Getting Ready
"It was a half-surprise party, if you will, because I knew I was having a party, I just didn't know of the details, like where it was going to be, who was coming, how extravagant Martha made it ... I had no idea about anything. I had a relaxing day: I got my hair done, got a manicure and a pedicure and then I got ready at home."

Getting There
"A limo picked my boyfriend [Oli, a singer from England] and I up. As we were getting in the limo, he started showering me with diamonds — a ring, necklace and bracelet. I was floored because he had already given me a bunch of presents, so I thought I was done. I'm a really lucky girl. Then, I got to the party and there was a huge poster of me outside on Hollywood Boulevard. I was so embarrassed. It said: 'Farah Fath is 21.' All of these tourists were walking by oohing and aahing. It was so sweet of Martha to go all out."

The Guest List
"Pretty much everyone from work was there, 'cause that's pretty much the only people I know! It was just rip-roaring fun, the best night of my life. It seriously was. Everyone that I love was there except, obviously, my family. A news crew from [homestate] Kentucky found out about the party and flew out there. They have a talk show that airs in Kentucky called ALL FOR YOU. It's on the NBC affiliate and comes on late at night. It's really well-known. I got out of the limo and saw them and I had to stop and think, 'What state am I in right now?' because I couldn't remember if I was in Kentucky for a second. I was like, 'Why are they here?' I had to do a double take and kind of get my bearings. I was really flattered."

"Martha totally has a future in party planning," praises Fath. "She had been in cahoots with my mom and gotten all these old pictures of me, ones I had never even seen before. On the invitation, there was a picture of me wearing dress-up clothes and holding these pearls, and I've never seen that picture in my life. I was looking at all these pictures that Martha had gotten and seriously, I was stunned; she made two huge collages on poster boards."

The Cake
"Martha got a huge cake that said, 'Happy Birthday Sarah.' Every birthday cake that has ever been ordered for me has had Sarah on it. No one can understand or comprehend the letter F and every year, my mom would be like, 'F as in Frank, Fred, Fish,' but it would still say Sarah. Maybe it's a good-luck thing, I don't know. So, Martha said she changed the S to an F with her finger."

Good Night
"I'm kind of known for wearing a lot of lip-gloss on the show, so Martha got little ChapSticks for everyone as party favors, but then a huge tub of Vaseline for me because that was funny to her. A couple of the crew guys filmed the whole night for me, so I have this great little documentation from when I got out of the limo to the very end, which is great. It was a phenomenal evening."
