In Bosnia, Mallet nervously introduced Mrs. Dovic to Dinah, calling her his wife. Meanwhile, back in Springfield, a concerned Marina tended to Buzz, who was laid up in the hospital after his minor heart attack. In the room across the hall, Lizzie visited ailing Alan and played the recording of her kidnapper's voice over and over to him. She begged him to get well soon so he can come home to protect her from harm. "If the kidnapper doesn't come after me, my father will!" she cried.

At the farmhouse, Olivia teased Natalia for cleaning instead of facing her emotions and encouraged her open up about her feelings. Liv could sense that Nat was having sex or man issues. Nat admitted she's struggling with the fact that she feels guilty for sinning and added that, according to the bible, having impure thoughts is just as punishable as actually doing them. Then she got a call from Frank about Buzz's heart attack and rushed to Cedars.

At the police station, Frank handed Phillip his belongings and released him from jail. Phil apologized for not being able to do more to help Coop. On his way out, Phil noticed the Springfield News Web site up on someone's computer and learned about Alan's sudden heart attack. He headed to Cedars.... Shayne and Marina caught up over hot dogs at the Quick Mart. She brought up the adoption and apologized to him for losing Lara. Shayne avoided opening up to Marina.

Back at the orphanage, Dinah played up her role as Marina and covered when Mrs. Dovic inquired about why she'd suddenly arrived in Bosnia after a tragic death in the family. To make her case more believable, Dinah suddenly pulled out a wedding ring from her purse and put it on her finger. When Dr. Dovic offered to let them see the children, Mallet was pleased and asked Dinah how long she's kept her old wedding ring to him in her bag. When Mrs. Dovic returned with an infant, a little boy, Mallet smiled from ear to ear and felt an instant connection to the child. Dinah was touched. Mallet thanked Mrs. Dovic and was ready to leave with his new child, but Mrs. Dovic said there's been a change of plans and the child's parents want him back. Mallet was confused and pointed out that it's an orphanage! Mrs. Dovic explained that the baby's parents thought they wanted to give him up but changed their minds, so she demanded that Mallet hand the kid over or else. Mallet was heartbroken; Dinah was stunned.

At Cedars, Buzz demanded that Daisy go find Grady for him. When she returned with Foley in tow, Buzz tried to strike a deal with him. He asked Grady to 'fess up about his involvement in Tammy's death so Buzz could get revenge on Alan for Coop's death by way of nailing Spaulding for the crime (and presumably get Alan locked up for life). "If you do, everyone in Springfield, including me, will forgive you," Buzz told Grady. Meanwhile, Nat arrived and lied to Frank about why she hadn't called him after their fling. When Frank said that he really cares for her, Nat responded by saying they must never have sex again and apologized for using him. Then she pointed out that they sinned because they're not married. When Lizzie approached the duo, a frustrated Frank revealed to her that Phillip had been released. Later, Phil also paid Buzz a visit. He apologized for ruining Coop's memorial. Buzz said that he's still going after Alan. "Do what you gotta do," Phil shrugged.

At the gym, Jeffrey teased Olivia about her relationship with Natalia. When she pointed out that she doesn't even think Nat likes sex, Jeff added, " I didn't think it had gotten that far yet!" Later, back at home, Liv apologized to Nat for making fun of her before, recognized their differences and pointed out their unique relationship, admitting that she really does have feelings for Natalia. Nat teared up and blurted out that she slept with Frank but that she doesn't love him. The women hugged and Liv tried to console Nat.

Lizzie freaked out after hearing about Phil's release and ran home. She played the recording over and over, then Phillip arrived. They had a tense encounter and Phil revealed that he's free but will go to trial. She wasn't happy to hear that Phil would be staying at the mansion.... Grady told Daisy he's not prepared to confess to a crime to get in good with her family and worried that Alan will come after him if he does. "Do it for us," Daisy implored, but he refused.
