ONLINE INTERN

Soap Opera Digest online (soapoperadigest.com) is looking for an intern to assist with daily web responsibilities. Duties include working with our content management system; editing basic HTML; sizing artwork in Photoshop; and basic scanning and filing jobs.

Must be available 2-3 days per week; flexible hours.

Online experience and knowledge of soaps a plus but not necessary.

Must be able to get college credit and work out of our New York City office.

PHOTO INTERN

Soap Opera Digest and Soap Opera Weekly are looking for a photo intern to start immediately. We need someone who is highly organized, hard working, and a self-starter.

Duties include: image downloading, web research, archival photo research, editing, captioning, filing pictures and general assistance to the editors in the photo department.

The commitment is for 2-3 days a week. This is an unpaid internship; you must be able to get school credit.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge CS3 is a plus. Familiarity with soap operas is a bonus.
