Overwhelmed by her surprise baby, Marina demanded that Mallet give her some answers. He revealed that he got the child in Bosnia and kept it a secret from her because he didn't want to get her hopes up. He didn't fully disclose the shady means in which he procured the infant but, after sitting Marina down, explained that Dinah was involved. She wasn't too pleased.

At the farm, Natalia was stunned by Frank's proposal. He assured her that he respects her faith and knows that's why she feels so guilty about sleeping with him before. He pointed out all of their similarities and said he wants to make Nat's life better and help Rafe get an early release. Nat was touched but told Frank she needs time to think about it; Frank understood and happily offered to wait for her answer.

Meanwhile, Olivia headed over to Farley's bar where Ladies’ Night was being held. She felt uncomfortable when she realized there were no men inside and quickly realized it was lesbian night. She tried to explain her case to the bartender and admitted that she doesn't consider herself a lesbian, but did admit that she's attracted to a very religious woman right now. "Then I say walk away because she's going to break your heart," the bartender shrugged.

As Liv got up to leave, she ran into — wait for it — Doris! Doris tried to cover, but Liv called her bluff and blasted her for being such a hypocrite. In turn, Doris made a dig at Liv and told her she's not being honest about her own relationship with Nat. Then Doris explained that she's keeping her sexuality secret because she is a public figure, then asked Liv what it'd take to keep her quiet.

At the Beacon, Shayne tried to apologize to Dinah for treating her so terribly after the deleted photo snafu. Then he brought up Lara's music box and explained to Dinah just how much it means to him that she found it because it was one of Lara's childhood mementos. Dinah was pleased that she could make up for her wrongdoing and both of them leaned in for a kiss. Dinah quickly pulled away, however, and said it's wrong because Shayne just tried to throw her out of his life last week. She explained that she can't get involved in someone else's drama and asked him to leave.

When Olivia returned home to the farm, she asked Nat about Frank's proposal and assumed she'd said yes. Nat felt bad about not being able to give Frank an answer and pointed out that she's only been with one other person and this is not how she imagined her life to go, adding that she fears having regrets. "Why am I so afraid?" Nat asked. "Because it's new and scary," Liv responded, obviously talking for herself. Liv encouraged Nat to accept Frank's proposal, saying all she wants is for Nat to be happy.

Dr. Colin paid Jeffrey and Reva a visit with surprising news that her cancer has resurfaced and she needs to undergo aggressive radiation. Because it could harm the baby, he also recommended that she have a C-section immediately. Jeffrey was concerned and asked a series of questions. Colin explained that the radiation treatments will be difficult but it needs to happen immediately (as well as the C-section). Reva reeled when Colin said she should schedule the surgery for tomorrow. After Colin left, Reva looked at Jeffrey and said, "No chance in hell" and added that she's not having the baby unless she knows it's going to be healthy. She and Jeffrey argued and Reva stormed off in a huff.

Dinah went to explain herself to Marina, who reluctantly thanked La Marler for her help in getting her a baby. Frank and Daisy were also stunned to see the baby. Marina announced to her family that she's named the child Henry.
