Nicole Forester (Cassie) left the GL cast in September, and her last scenes as Cassie air during the first week of November. As we say goodbye to Cassie, check out the character's 10 biggest moments since Forester took over the role in November 2005.
February 2006
Edmund drops the bomb that Jeffrey was impersonating Richard when he slept with Cassie. Cassie doesn't believe Edmund, but when she asks Jeffrey, he confesses to impersonating the prince.
August 2006
In the midst of Reva's battle with cancer, Josh decides Cassie is the woman he wants to spend his life with. A month later, Josh and Reva divorce.
January 2007
Cassie's daughter Tammy is struck by a car intended to run down Jonathan. After drifting in and out of consciousness for hours, Tammy dies in the hospital.
February 2007
A devastated Cassie confronts Alan about his involvement in Tammy's murder. Later, Alan is shot, and Cassie is arrested for his attempted murder. Josh confesses to the crime to save Cassie, but he is exonerated when Ashlee admits she shot Alan.
May 2007
Cassie breaks into a medical lab and discovers that Alan is the father of Beth's unborn child. To protect the baby, Cassie doctors the paternity results to indicate Rick is the father. (In 2008, to keep Alan from shooting Jonathan, Cassie confessed to switching the results when Reva blurted out the truth at Peyton's christening.)

Cassie and Josh marry, despite Reva's being hit by a car. (Cassie deemed it a stunt intended to stop the wedding.)
October 2007
Cassie's desire for another child led her and Josh to bring home demon-seed Will. Cassie's life begins to spiral out of control as she's forced to deal with Will's deadly shenanigans, including murdering Alonzo and pushing Edmund over a balcony and into a coma.
April 2008
After a few drinks at Towers, Cassie and Cyrus go for a wild ride and end up in a random barn, where they have a one-night stand.
July 2008
Once Reva and Josh's love story hits the big screen, history rears its head, and Josh decides he made a mistake in choosing Cassie. After a huge falling-out, Josh decides to go after Reva, so he and Cassie divorce.
August 2008
Grady goes on trial for Tammy’s murder. Cassie gives heartfelt testimony on the stand, but to her devastation, Daisy steps in with false testimony that ultimately helps Grady go free.

Is "Cassie" leaving because she is having a baby? Is Ava coming back?
Is everyone leaving? What is going on with this show? Are they going to go back to "regular camera filming? What is the deal?
It is quite obvious Cassie is leaving due to pregnancy. Question is why did you not write it into the show? It would have been a good plot Reva and Cassie pregnant together and have it be Cyrus's child. How could you pass up such a plot???
GL is going down the drain FAST! Pretty soon, there will only be 2 or 3 characters left playing 20 roles. This is ridicoulas. You think its time to hire new writers??? Hello! I've watched this show 23 years. I'm so done! And PS..... bring back the old camera/scene set up! This new crap is just that..... crap!
I LOVE NICOLE FORESTER AS CASSIE.I HOPE SHE WILL COME BACK AFTER THE BABY.I AGREE THAT CASSIE'S LEAVING WILL BE A BIG LOSS TO GL.I'M ALSO WONDERING WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE SHOW.I MEAN THEY HAVE LOST ALL OF THE ACTORS THAT GL FANS TUNE INTO WATCH EVERYDAY.FIRST IT WAS GUS,HARLEY,CASSIE AND THE ACTORS THAT ARE LEFT BARELY GET VERY MUCH AIR TIME.I THINK I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE ACTORS ARE SO UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THE SHOWS GOING I WOULD LEAVE TOO. I've been watching this show since the days of christopher bernau and the character of rita stapleton..i think that was her name she was married to ed bauer. and i still watch, via recording but i kinda lost interest when the powers that be let jonathan leave the show...he is AWESOME!!! HE HAS SUCH DEPTH AND WHEN he has a scene that calls for him to cry it seems so real please, please , please bring him back.
