At Crimson Lights, Malcolm and Sofia announced she is pregnant to Lily and Devon. They were thrilled and Lily asked when the baby is due. Sofia answered that she doesn't know yet but her first doctor appointment is that day. Meanwhile, at the G.C.A.C., Olivia was curious by Neil's strange attitude about Malcolm and Sofia's baby news. Devon called and wanted Neil to come over to celebrate with the family but Neil claimed he was busy with a business meeting. He asked to speak to Sofia and when she got on the phone, he urged her to meet him right away. When Olivia returned from her own phone call, Neil urged her to join the family at Crimson Lights and she left.
At Gloworm, Chloe re-watched the security camera footage and noticed Kevin's hand signals. She explained to a detective that Kevin is doing rock-scissors-paper, which is a secret message that he's being held against his will. The cop wasn't impressed so Chloe left a message for a friend at the local TV station.
At the abandoned preschool, Jana heard the police outside and hid in the closet with Kevin. She knocked him out with chloroform so the police came and went without detecting them. Jana got worried when Kevin wouldn't wake up.
Michael explained to Lauren that Lucy is Daisy's baby and that Phyllis wants to file for custody. Lauren feared that once this goes to court, it will become public news and Daisy will know where her daughter is. Lauren pleaded with her husband not to represent Phyllis. After Michael left, Lauren shared the news with Chloe, who was aghast that Billy bought a baby on the black marker so she decided to sue for full custody of Delia. Chloe consulted Heather and, after hearing about what Billy did, she agreed to drawn up a petition for custody.
After Daniel signed over his parental rights to Billy and Victoria, Phyllis stormed out. Daniel assured the Abbotts that he will talk to his mom and left. Victoria freaked that Lucy would be taken from them. Billy summoned Rafe, who advised the only way to have the questionable adoption not investigated is to get Phyllis to not go after custody.
Try as he might, Daniel couldn't convince Phyllis to back off from Lucy. She insisted he will regret giving up his daughter. After Daniel left, Michael showed up and said he couldn't represent her. Phyllis begged for him to reconsider but Lauren appeared and ordered Phyl to stop thinking about herself. Michael offered to negotiate quietly with Billy and Victoria so Phyllis agreed.
Sofia joined Neil and she assured that he isn't the father of her baby. Neil wanted confirmation but she tried to talk him out of it. Olivia forgot her cell phone and when she returned to the G.C.A.C., she witnessed an intense moment between Neil and Sofia. After Neil walked out, Liv asked Sofia what was going on.... Chloe was excited when her friend from the TV station wanted to do a live report on the missing Kevin. As the camera rolled, Chloe explained what Kevin's hand signals meant.... As Devon watched, Lily was surprised to receive flowers with the Eiffel Tower keychain.... Phyllis returned to Billy and Victoria's house with Michael and Lauren. Billy was defensive but Michael offered that there may be a way to handle everything discreetly.... Kevin woke up to find he was in the closet alone. When Jana opened the door, Kevin feigned that he was in bad emotional state.

At the Abbott mansion, Tucker informed Jack that Adam sold his Newman stock options to McCall. When Tucker was called away to a business meeting, Ashley asked Jack to walk her down the aisle but he wasn't sure he wanted to do the honor. Ashley got upset so Jack capitulated.
At Gloworm, Daniel explained to Abby that Michael convinced Phyllis, Billy and Victoria to agree to meet again the next day. Tucker sat at their table, which upset Abby. Tucker explained he was meeting Ashley later for dinner and Daniel left to give them privacy. Tucker once again asked Abby to sell her Newman shares to him but she angrily refused so he specified that the stock would be in Ashley's name.
Devon asked who sent Lily the flowers but she wouldn't say. He grabbed the note and read, "Meet me at the usual place." Devon assumed Daniel was the sender but Lily disagreed. Neil and Malcolm happened by and Neil wanted to know where the flowers came from. Devon claimed he bought them for his sister.
