Missing: Scott Grainger
Born to Lauren and the late Dr. Scott Grainger in 1991, little Scotty's life was eventful from the get-go. First, Sheila switched him with another baby and tried to claim him as her own. He was returned to his mother, but his father died when he was very young. And poor Scotty spent the bulk of his youth in various "boarding schools" so that Lauren could protect him. Last year, a grown-up Scotty briefly came to town, unaware that his new "writing partner" was, in fact, Sheila. After Terrible Tom kidnapped Lauren and Sheila, and Lauren almost died in an explosion, Scott quietly disappeared again ... and hasn't been heard from since, even though Mom is pregnant with another child.

Missing: Victor Newman, Jr.
He may be named for his pop, but The Great Victor Newman's son with ex-wife Hope has yet to make any sort of mark in Genoa City. He's still being raised on Hope's farm in Kansas and rarely even gets a mention.

Missing: Nate Hastings
Little Nate has also had a rough life. His mom, Olivia, had ovarian cancer while she was pregnant with him, so he had to be delivered early. Soon after, his father, Nathan, Sr., cheated on Olivia with Keesha. When Liv kicked Nathan out, Nathan took his son with him. Later, when Nathan wanted to return the boy to his mother, the elder Nate was hit by a car and killed. Little Nate grew up with Olivia's next husband, Malcolm, as his father figure. But then Malcolm was presumed dead in 2002. When he turned up alive, Liv was furious with Malcolm for not revealing himself to Nate sooner — though he'll have to wait to do so since Nate is currently in an English boarding school.

Missing: Kate Valentine
Katherine's maid, Esther, became pregnant after having a one-night stand with Tiny the Plumber. At a very young age, little Kate was sent to — you guessed it — boarding school. Since we rarely see Esther these days, hopefully she's getting to spend some time with her daughter.
