Monday
Nick and Phyllis continued to argue over him knowing about Sharon and Adam. Nick noted that Phyllis knew about them through Jack and then reamed her out for not telling him about her plan to stop Deacon. Phyllis countered that Nick is really upset over the fact that he can't save Sharon, then asked how he found out about the pair. Nick confessed that he walked in on Sharon and Adam having sex. She was upset that she hadn't told him about it. Both felt badly that they were once again keeping secrets in their marriage.
Katherine and Murphy sold Christmas trees for charity.... Adam and Sharon went to the lot to pick one up and watched with admiration as Kay and Murphy bantered and joked. Ashley ran into them and they were grateful to her for supporting their relationship. Neil then joined Ashley and helped her shop so she wouldn't end up with a "Charlie Brown twig."
Cane and Lily stopped by Crimson Lights after doing their holiday shopping. Cane surprised Lily with a Christmas gift and told her that while they're together in this world, he plans to celebrate every second with her. Aww.
At Restless Style, Billy fired Chloe for giving up the juror's name to the judge. Chloe ignored him and went about making business calls. "Guess what? I got you out of jail!" she snapped afterward. Billy reminded her of all of the bad things she's done. "You're fired! Get your stuff and get your stuff out of my office!" he yelled, relishing his power.
Emily prepared to leave the Abbott mansion after enjoying a Christmas celebration with Jack, but he didn't want her to go. He told her how happy he's been with her and she agreed to stay. Later, Phyllis stopped by and accused Jack of ruining her life by telling her about Adam and Sharon. He argued that it's not his fault that she and Nick had a fight. Phyllis stated that Jack is the reason why she knew that Nick was hiding something from her, then asked if Jack wanted to convince Nick to save Sharon. Jack apologized for causing any problems for her. Phyllis stormed out of his house. Jack resumed being with Emily and looked forward for making room for the "good stuff" in his life.
Adam helped Sharon bring her tree home and place it in the living room. While she went to search for a stand, he placed a little gift in one of the stockings. Adam was touched when Sharon showed him a stocking with his name on it and hung it up. Adam then eyed Cassie's "My Family" drawing and "accidentally on purpose" knocked it over when he took off his coat. Sharon broke down as she recalled when Cassie had given it to her. Just then, Nick came by and found Sharon in tears. He comforted her and promised that they could fix it, but was cold toward Adam and stated that he knocked the drawing over on purpose.
Cane went to the Christmas tree lot and bargained with Kay on the price. Kay assured him that everything with Lily would be alright. Later, Ashley and Lily chuckled as Cane and Neil helped Ash set up her tree in the ranch. Neil invited her and her daughters for Christmas, but Ashley thought it would be best if Abby had Christmas at home. She changed her mind, though, when Neil explained that he thought having Abby around would help Lily deal with the late Colleen's absence. Later, Ashley brought Faith downstairs and Lily hinted that she could have some baby news of her own — but was waiting to tell Neil on Christmas. Lily was thrilled that Ashley and her family were joining them for the holidays.
J.T and Mac hung out at the Chancellor Estate, where he confided in his ex about his marital problems with Victoria. Mac blamed herself for not stopping Billy from posting things on Victoria in Restless Style. J.T noted that he and Vicky were having marital problems, anyway. Mac wished she could find a way to be herself again and said that J.T being there helped. J.T. Said that Billy didn't deserve her. Mac asked what his best case scenario would be with Victoria; he replied that he wished he and Victoria could forget about their problems and just be a family together.
Kay enjoyed celebrating Christmas with Murphy as herself instead of Marge.... Billy arrived at the lot and gave Kay a hug. She was happy to see him out of jail. Later, Billy stopped by the estate to see Cordelia. Though it wasn't his day to be with her, Chloe let him anyway. They ran into Mac and J.T and the guys exchanged words. Billy wanted to take his daughter home, but Chloe insisted that Delia stay put since she was tired. Billy agreed, but was clearly annoyed.
Adam offered to get a new frame for Cassie's picture immediately, but Sharon turned him down, noting that things change.... Phyllis found Nick waiting for her in the tree lot. They agreed to have no more secrets between them and hugged.
Tuesday
Tucker came to the Christmas tree lot, where Katherine introduced him to Murphy. Meanwhile, at the lot, Nina questioned Jill about trying to find Kay's daughter. Nina promised to keep it quiet, but offered to help out, if necessary. Jill said she'd keep Nina in the loop. Gloria and Jeffrey then arrived for a tree and Glo promptly introduced herself to Tucker. She then chose a huge wreath and flirted with Tucker, to Jill and Jeff's chagrin. Tucker seemed amused.
