. Bill asked what Phillip said to her. "He just told me he loved me," she said quietly. Lizzie then told Bill that her dad "took care" of Grady for her. She wished she could be away from her family. Bill pointed out that her family made her who she is. "They love you in their own freakish way," he noted. "We don't have to let loving them take away from what we have." Bill urged her to go to the courthouse.

Frank and Nat stopped by Mallet and Marina's place and revealed they they were engaged. M&M were thrilled. Marina offered to help with all of the wedding details. Frank wanted Natalia to have the wedding of her dreams. "Nicely done, Dad," Marina said when she got a look at the ring.... Olivia got drunk with Edmund and Shane. After ordering in pizza, they created their own little rock band with Liv playing drums and the guys singing and playing guitar (or trying to play, in this case). Liv thanked them for the fun time.

At the courthouse, Beth met up with Phillip. She thought he needed a real attorney rather than her. Soon, the hearing began. Buzz read a letter from Harley saying that she was glad her kids were out of the country with Phillip in town.... Beth took the stand and Doris questioned her about Beth and Phillip's relationship. Beth admitted that she's been afraid of him. Beth then acted as Phillip's lawyer and called Emma to the stand. Phillip didn't want her at the trial, but Emma insisted on being there. On the stand, Beth asked how Emma felt about Phillip "He's my Daddy. I love him," she said. Doris then questioned the little girl and Emma said that she was afraid she'd lose Phillip again. Beth said they had no other witnesses; Doris called Alan for the prosecution's side. Alan stated that he believed Phillip was dangerous and had recently displayed some erratic behavior. Lizzie then asked if she could take the stand. She said that Phillip was really trying to protect her, even if he went about it in the wrong way. She explained that while she couldn't really forgive him, she believed that he loves her. "I want him to learn how to love that much without letting his emotions conquer him," she finished. Later, Phillip asked Beth if he could have a few minutes by himself to clear his head.

Marina invited her family to Company. There, Frank informed a thrilled Buzz of his engagement. Marina then joined them and announced that she is now the owner. "Our family needs to own this restaurant. This is who we are," she stated. "I think it's wonderful," Nat told her. The rest agreed and celebrated the good news.... Olivia stopped by and sadly peered in the window at Natalia fitting in so well with the Coopers.

Phillip left the courthouse and spied Lizzie snuggling with Bill. The scene made him smile.
