At the farm, Natalia continued to call herself a hypocrite and grouse about her sins to Olivia, who admitted that she's just as guilty. "Hell, party of two, here we come!" she added dryly.

Marina and Shayne stopped by to help Reva paint the baby's room. Reva was thrilled when Marina told her about her own baby plans. "Hope for a girl!" Reva smiled. When Jeffrey entered, Reva sent Shayne and Marina off to the store for supplies. Reva marveled at how happy Shayne is around his childhood pal and there was some joking about boobs (awkward!). When Reva made a comment about not being around for the child, Jeffrey copped an attitude and the couple started bickering yet again. Jeffrey lost his cool, threw a can a paint and told Reva to stop being so pessimistic and giving up. Then he stormed out, much to Reva's chagrin.

Shayne and Marina saw Josh outside the store and tried to wrangle him into help painting the nursery. "That's more of a job for a son, not an ex-husband!" Josh grinned and went inside. When they returned to Reva's place, they saw her in tears an inquired about Jeffrey. La Shayne freaked out, saying that she doesn't know where Jeffrey ran off to and isn't sure if he'll ever come back. Shayne was upset and eager to go kick Jeffrey's butt; Reva implored him not to find Jeffrey and blamed herself for their fight. Reva was excited when Dr. Colin paid her a surprise visit; Reva recruited him to help paint the ceiling. Reva fibbed when Colin asked about Jeffrey's whereabouts.

In Bosnia, Dinah and Mallet returned to his hotel room. Dinah apologized to Mallet for the crazy situation at the orphanage. He was just happy that Marina wasn't there to see the heartbreaking scene. Dinah assured Mallet that he'll be a wonderful father; Mallet tried to keep his spirits up and apologized to Dinah for making her cross the line and do something shady. Then there was a knock on the door. Mallet was surprised to see the baby he was denied earlier at the orphanage‹‹ and the kid's parents. The father, Mr. Kovac, said they wanted to give Mallet the child, after all. Mallet was livid when the Kovacs wanted to extort money from him for the baby. They asked him to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the child, then threatened to put the kid out on the streets if Mallet didn't cough up the cash. Mallet was outraged, said he didn't have that kind of money and demanded that Mr. Kovac hand over the child, anyway. Dinah offered up her old wedding ring as a bribe; Mr. Kovac took the deal and handed her the baby. After, Mallet thanked Dinah for her help and they bonded with the tot. Dinah was touched and they both teared up when Mallet handed Dinah's ring back to her.

Meanwhile, back in Springfield, Shayne told Marina he's not ready to have a kid; Marina was surprised and admitted that she wants nothing more than to become a mother. Later, Shayne was surprised when he got a package from Dinah sent via Bosnia. He opened it up and explained to Marina that the music box was Lara's, adding how much it means to him.

At the farm, Liv sat Nat down and said she has something to say to her. Liv talked about the gift of Gus's heart and said that she's grown very fond of Natalia in the last year and struggled to say that she's attracted to Nat. Liv was on the verge of admitting everything when Jeffrey unexpectedly arrived to unload after his fight with Reva. Josh also showed up and Nat suggested the foursome go out to grab a bite (to avoid the chat with Olivia). They all headed to Farley's bar and played a round of girls vs. boys pool. The ladies won the game. Jeffrey said he should get back to Reva.

At Cross Creek, Colin teased Reva about the terrible color choice for the baby's room, then encouraged her to open up to him about her situation with Jeffrey. She got emotional and told Colin she's afraid of dying. Later, Jeffrey returned and apologized to Reva. They made amends and agreed to put the crib near the window.

Marina came home and got a voice message from Mallet, but it cut off before she could hear an update on the baby situation....Back at the farm, Nat told Liv she had a great time at Farley's. Liv tried to bring up their earlier conversation but was interrupted by Emma who said she's eager to see Phillip.... Shayne called Dinah and thanked her for the music box, saying it means a lot to him. Dinah said she hopes it makes up for deleting Lara's video. Dinah said she's going to keep traveling for a while, maybe see the Taj Mahal. Shayne wished her safe travels.
