Tracy burst into The Haunted Star and complained that profits were down. She then grabbed Ethan's wallet to see if he'd been skimming cash. Ethan grabbed it back and nearly lost his cool, then went back to his charming self. Just then, Lucky entered, demanding to see Ethan's visa. "How did a man like Luke end up with a son like you?" Ethan wondered aloud. He then accused Lucky of hiding behind his badge. Ethan's papers were all in order so Lucky left. Tracy then gave Ethan the rest of the day off so she could count the till. After Ethan left, Tracy made a call and said, "Get down to the casino, now!" Edward showed up and Tracy questioned him about his illegitimate kids. She suspected that Ethan might be Luke's son and admitted that she saw Ethan's old photo of Luke and Robert when she grabbed his wallet earlier.

At the penthouse, Maxie asked Jason to convince Robin that therapy was a good idea. Jason asserted that he was not the right person for this job. Maxie implored Jason to intervene with Robin, as he's one of the few people she'd actually listen to.

At Mercy, Robin was packing to go home. Patrick brought Robin's shrink, Dr. Brown, with him. Robin was not happy and accused him of ambushing her. Patrick told Robin if there was nothing wrong with her, then prove it and talk to the doctor. She reluctantly agreed. "Why were you on that pier?" Dr. Brown asked. Robin explained it was just an accident. She then lied about taking her meds and suggested that maybe Patrick was the one who needs counseling.

Jax brought in a European specialist, Dr. Hensen, to evaluate Michael's condition. Carly mentioned Michael's hand movement but Dr. Hensen stated that she agreed with the doctors, that it was most likely an involuntary movement. The doctor relayed that she had a patient who'd emerged from a coma after 10 years and later died due to atrophy. Dr. Hensen admitted that her experimental procedure was not for everyone and they needed to give it some serious thought. Once alone, Carly feared Michael was not getting any better. "We need to wake him up as soon as possible." Later, Carly sat down at Michael's bedside and asked him what she should do. She then told Michael to hang in there and fight.

At Crimson, Matt showed up to see Maxie but she wasn't there. He decided to wait. Shortly after, Maxie arrived, surprised to see Matt there. Just then, Kate came out of her office and told Maxie that she and Johnny had another club opening to attend. When Johnny wasn't available by phone, Lulu volunteered Matt to take her, much to Maxie's chagrin. Just then, Ethan arrived. Lulu suggested she and Ethan attend the opening. Kate ordered Maxie to go with Matt, and Lulu could go out on her date with Ethan. An angry Maxie and an amused Matt got onto the elevator, while Ethan returned the money he'd won from Lulu last week. He was thrilled to learn they'd be going out on a date. When Lulu balked, Ethan threatened to expose her scheming with Maxie to Kate.

Jason ran into Robin on the docks. Robin explained what happened. "I believe you," Jason assured. Robin then told Jason about her meeting with the little girl named Emma. Jason asked if she imagined it. "She's everything I'm afraid of," Robin replied. Robin stated again that she's fearful she shouldn't be a mom. "I'm out of control, which is not a good thing for a control freak like me," Robin sighed. Jason advised her to continue therapy and take her meds.

At Mercy, Elizabeth tried to provide Patrick with some comfort, to no avail. Patrick was fearful that Robin might not escape her postpartum. Liz stated that Patrick needs to come clean about seeing her with that guy in Rochester because it was eating him up inside. Patrick lamented that he just wants his happy family back.

Back at Metro Court, Jax confided the Michael dilemma to Olivia. Jax expressed guilt at not having done something about Jerry after the Metro Court hostage crisis, stating Michael would still be with them if he had. Later, Carly returned and answered Jax's phone — and was surprised to hear Jerry's voice on the other end of the line.
