At Cedars, Lizzie was elated when Bill opened his eyes. He was equally happy
to see her. Lizzie reminded him that things are going to be different now,
hinting that she hopes he remembers they're more than just business
partners. He reassured her that he wants to be with her, and the reunited
couple kissed and hugged at last. When he asked her if her kidnappers were
ever caught, however, she avoided answering him. She also hid the newspaper
announcing Bill's indictment for the crime before telling him that they
should just be thankful that he's awake. Later, Lizzie was touched when Bill
remembered that it's little Sarah's birthday.
In Germany, Dinah asked a passerby for directions and realized she was lost,
both directionally and emotionally. She called Vanessa for an update on Bill
and assured her mom that she's not lonely. Worried, Vanessa suggested that
Dinah do some volunteer work so she's not alone on Thanksgiving. So, Dinah
decided to help serve turkey dinners at a nearby hospital for injured
soldiers. She introduced herself to an embittered young sergeant, who called
himself Jack Randolph (but it's really Shayne Lewis!). He wondered what
Dinah was doing abroad and quickly called her out on only helping others in
attempt to make herself feel better. Dinah was angry and stunned so she
stormed out, but eventually decided to return to see the paralyzed soldier.
He was embarrassed when she saw him struggling with his cane and demanded
that she leave. Later, Dinah retreated to a local pub for a pint, where she
encountered the soldier from the hospital getting into a brawl with a fellow
patron.
At Towers, the Boudreau family gathered for Thanksgiving dinner. When
Clayton asked Remy about applying for medical school, Remy changed the
subject and said he's been too busy. Felicia surmised that her son is dating
someone new. Meanwhile, Christina called Remy on his cell during dinner —
inquiring if their annulment went through. Worried that his family would
overhear their conversation, Remy quickly hung up. Later, Clayton and
Felicia were sharing the story of how they met back in medical school when
Christina barged in and blasted Remy for avoiding her. They all shared an
awkward moment as Remy introduced Christina to his stunned family, but he
covered and said that she's just a friend he met at the MCAT exam.
Back at Cedars, a nurse announced to an elated Vanessa and Billy that Bill
is finally awake. The doctor took Bill's vitals and Frank unexpectedly
arrived, announcing to Bill that he's under arrest for Lizzie's kidnapping.
Bill was flabbergasted. Lizzie promised him that she believes he's innocent,
but Billy and Vanessa explained all the evidence against him. Frank told
Bill that he should turn himself in after he's released from the hospital.
Later, Lizzie brings Bill a makeshift Thanksgiving dinner and curls up in
his arms.
Back at Towers, Clayton and Felicia invited Christina to stay for dessert.
When talk turned to the MCATs, Christina mistook Remy's overprotective
behavior about her failing the exam for thinking that he was embarrassed by
her. So, an angry Christina lashed out and announced to everyone that she's
Remy's wife. They quickly explained the story about their unplanned nups.
Clayton and Felicia were shocked and when the family started to bicker,
Christina left. Remy dutifully ran after her, at Felicia's behest, and asked
Christina what went wrong. She explained she's jealous of his perfect family
and is fearful that he doesn't think she fits in. Then she got emotional as
she talked about her own family and revealed to him that she was raised by
her grandmother. Remy was surprisingly empathetic.

Coop left a voice message for Beth, wishing her luck on her exam and
suggesting she stop by his room to relax afterward. Ashlee overheard and
grilled Coop about his new girl. He didn't offer any juicy info, however,
much to Ash's chagrin.
Over dinner at Towers, Buzz and Lillian discussed Beth stressing over
Lizzie's situation with Bill. Buzz finally broke his silence about Beth's
secret affair and spilled to Lillian that her daughter is seeing a man who
is NOT Alan. Lillian was surprised, but agreed that it's plausible. Lillian
then teased Buzz when he told her that he accidentally caught Beth in her
bra and undies. Meanwhile, at the Spaulding manse, Beth was on her way to
class when Alan read her a news story detailing with Bill's arrest. Beth used
some legalese to show Alan that Bill could still get off unscathed, which
amused and annoyed Alan who smirked, "Wow. Just a few months of law classes
and you're talking like Sandra Day O'Connor!" Beth was miffed and quickly
covered when Alan then inquired why she hasn't been sleeping in his bedroom.
At the convenience store, Daisy teased Grady for being a good guy. She
thanked him again for rescuing Ashlee and gave him a smooch before
explaining that she's going to see Bill because he's awake. Grady stopped
short when he heard the news, but tried to act casual and excited for Daisy.
