I have grew up watching ATWT and I am 31 yrs old. I have loved Hal (Benjamin) onscreen the love he had for his character.

I am saddened to hear the news and want to pass along that the ATWT staff and the family of Benjamin will be in my thoughts and prayers.

May God comfort you in this time of need.

I hope to see an episode dedicated to him or at the end of a few shows in loving memory of.

I have watched Benjamin from the very first day he was on the ATWT show and I have loved him ever since. In my book, he IS HAL MUNSON. No one will ever replace him. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends on the show. The show will not be the same without him.

I was shocked to read of Benjamin's death on July 3rd. And then to find out that he committed suicide, it just blows me away. My mother has watched ATWT since it debuted and I've grown up watching it 25 years now. Hal was such a gentle soul and I think Benjamin was probably the same way in life. The emotional scenes of Jen's death and funeral are that much more heart wrenching now that I know they are the last Hal will be in. I hope out of respect for a great actor, that ATWT will do a tribute episode to Benjamin and all the great work he has done.

I will pray his soul finds the peace that he could not find here on Earth.

Oh My Dear Goodness,

I knew Ben (Hal) was sick. I just didn't know how deeply. Hal cannot be replaced. Please donot replace him. There is only one Hal. I have been watching this show since I was 7 yrs old with my mom. I am now 41. It is the best, and I feel terrible about the passing of Ben. I could see it in his face he was not feeling well. Deepest sympathy to his family.

I was so shocked with this news. Benjamin Hendrickson was so great in his job. He made his caracter such a joy to watch, and how he loved his soap family. I will truly miss him and it tears my heart that he would have to end his life in such a horrible way. I and so many more will truly miss him.

I was so shocked today when I saw the "In Loving Memory of Benjamin Hendrickson". I know he was having health problems and it looked like he was doing so much better. He will be sadly missed. Losing Jennifer Ferrin was a big loss, now to lose Benjamin is a doubly big loss. I don't know his family situation, but they are in my thoughts and prayers.
