After summoning an ambulance, Grady violently vandalized Harley's house. After destroying everything, including construction equipment, the Aussie crouched to the ground, making feral sounds as he gouged his hand with a shard of glass. With sirens approaching, a bleeding Grady sprawled on the grass. He was none-too-pleased when Remy showed up to administer treatment. Grady bellowed that he wanted someone else, but Remy ignored his demands and got to work.

As Reva and Jeffrey discussed honeymoon options, he playfully suggested Siberia. When Jeffrey made noises about shortening their travels, the bride made him promise not to let her pregnancy stand in the way of their plans. He agreed, but while running errands later, Jeffrey encountered Lillian, filled her in on the pregnancy and questioned her about the risks. Lillian noted that getting pregnant so soon after chemotherapy may carry complications, but assured her friend that Reva will be fine. Jeffrey asked Nurse Lillian to keep their conversation confidential.

At the Beacon, Cyrus had a meltdown about Harley leaving. He griped that life would have been better for everyone if he hadn't come to Springfield. Cassie said that it's Grady, not Cyrus, who caused all the problems. Cryptically saying that he was going to take Cassie's advice, an emotional Cyrus left.

At the police department, Daisy thanked Frank for arranging for her to visit Rafe. Frank notified her that Grady's at the hospital and she immediately took off. At the hospital, Lillian told Grady that he's lucky the damage wasn't more severe. Daisy arrived and tenderly cooed over Grady, who claimed that he flipped out when he found out about the way Harley left her daughter.

Cassie ran into Reva at Towers and asked what's going on with her. She was stunned to hear that her sister is pregnant, but wished her the best. While Reva was packing later, Billy barged in to inquire about her health. She sighed that she'd have to tell everyone her news all day, then filled him in on her bun in the oven. Billy gave her the business over how risky this is. She huffed that Cassie had congratulated her, but Billy countered that Cassie didn't sit by her through chemo.

Jeffrey stopped by Company and shared the baby news; Buzz asked Jeffrey if he truly wants the baby. Jeffrey returned to Reva and they awkwardly discussed whether they are really on board with this pregnancy.

Cassie spotted Daisy with Grady at the hospital and dropped the bomb that G is the one who got Rafe sent to jail. Afterward, as Grady strolled out of hospital, Daisy ran after him, asking if it's true that he got Rafe sent to jail. He admitted to it, then smirked his way through her rant. Meanwhile, Cassie returned to the Beacon and told Cyrus that she'd told Daisy the truth. He warned her not to cross his bro. When Cassie was at home, Cyrus came by to make sure she's okay. Cassie assured that she is not afraid of Grady, so Cyrus left, but then lurked outside, keeping on the lookout for his brother.