Daisy stopped by the Baldwins, where Lauren, Michael and Eden were getting ready for the holiday. Daisy gave Lauren her keys, which she'd left in the store, then said she's going to the dorms. After she left, Eden pointed out that the dorms are closed for the holidays. Lauren called the school and learned that Eden was right. She then called Daisy, who was at the tree lot with Ryder. Ryder was afraid of "her" being in town. Daisy refused to let him mess up their plans. Daisy then took Lauren's call and Lauren asked her to come back over. After, Daisy explained to Ryder that she's playing her part. Daisy went back to the Baldwins and they asked what was going on. Daisy admitted to lying and revealed that her parents were killed in a car accident when she was young. She said that her real name is Daisy Sanders and that she's going to school on a scholarship. She was afraid that if the truth got out, she'd be expelled. Michael promptly sat down at his computer to check things out.
Devon and Roxanne went to Crimson Lights, where he filled her in on his plan to go into music. Neil joined Devon and Devon confessed that he's been so busy with music, he failed a class and won't be graduating until the spring. Neil angrily reminded him that he'd help his son with his music only if he kept his grades up.
At the Abbott mansion, Jack served Emily his family's traditional holiday breakfast. He asked if she's going to see Patty. Emily said she was and that her patient was showing improvement. Jack asked Em to return to his house when she was done with work.... Paul visited Patty at the mental hospital and gave her a gift. Patty then began to cry and said that she hates being cooped up in her cell. She pleaded with him to take her home for a day, but he explained that he couldn't. She cheered up as she opened the gift. Paul ran into Emily in the hallway and asked if his sister could have a more comfortable room. Em didn't think that she was stable enough. Emily then visited Patty and Patty gave her an angel that she'd made for her.
Paul and Nina dined at the coffeehouse. Paul shared that he received some more information about the nurse who may have been involved in Kay's adoption and that the woman, who now lived in Cleveland, was coming to Genoa City. The nurse soon met them at the coffeehouse and recalled that a woman arrived with a newborn on the first night of her job. She remembered that the baby was given to some nuns, known as the "Grey" nuns. Later, Paul and Nina made some more calls about the location of Kay's daughter.
Emily returned home to Jack's where a group of carolers were singing outside. They joined them. Meanwhile, Patty read an article about Jack in the business section and cut out his picture.
Neil joined Kay and Murphy at the tree lot. The carolers soon arrived with Jack and Emily singing with them. Kay cracked up upon seeing Jack in the crowd. She asked if he was still angry with her for squeezing him out of the Chancellor stock deal, but Jack said that he forgives Kay. Smiling at Emily, he added that he has other things going on in his life.... Tucker helped Jill trim her tree in her office, which he decorated with neck ties. Very cute! Jill was disgusted with the way Gloria had thrown herself at him. Tucker thought Gloria was tacky but was amused by how jealous Jill was. Jill denied it and invited him to Christmas dinner. Jeff asked Glo about her "crush" on Tucker, but she called it a harmless flirtation... Neil and Kay later went to the G.C.A.C to discuss business. Neil felt badly about his argument with Devon. Devon believed that Neil still hadn't forgiven him for sleeping with Tyra. Neil then joined them at the club and apologized to Devon for being so harsh. Devon said he was sorry for letting his grades slip.
Gloria and Jeff paid Michael a visit and told him that they know he was lying to him about Chancellor's plans. Later, Gloria told Jeff that she wants Jabot.... Michael told Eden that he's also beginning to suspect that Daisy is lying to them. Still, Lauren felt badly for her. Later, Michael assured Daisy that he believes her. Lauren invited her to spend the holidays with them.
Jack told Emily that this is the best holiday he's had in years. Emily told Jack that she loves him.... Patty made a paper Christmas tree and placed Jack's head on top in place of the angel.
Wednesday
At the Abbott mansion, Jack was still reeling from Emily admitting she was in love with him. Without acknowledging his feelings in return, Jack left, claiming he had an errand to run. He left Emily confused and wondering where in the world he could be going. While he was out, Billy arrived. Emily tried to convince him to stay for Christmas. "Things are kind of funky with the old ex," he lamented. "Things are even funkier with the new ex!" After attempting to get him to open up about his relationships, Emily let him off the hook, asking him to come over on Christmas if he changed his mind. After Billy had departed, Jack came home from his shopping trip. He grabbed Emily and they began making out.
Distracted from her work at the boutique, Amber stared longingly at the photo of Little D inside her locket. Lauren gave her permission to leave work early, so she went home to find Daniel had put up the Christmas tree. He gifted her with a silver ornament, which caused her to burst into tears. "It's my son," she sniffled. She recounted how Little D had come into her life. She admitted that she had made a mistake in trying to pass him off as her own, but that she had grown to love him. "He's out there somewhere, and I hate Deacon so much, but he was all Little D had and now he's all alone because of us!" Amber began sobbing. Daniel pulled her into an embrace. She begged Daniel to allow her to look for the little boy. Daniel reluctantly agreed to, after Christmas.