Meanwhile, at Cedars, Bill cut out the newspaper clippings from the
kidnapping case as research to prove his innocence. Lizzie arrived and
admitted that she hasn't been sleeping because she's been focusing on the
case. Then she told him that the doctor signed off on his hospital release
today. She hugged Bill and departed, excited for him to finally come home.
After, Daisy showed up to see Bill. Grady also unexpectedly arrived and
awkwardly greeted Bill to fish around if he recognized him as Lizzie's
kidnapper. Bill didn't, which stunned and pleased Grady so he quickly
departed.
Back at the mansion, Lizzie informed Alan that she's preparing a room at the
house for Bill so she can help him recover. Beth urged Lizzie to reconsider,
but Lizzie was adamant and excited about finally having some happiness with
Bill. She railed at her family for still believing he's guilty. Daisy,
meanwhile, got emotional as she recounted finding Bill and Lizzie after the
car accident and expressed to Bill that she's been inspired by his devotion
to and love for Lizzie.
Outside of Company, Buzz and Ashlee discussed the benefit of V8 juice.
Later, Ashlee saw Grady and announced that she's through trying to split him
up with Daisy, but she still thinks he's a loser. She advised him to get a
real job instead of being a gofer for Dinah. Grady ran out to take a call
from Alan, who wanted to discuss the next step in their framing scheme.
Lillian paid Beth a visit and confronted her about the secret affair. Beth
reminded her that she's not even married to Alan anymore so it's not a big
deal. Lillian urged her to choose one man, fearful that Beth would make the
same mistakes she did. After her exam, Beth stopped by Coop's place and
tried to break up with him, saying that Lillian now knows and things are
getting too complicated. Coop urged her to change her mind and pulled her
into a kiss, but Beth remained fearful of what Alan would do if he also
found out about their fling. When Coop asked Beth what's keeping her with
Alan, she skirted the issue but assured him that she could walk away from
Spaulding at any time. Later, Coop blurted to Buzz that he's the one
sleeping with Beth.
Lizzie returned to Cedars to pick up Bill and help him slip out the back
door to avoid reporters waiting outside. Bill thanked Lizzie for sticking by
him through all the drama. They retreated to the pond where Bill admitted he
doesn't remember anything from being in a coma. He was tickled when Lizzie
told him that she'd been reading romantic novels to him. Then Lizzie
informed him that Dinah had skipped town.
Back at the mansion, Alan warned Bill that he still thinks Bill's guilty.
Grady also showed up. Alan told him that he wants Bill out of Lizzie's life
for good. Satisfied that Bill couldn't ID him as the kidnapper, Grady
informed Spaulding he wants out of their deal. Alan reluctantly handed Grady
an envelope full of cash. Meanwhile up in Bill's room, Lizzie expressed her
love; he promised her that nothing is more important to him than her. They
started making out, but Lizzie freaked when she saw a fresh scar (just like
the one she gave her kidnapper!) on Bill's chest.

Olivia went for her monthly checkup at Cedars. Rick said she needs to watch
her stress levels and was unable to assure her that she'd ever feel normal
again. After, Olivia returned to the Beacon, where she suddenly felt faint
and fell to the ground. Decker approached and noticed something was wrong;
Liv covered. He told her that she needs to take it easy because she's got an
overseas trip coming up with Galaxy. She brushed off his concern and put on
happy face.
Coop bristled when Buzz tried to lecture him about sleeping with Beth. Buzz
warned his son about the dangers of Alan finding out and cracked, "You're
safer having an affair with my deli meat slicer at Company." Coop explained
he's trying to focus on writing his book, but Beth is too much of a
distraction and he enjoys being with her anyway. He recounted the story of
how they began their affair; Buzz was stunned and urged his son to think
things through. Coop responded that he's tired of being the responsible
member of the family.
At the mansion, Alan groused to Beth about Lizzie's stubbornness regarding
Bill and left the property in a huff. Meanwhile, Lizzie started to undress
Bill, but his scar freaked her out and she ran into the bathroom to gather
her thoughts. "It's Bill," she said in disbelief. Bill was confused and
concerned, so Lizzie told him the truth about giving her kidnapper a scar
just like his. Bill admitted he doesn't know where it came from, so Lizzie
reasoned that it happened in the car accident and is just a crazy
coincidence. They hugged, but Bill could tell Lizzie's faith in him had been
shaken.
Cyrus found Grady hiding out at the seedy motel. Grady excitedly related the
news that Bill woke up and couldn't identify him as the kidnapper. Then he
proudly showed Cyrus the scar that Lizzie gave him and explained that he'd
given a comatose Bill a similar mark so Lizzie would believe that Bill
really is her kidnapper. Grady thought his plan was smart; Cyrus was annoyed
by his brother's stupidity (again). Later, Alan stopped by and asked Cyrus
to help him finish the plan that Grady bailed on.
