At Mercy, Nikolas heard an anesthetized Rebecca say, "Nikolas ... can never find out." "Find out what?" Nik asked. Rebecca mumbled incoherently. In the hall, Epiphany comforted a nervous Nik. She explained to him the entire biopsy procedure and recounted her own personal experience. After the procedure, Nik told Rebecca that she came through with flying colors. Now, they just had to await the results. "You're so kind," she smiled. "I don't know how I'll repay you." Nikolas brought up what Rebecca mumbled, but then he dropped the matter. Nik escorted Rebecca back to her room at Kelly's. He also said he'd come back to see her tomorrow and take her for a drive.

Sonny had sex with Claudia, then apologized for his recent behavior. Sonny thanked Claudia for helping make him feel better. "I'm glad," Claudia replied. After Sonny left the room, she immediately pulled out a pregnancy test and read the instructions.

On the docks, Patrick glanced down in the water. "Robin!" he screamed. Patrick took off his jacket, jumped in, pulled his wife out of the water and performed CPR. Robin regained consciousness and she asked where Emma was. Patrick called for an ambulance.

At the warehouse, Jason told Carly that Sonny suspected that Ian Devlin wasn't acting alone when Michael was shot. Jason vowed to find out who else was responsible and make them pay. Carly wondered why they'd be discussing this a whole year after the fact. Then, she pointed out that revenge won't solve anything. Carly told Jason to mention to Sonny about re-opening the coffee warehouse. After Carly left, Jason found Ric wandering around the empty facility and pointed a gun to his neck. "Don't move," Jason uttered. Ric said he was there to honor his fallen nephew on the anniversary of his shooting. Jason blasted Ric, stating that if he had anything to do with Michael's shooting, he'd kill him with his bare hands.

In Mercy's lobby, Maxie ran into Matt and the two traded barbs. Matt then asked Maxie out. Just then, Robin was rushed into the hospital. Patrick told them that Robin fell off the pier. Matt wondered aloud if it was a suicide attempt and Maxie slapped him. Maxie said that postpartum or no postpartum, Robin would never try to kill herself. Later, she began to wonder if what he said could be true.

Sonny called Kristina to tell he that he was proud of how well she's doing in school. Sonny noted that he hadn't seen his daughter for a couple of months. After venting about Michael's dilemma, Sonny stated that he loves his kids but he should have never had them. Carly burst in and confronted Claudia about visiting Michael. Claudia told Sonny that she was just trying to express her concern and left the room. Sonny and Carly discussed whether or not they should try the risky experimental procedure on Michael. After some debate, they agreed to wait. Sonny then vowed to take down whoever else was responsible, as Claudia eavesdropped from the next room.

Once safely in bed, Robin thanked Patrick for saving her life. "Why were you there?" Patrick asked. He then questioned whether her fall was an accident. Robin scoffed at the notion. She stated that she's dealing with her postpartum and she merely slipped and fell. Patrick said the reason he stopped to begin with was that he found her ripped up prescription for anti-depressants. She assured Patrick that she didn't try and kill herself. Maxie popped in to visit her cousin. Patrick decided to give the girls some privacy and left. Robin told Maxie she would never try to end her life. Maxie said she believed Robin. Meanwhile, Matt stressed to Patrick how important it is that Robin attend therapy and take her meds as directed.

Later, Maxie informed Jason about Robin's accident. Jason refused to believe that Robin would attempt to kill herself.

Patrick returned to Robin's room with a new prescription and insisted she take her meds. "What happened on that pier was an accident," Robin huffed. "I am terrified," Patrick confessed. "I want you to be healthy." Robin took a pill.
