1992
The youngest daughter of Eric and Stephanie Forrester, Felicia Forrester was in London when the rest of her family was introduced. Upon returning to L.A. she was soon attracted to Stephanie's tennis instructor, Jake MacClaine. Felicia asked friend Margo Lynley about Jake, but Margo warned Felicia numerous times not to get involved with him. She later discovered Margo and Jake were siblings, and Margo had never forgiven Jake for abruptly leaving home as a child. Felicia encouraged Jake to make up with Margo, but he refused. Jake also refused to get intimate with Felicia. She later learned that Jake was sexually molested as a child. Jake confronted his parents but soon learned it was his uncle Charlie, not his father, who had molested him. After a short, happy time, Felicia learned that Jake was cheating on her with her brother Thorne's wife, Macy. Despite her warning Macy to break it off, the affair continued and Felicia told Thorne the truth.

1993
After Jake was accused of stealing the BeLieF anti-wrinkle cream formula from Forrester, he and Margo left town together. Soon Felicia was attracted to Taylor's brother Zach. It was revealed that years ago, Zach killed the man he deemed responsible for his mother's death. Then he was ordered to kill his own father to settle a gambling debt. After Felicia was nearly raped by Ganz, the man who ordered the hit on Zach's father, Zach made an agreement that freed him from any obligation. Zach told Felicia his father was Jack Hamilton, who was dating Stephanie. Felicia told her mother, and Stephanie walked away from Jack. Felicia and Zach left Los Angeles together.

1997
Felicia returned home after her brother Ridge was arrested for shooting Grant Chambers. Ridge and Felicia worked together to clear his name. She hired private investigator Hunter Jones to try to prove Ridge's innocence. Despite her closeness to Thorne and knowing how much Thorne wanted Taylor, Felicia agreed to help Ridge see Taylor by having him dress up in costume at Brooke and Grant's party. Ridge was convicted of the shooting. Felicia left town again.