At Company, an exhausted Natalia was waiting tables and still reeling from
the news that she'd lost all of her money in Decker's busted investment.
Frank approached her and inquired if she's still thinking about purchasing
Cassie's farmhouse. Nat explained her situation and that she's completely
broke again so buying a house is a no-go. Frank was empathetic and knew Nat
had been running herself ragged to save up as much cash as she could. He
offered to bus her tables. She was grateful.
Coop was at the convenience store and called Beth, who chided him for
calling her at home. She was angry when he informed her that he told Buzz
about their fling. Then Alan unexpectedly walked into the store, saying he
was looking for Coop. Coop was rattled by the encounter and quickly hung up
on Beth. When Alan said he knows that Coop is back in his family's orbit,
Coop panicked but was relieved when he realized Spaulding was just talking
about Coop's new job as James's 8th grade English teacher.
Knowing that Nat was overworking herself with multiple jobs, Olivia offered
her a raise, but Nat still refused to stop working at Company. Meanwhile,
Bill confided in Mel that he wants to prove that someone set him up and is
pleading not guilty. When he showed her the scar, she advised him to not to
tell anyone. Later, Bill dutifully went to the police station with Mel in
tow. Frank took his fingerprints and had him processed. Lizzie arrived and
was shocked that Bill turned himself in. His bail was paid and he was let
go. Lizzie suggested they leave town for awhile so they can reconnect.
Lizzie ran into Cyrus, who surprisingly helped her with a tip on how to
conceal scars. She asked him to help her find the truth about the
kidnapping. He accepted the job and relayed the news to Alan, demanding he
pay up if he doesn't want to be implicated in the kidnapping scheme....
Frank blasted Olivia for not being good to Natalia, who went home after her
shift, counted her measly tips and broke down in tears. Olivia, meanwhile,
confronted Decker and asked him to give Nat's money back to her.

Mallet and Marina were cleaning up their house from the Thanksgiving
gathering. Marina pointed out that people tend to become emotional and
overdramatic during the holidays and often say things they can't remember
the next day, thinking he'd forgot about wanting to marry her. He hadn't, so
she said she was ready too do it soon. So, they went to Company to share
the news with Buzz. Marina gushed that she can't wait to marry Mallet and
said she wanted to brave her family alone. Natalia, meanwhile, overheard
their exchange. After Marina left to find Buzz, Mallet made a curious call,
saying "Hi. Yeah. She doesn't suspect anything."
Frank paid Rafe a visit in prison to talk about a job opportunity and
Natalia. Rafe called Frank out on having feelings for his mom and said he
thinks they'd be good together. Frank admitted he does like Nat. Meanwhile,
Natalia was in tears in her room, praying and apologizing for ruining Rafe's
life by losing all her money. Buzz gave her a little pep talk.
At the Beacon, Olivia asked Decker to give Nat her money back, explaining
how poor Nat has always been and that she tends to have bad luck. He
hesitated, but eventually agreed to give the idea some thought. Liv was
grateful and departed but nearly collapsed again in the hall.
Nat went to the police station to ask Frank for two extra security guards
for an upcoming event at the Beacon. He informed her that he visited Rafe
and helped him score a job at the prison library so he could study for the
GED. When Frank brought up Marina, Nat congratulated him on her upcoming
wedding, but he was clueless about his daughter's plans. Nat felt terrible
and had to leave after Liv called to say she's in trouble and needs an
ambulance.
At Company, Marina was looking for Buzz to tell him her big wedding news
when Coop revealed that the entire family booked tickets to go visit Harley
in Europe in a few days and all Marina has to do is pack her bags. Marina
was miffed that no one informed her before making the travel plans and
reminded Coop that she has a life of her own. He reasoned that it was
supposed to be a surprise and it's just the way the Coopers do things.
Later, Marina railed at Frank for not taking her opinion into consideration
before planning the trip and said she's tired of being at the bottom of the
Cooper totem pole.
Mallet returned home with an unexpected guest: Eleni! Turns out, he paid for
her to come back to Springfield to surprise Marina before their wedding.
Eleni was wary about her daughter being with Mallet. He explained how their
romance began and brought up the situation with Harley. Eleni grilled Mallet
about why he wants to be with Marina. Mallet assured her that he loves
Marina and that being with Dinah involved too much drama and he doesn't want
that in his life anymore.
