At the farmhouse, Cassie freaked out when RJ revealed that a friendly and tall Australian man gave him a boomerang. "How many times do I have to tell you not to talk to strangers?!" she yelled and told RJ to go to his room. Then, Cyrus showed up. Cassie blasted him for trying to bribe her son in an effort to make up for his brother killing Tammy. Cassie reminded Cyrus that she'll never forgive Grady.

Natalia got into her car and heard a radio report that authorities have surrounded Rafe, who was reportedly armed and holding Daisy hostage — and that they have orders to kill. Meanwhile, Grady watched from the bushes as the cops ordered Rafe to surrender. Rafe panicked and gave Daisy a passionate kiss before putting up his hands and turning himself in. Meanwhile at Cedars, Olivia ran into Rick on her way to her checkup. When a nurse informed Rick that Rafe had been arrested, Olivia rushed out.

At the police station, Daisy demanded to see Rafe. Frank lectured her, wondering why she's so attracted to worthless criminals and refused to let her to see him. A frantic Natalia showed up; Daisy begged her to tell Rafe that she's sorry. Rafe pouted behind bars, refusing to speak to his mother. He felt betrayed and accused Nat of setting him up for the arrest and ordered her to leave. Nat reasoned that she's only trying to protect him and vowed to prove that she didn't tell the cops that he was holding Daisy hostage. Olivia barged in, assuring Nat that she can hire a good PR person to counter Rafe's bad press; Nat shot back, saying that's the least of her worries. Nat agreed to let Olivia chat with Rafe. Liv railed at the teen for disrespecting his mother and reminded him that he is everything to Natalia.

A tearful Daisy ran out of the station and into Grady's arms. He grinned menacingly as she held onto him. Later, the duo bickered at Company. Grady surmised that Daisy's still not over Rafe. When Daisy left, Cyrus called his brother out for setting Rafe up. Cyrus apologized to Grady for abandoning him when he was a little kid and warned him not to hurt Daisy. Meanwhile, Daisy called Harley and left a message with an update on Rafe, begging her mom to return. When she went back inside, Cyrus covered for Grady, not spilling that he's really the one responsible for Rafe's arrest. Later, Grady urged Daisy to break into the empty house that Gus had purchased for Natalia and Rafe before he died. She reluctantly agreed and they found a way into the basement. Grady brought snacks (Daisy's favorite cookies!) and beer and they started kissing. As Rafe was in his cell gazing at a photo of Daisy, Grady carried her to the bed and began to undress her.

Back at the farmhouse, Blake stopped by to cheer up Cassie and encouraged her to join her for a few drinks at Towers. Cassie reluctantly agreed and put on a sexy dress. They had martinis at the bar and Blake urged Cassie to loosen up, saying there's nothing wrong with having a one-night stand, especially if it's with the right guy. The women returned to the farmhouse and discussed a cute man they met. Blake admitted that she took his number because she hates being alone and cozying up next to a guy does the trick when she's missing Ross. Later, Cyrus was on a ladder doing exterior housework for Cassie when he spied her through the window. She was alone and crying on her bed.

Olivia returned to Cedars with Nat in tow. Rick chided Liv for running out on her appointment. When Nat started talking about Alan's visions and Gus, Rick broke the news (and violated patient/doctor confidentiality!) that Alan has a deadly blood clot in his brain that might be responsible for his visions.
