All In The Family

YOU'RE A SPAULDING
Welcome to the family ... if you can handle it. You mask your insecurities and desire for acceptance with false sense of family entitlement. The butlers, drivers and summers in San Gabriel are nice, but just because you're rich as sin don't expect any special handouts. You have to earn your inheritance. Handing over your first born to the family patriarch is a great start! If you've got any real Spaulding in your blood, corporate espionage and kidnapping are cakewalks. It might be a good idea to tuck a gun under your pillow and whatever you do, don't cross Alan.

YOU'RE A BAUER
Sure, most of your family's either dead or has moved out of town, but there's still some good times to be had, especially with a new baby around. Family comes first and you're willing to do almost anything to protect them — even if it means lying about parentage, marrying the mob or taking liberties with your Cedars pharmacy hookup. Whenever you're in a pickle, there's someone who can help you out and vice versa, but you always seem to get the raw end of the deal.

YOU'RE A LEWIS
The stubborn Lewises work hard and play hard (maybe a little too hard). The family businesses have been through the wringer, but the words and spirit of old H.B. constantly keep everyone in check. You try to maintain a moral compass, but have lost your way more than you'd like to admit. You also tend to have a tough time staying away from your exes, which leaves you in a constant state of romantic turmoil and always spells trouble (especially lighthouse rendezvous).

YOU'RE A COOPER
Like they say, families that eat together, stay together. Be prepared to take on a shift waiting tables at Company and guard Buzz's secret chili recipe with your life. For the most part, you just want to live your life, be happy and possibly pull some strings to get a job at the Springfield PD. There are few things that really get you riled up, but the Spauldings top the list. Local politics, family business, football and war vets totally tug at your heartstrings. For the most part, you can always count on your family to be there for you ... unless one of them is trying to steal your man! Procrastination, especially when it comes to home-improvement projects, is your downfall.