Nat rushed to Liv's aid at the Beacon; Decker overheard them discussing
Liv's poor health. The women went to Cedars and Olivia's emotions got the
best of her as she felt responsible for Nat losing her money, and for
putting all of her other burdens on her. Nat waved off Liv's worries and
dutifully attended Emma's recital in her place. Later, Olivia sobbed as she
aired her grievances to Buzz, who told her it's okay to let someone else
take care of her for once. Later, Decker unexpectedly arrived at Cedars to
visit Olivia and railed at her for hiding her health problems from him. He
offered to give Natalia's money back if Liv resigned from Galaxy and gave a
public apology for her deception.
Marina rushed home, saying there's been a change of plans. Then, Eleni
suddenly appeared and the mother/daughter had a sweet reunion and Marina
gave her a tour. Meanwhile, Frank approached Coop to fish around for info
on Marina's secret wedding plans. He surmised that she and Mallet are
planning to elope without the family. He refused to let that happen and
decided to throw a surprise ceremony for them.
After Marina showed Eleni the guest bedroom, she ran downstairs to tell
Mallet about being sandbagged by her family and wondered if he'd mentioned
their wedding plans to her mom; he hadn't. So, Marina suggested they tie the
knot in private — without the rest of the Coopers. Meanwhile, Nat called
Rafe, who urged her to just live her life and not worry about him.

Marina and Mallet paid Josh a visit bright and early to ask him to officiate
their last-minute wedding tomorrow; he agreed. Marina rushed home
before Eleni woke up and kept mum about her secret plans. Later, Eleni made
breakfast and expressed her concerns about Marina's relationship with
Mallet, urging her not to rush into marriage and saying that she needs to
make sure she wants to spend her life with him before heading to the altar.
Jeffrey and Reva picked out their Christmas tree together. Reva admitted
she's worried about her first chemo treatment. Jeffrey tried to console her.
Later, they went to Cedars for her first round of therapy. The situation
rattled a worried Jeffrey, who admitted he feels helpless and asked Reva
what he can do to make her feel better. She requested a radio to help pass
the time in chemo.
Jeffrey returned home where he broke down and prayed for everything to be
okay with Reva and the baby, adding that if anything bad happens he'd rather
deal with it now than later.
Back in Germany, Dinah returned to the hospital and told the injured soldier
that she knows he lied about his identity. He admitted he fibbed to her,
then clamed (with a big smirk) that his real name is Travis Bickle. Dinah
believed him and tried to press him for more information about his past and
what happened to him, but he told her to buzz off. After, she phoned Mallet
and asked him to to help her find more info on her soldier pal. Mallet was
amused and told her that Travis Bickle is a fictional name. He also informed
her that Bill is awake and is now part of the police investigation
surrounding Lizzie's kidnapping. Then he revealed that he's going to marry
Marina. Dinah was stunned and quickly hung up.
Shayne gave Reva a call. She was elated, but lied that she was out Christmas
shopping. Shayne also withheld the truth, and claimed he was in a posh
German hotel and doing well. They discussed Reva's pregnancy and she said
she wished he'd come home. Later, Shayne spied Dinah in the hospital garden
and explained to her that his injuries are the result of a land mine
explosion. Then he revealed that he had a woman in his life, but she's gone
now. Dinah also opened up and told Shayne about the situation with Bill and
that her ex is planning to marry Marina Cooper tomorrow. Shayne's ears
perked up at the mention of his own ex's name, but remained silent. Dinah
told him she's returning to Springfield to take care of things and they
parted ways without her ever finding out his real name.
Marina went to Towers and ran into Cyrus. She told him that about the
impending nups, noting that she's got cold feet. He was surprised and then
planted an unexpected kiss on her. Marina was miffed and blasted him for
sending her mixed signals. Cyrus said he just wanted to help her realize
that she doesn't want be with a guy like him and that he knows she'll be
happier with Mallet. She thanked him and departed.
Eleni called Mallet out on the secret wedding plans. He 'fessed up and
excitedly showed her the ring he purchased for Marina. Eleni promised to
keep their elopement a secret, but was still wary and wondered if he and
Marina had discussed having a family, pointing out that he can't have
children and Marina wants them. When Marina returned, Mallet broached the
offspring subject. Marina assured him that it doesn't matter and they can
find a way to make things work.
Jeffrey returned to Cedars with his guitar and played a lullaby for Reva and
the baby; she was touched.... Eleni went to Company and surprised Frank, who
said he's planning to beat Mallet and Marina to the punch by throwing them a
surprise Greek wedding, just like theirs and asked her to help him make it
happen.... Shayne paid his doctor a visit and said he needs to go home to
work out some things.