Later, Tucker told Ashley that he wants to buy Abby's stock as a wedding present for Ash, who was touched. Meanwhile, Abby told Jack about Tucker's offer. Jack revealed that Tucker had already purchased Adam's Newman stock options so Abby wanted Jack to buy her shares. Jack jumped on the opportunity and made the deal with his niece. Abby returned to Gloworm and announced to Tucker and Ashley that she sold out to Jack. Tucker left the table so Ashley scolded her daughter for being disrespectful. Abby seethed that her mother marrying Tucker would be a big mistake since he cheated with Diane. Abby insisted she won't be at the wedding and Ashley demanded proof to support her daughter's suspicions about Tucker.
Sofia fibbed to Olivia that she was a having a business meeting with Neil. Olivia didn't believe it and asked point blank if Neil could be the father of Sofia's baby, which elicited a confession about the one-night stand. Olivia calculated Sofia's due date and time of conception and Sofia lamented that Neil is a viable daddy candidate. Liv wanted to eliminate Neil as a probable factor and figured out a new due date for Olivia.
Devon advised Daniel not to move in on Lily while she is vulnerable by sending flowers. Daniel insisted he never did such a thing. Meanwhile, Lily met Dead Cane at the graveyard and thanked him for the flowers. She knew he’d wanted to tell her something before he died but he couldn't remember. She fell into his arms and couldn't believe she could feel him. They kissed and he walked away into the darkness, leaving Lily in shock. Daniel showed up and was concerned that she was in a cemetery at night. He hugged her as Devon watched from afar.
Malcolm and Sofia returned from her doctor appointment and told Neil and Olivia the forged due date. Neil was relieved.... Tucker told Jack they could throw in together to make Victor's life miserable. Jack smugly said he'll get back to Tucker on that.

Tucker rejoined Ashley, who was depressed that Abby won't come to their wedding. Tucker surmised that Abby is just throwing a tantrum but Ash wasn't so sure and wanted her daughter to attend the nups.
As Abby drowned her sorrows at the Gloworm bar, she was sickened to see Deacon serving the drinks. Still, Abby was drunk enough to spill her hatred for her mother's fiancé plus complain about Lily monopolizing Daniel's time. Deacon advised Abby to confront her problems head on instead of drinking.
Devon approached Daniel and Lily in the cemetery and asked what was going on between them. Lily insisted that Daniel was just giving her a friendly hug but Devon wasn't convinced. Abby called Lily and asked to see her at Gloworm. Lily agreed and shared with Daniel that his girlfriend sounded "off."
Diane planned a romantic dinner for her and Victor but Jack barged in and announced he is the newest stockholder of Newman Enterprises, now that he is in possession of Abby's shares. Victor assumed Jack scammed Abby but Abbott happily reported his niece made the first offer. Victor laughed that he still owns the name and deed of his company so Jack won't have much of a say but Jack still relished having the shares. After Jack scampered away, Diane tried to get Victor back in the mood but he wasn't interested. Diane said she would be out for a while and left.
Nikki slipped booze into her coffee, then encountered Jack, who explained how he taunted Victor about buying Abby's shares. Nikki went to the ranch and expressed her concern for Victor. He exploded about Abby's betrayal but Nikki defended his daughter as being impulsive. As Diane eavesdropped, Nikki talked about how the Newman family came together during the Sharon crisis. Nikki pointed out that Victor has everything and urged him to accept Abby's actions as well as Jack being a stockholder. Victor softened and, as Diane watched, he warmly embraced Nikki. Diane left and Nikki did, too, soon after.
Jack approached Tucker and agreed to sell his Newman stock in exchange for Jabot but McCall declined. Ashley asked to speak to her brother alone and Tucker excused himself. Ash revealed that Abby isn't coming to the wedding and wanted Jack to change her mind.
Lily met with Abby, but when Daniel showed up too, she realized they had been together. Abby asked to speak to Lily alone and Daniel reluctantly obliged. Abby derisively declared how amazing Lily is and demanded to know if she wanted Daniel. Lily explained Daniel is just helping her through a tough time. Daniel interrupted them and, after Lily departed, assured Abby that she is the woman he wants and tried to escort her out. She got upset and starting yelling, creating a scene. Deacon asked them to leave but a drunken Abby told Daniel that she is over him. Devon offered to take her home and she agreed.
Diane showed up at Jack's house and said she had a way for him to "give it to Victor." After Diane dropped her coat to reveal that she was completely naked, Jack drew her into a passionate kiss.

