Newman Enterprises

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)
— Aaron Montgomery/JPI

Victor Newman: Victor is the founder of Newman Enterprises, a world-wide conglomerate which includes many divisions, including cosmetics. Newman's biggest rival company is Jabot Cosmetics, which has been taken over by NE on several occasions. This position made him one of the most powerful men in the world, but in 2003, his son Nicholas turned him in to the feds for shady business practices, and Victor was sentenced to community service. Victor appointed kids Nick and Victoria to be the joint CEOs. He has acquired a piece of Jabot thanks to buying out employee Brad Carlton's stock.

Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Nicholas Newman: Nick began working for his father while he was still in college, and eventually moved up the chain of command until Victor appointed him CEO. Nick took a leave of absence in order to deal with the death of his daughter, Cassie, but returned and became the joint-CEO with sister Victoria.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Victoria Newman: Victor's daughter got her start working in the Newman mailroom, and like her brother, has worked her way up the chain. She headed up the Brash & Sassy cosmetics division, a position she held until she left town and relocated to Italy. Upon her return, she was appointed CEO when Nick stepped down (and then co-CEO when he returned). She was offered the CEO position at Jabot, but turned it down.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Sharon Newman: Nick's wife used to be a spokesperson for Jabot (where Nick secretly paid her salary), but then switched to Newman. She recently won the spokesperson role for Newman's latest cosmetics line, Seasons.

Brad Carlton (Don Diamont)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Brad Carlton: Originally a pool boy, Brad was hired by John as head of sales at Jabot when Brad wed John's daughter, Traci. While Traci was away, Brad began seeing Lauren Fenmore; when John found out, Brad was fired. He then got a job with Lauren's clothing company. Later, Victor made Brad the temporary CEO of his Ra-Tech corporation, and then appointed him vice president of Newman. Brad convinced Victor to merge the companies. Twice, Brad helped Jack carry out a hostile takeover of Newman. The last time, in 1998, Victor got the company back — and then fired Brad, who went over to Jabot. Brad quit Jabot when he didn't get the CEO position, and was hired back at Newman by Victoria. He swapped his Jabot stock with Victor for a piece of Newman stock. His pet project became overseeing the Seasons line with Victoria.

Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Drucilla Winters: Dru got her start working in the Jabot mailroom. She did some work as a photographer's assistant, and then became a professional model and lived in Paris for several years. Eventually, she became the spokesperson for Jabot's Tuvia cosmetics line. However, she quit Jabot after she used one of their untested products and her hair fell out. She then switched to Newman and became the director of their cosmetics division with her husband, Neil, serving as her mentor.

Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John)
— Brian Lowe/JPI

Neil Winters: Neil got his start working as an executive trainee at Jabot. He jumped to Newman when Victor took him on as his right-hand man. He quit briefly back in 2002, when his brother, Malcolm, was presumed dead and Neil became an alcoholic. After going to rehab, Neil returned to Newman. When Victor was caught engaging in shady business practices, he named Neil to be the temporary CEO. Neil, however, was disappointed when Victor made Nick the permanent CEO and soon quit. He returned (again) as Chief Operating Officer when Nick put Dru in charge of the cosmetics division with the understanding that Neil would mentor her.