Chloe was disheartened over Kevin getting bad press and branded a fugitive. Katherine suggested that they start a grass-roots campaign that Kevin is a hostage and not a criminal. Soon, Chloe and Gloria were passing out flyers about a missing Kevin to everyone at Crimson Lights. Katherine showed up and distributed "Find Kevin" T-shirts.
Heather found out that Chloe's petition for full custody of Delia had been pulled by the police. Meanwhile, Phyllis, Daniel, Michael and Rafe arrived at Billy and Victoria's house for further discussion about Lucy and they all agreed they didn't want the authorities involved. Phyllis and Victoria each insisted on custody but Daniel pointed out that it's best Lucy had two parents and urged his mom not to fight it. Phyllis agreed if she could have Lucy for one weekend a month and be included in every major decision of her life. Billy and Victoria agreed but before anything could be officially signed, a rep from Child Protective Services arrived and demanded to see Lucy's adoption papers. Rafe asked what precipitated the inquiry and the rep explained Chloe's custody petition. After looking over the adoption papers, the rep announced there were details missing that required further investigation. Until then, the rep wanted to take Lucy into protective custody. Billy, Victoria ad Phyllis begged for that not to happen and Daniel revealed he is the child's bio dad. Still, the rep took Lucy away and Victoria ran upstairs in tears.
Kevin lied to Jana that he wants them to become close again but she said he needs to be deprogrammed from Chloe's brainwashing. Kev claimed he still loved Jana but when she tried to kiss him, he pulled away and she was enraged. She locked him up in the closet, then heard a recording of Chloe on the radio explaining how Kevin was giving secret hand signals in the train station. Jana told Kevin that she has plans for him.
Angelo asked Jeffrey who is taking care of the bookie's records in Kevin's absence. Jeff assured he was doing the accounting but Angelo didn't trust him and demanded to see the books. Jeff refused and just as Angelo was threatening him, a cop appeared and wanted Angelo to come down to the station to answer questions about Kevin's disappearance.... Michael rushed into the police station to ask Spencer about Lucy being taken away from the Abbotts. Angelo was dragged in and announced that Michael is his lawyer.

At the police station, Michael told Chloe that her petition resulted in Lucy being ripped out of Victoria's arms and taken in to protective services. Phyllis and Daniel showed up and tried to convince Spencer to return Lucy but the D.A. insisted his hands were tied. Billy and Victoria arrived and she tore into Chloe for causing so much trouble. Nikki showed up and took a sobbing Victoria away. Billy then reamed Chloe and she regretted revealing the details of Lucy's adoption. Billy seethed that he should've taken Delia away from Chloe the moment she hooked up with Kevin.
An unhinged Jana decided that Kevin needed to rob a bank so he can be a criminal like her. Jana brought out the chipmunk head so Kev could use his old disguise to pull off the heists. She tried to put the mask on him but he pushed it away, enraging her. Jana called Chloe and ordered her to come to the abandoned preschool alone. Jana then told Kevin that the only way she can break his obsession with Chloe is to kill her.
Lily arrived at the cemetery, where Cane was waiting for her. She wanted to tell Daniel about being able to see and touch Cane but he advised her not to. He pulled Lily into a kiss, then asked her to bring the twins to him for a visit. She agreed but after she left, Cane took out a cell phone and made a call! Can ghosts do that?
At Crimson Lights, Phyllis hinted to Michael that she didn't want to keep her agreement with Billy and Victoria. Billy walked up and thanked Phyllis for working with him so that he and his wife can raise Lucy.
Back home, Victoria explained to a shocked Nikki how Billy bought Lucy on the black market. Ashley arrived to ask if Delia could be in her wedding and Nikki quickly apprised Ash of what's going on with Lucy. Ashley advised Victoria not to give up hope. Billy returned, then Michael showed up, too. In front of everyone, Victoria told her husband to stay somewhere else. He got upset and promised to make things right, then left. Nikki called someone and cried thatt Victoria "needs you."
Lily brought the twins to the cemetery but Cane never appeared.
Chloe showed up at the preschool but Kevin was able to kick the gun out of Jana's hand. The gals started struggling on the floor but Jana let out a scream and fell back, completely still. Chloe checked Jana's breathing, then gasped, "She's dead."