At the Ranch, Abby was snippy with her mom. Ashley confided in Adam that she was worried about Abby. Adam suggested that she surprise Abby with some trendy clothes for Christmas. While Ashley was concerned that it might seem as though she was trying to "buy" her affections, Adam encouraged her to run out and shop. Ashley agreed, and accepted his offer to watch Faith. While she was out, Billy arrived looking for her. Adam answered the door holding the baby. Billy recalled seeing Adam sneaking around, and warned him to stay out of his way. Sharon arrived, and was taken off guard when she saw Adam holding Faith. They were interrupted by Billy and Abby coming downstairs. They both warned Sharon to stay away from Adam, and left. Sharon assured Adam that she intended to ignore everyone's negativity towards their relationship. Adam expressed his love to Sharon, and for the first time, she admitted that she loved him, too. They began kissing passionately. Faith started to cry, and Adam handed the baby to Sharon, shifting uncomfortably, as he watched Sharon unknowingly rocking her own baby.
After Ashley returned home, Adam and Sharon went back to Sharon's house. There, Sharon expressed her desire to get away together. Adam said that he could make that happen, and proposed to her. "Will you be my wife?" he asked. "I want you with me while I work to become a better man."
Billy and Abby went to Colleen's grave together. Billy told Colleen that the world was just not the same without her. Abby agreed, saying that nothing seemed right. Traci appeared behind them and said, "It will be, Honey." Billy and Abby were delighted to see her, and rushed over to give her a hug. The three of them addressed Colleen again, promising to honor her by living full, happy and joyous lives together as a family.
Nick went to visit Sharon, apologizing to her for jumping the gun and buying the snow mobile for Noah without consulting her. Their conversation turned to their grief over their baby's death. They agreed that they wanted more for their daughter's legacy than them fighting all the time. Sharon laid down some ground rules, though, demanding that he not pity her or try to control her. He couldn't help warning Sharon about Adam again. She got angry, saying that he had no right to deny her some contentment. "There you sit, Nick, with your wife and child ... with your whole future ahead of you ... but I'm not allowed any bit of happiness?" she accused. She went on to inform Nick that she and Adam were in love. Nick pointed out that Adam was a liar, cheater and backstabber. "You still see me as this little girl from the wrong side of the tracks, who needs a prince to ride in and rescue her," Sharon claimed. "And you know what, Nick? I'm not that girl anymore! I want a life ... a life that doesn't include you!" Nick told her to go ahead and do whatever she wanted; that he was done. He left and Sharon wondered if he was gone forever.
Kevin met up with Ryder to let him know that he was going to be spending Christmas with Michael, and that he wouldn't be seeing him at all. He wished him a Merry Christmas and left.
Kevin and Jana arrived at Michael's apartment. Kevin explained that he was there to spend Christmas with "the brother who had always been there for him," rather than the brother whom he had a restraining order against. Phyllis arrived with Summer. She explained to Michael how Nick had discovered Adam's relationship with Sharon, and wondered if he could be over at Sharon's right now, trying to rescue her. Phyllis admitted to Michael that Sharon was not the problem anymore, that she wasn't texting Nick all the time, or showing up at their doorstep. "I hate to admit it," she said sadly, "but I think Nick is the one." Noah, Eden and Kevin arrived, just as Phyllis was leaving. Eden remembered that she left her gift for Lauren at the boutique, and left to go retrieve it.
Back at home with Summer, Phyllis wondered where Nick could be. As she began reading a Christmas story to Summer, Nick arrived. Phyllis laid into him, and Nick admitted he had been with Sharon. He explained that Sharon wanted to move on with her life. "This is the best Christmas gift, don't you think?" Phyllis inquired. Nick's silence angered Phyllis. She asked him if he was going to leave her again. Nick attempted to explain that although he loved Phyllis, there was a piece of him that didn't want Sharon to let go. He asked for his wife's help in dealing with his feelings, saying that he felt like he could explode. Phyllis slapped him, and raced up the stairs.
Lauren finally joined Michael at home after work, and they began kissing and beaming about how wonderful their life was. Lauren had left Daisy to close and lock up the boutique. As Daisy was doing so, Ryder arrived and startled her. After hearing that he would be alone for Christmas, Daisy hugged him, saying that it all would be worth it in the end, as long as he continued to "play his part". Eden, who had arrived to retrieve her present for Lauren, saw and overheard their exchange.
Thursday
Lily and Cane went to Neil's for Christmas and looked forward to telling him that he's going to be a grandfather. They were greeted by Roxanne, who was baking an apple pie. After, they opened presents. Lily got a gift from Sharon, which was a book full of Dru's favorite poems. Neil gave Devon a gift certificate for free recording sessions in Chicago. Devon was thrilled. Cane got a watch.
At the ranch, Abby and Ashley admired all of the presents which had been sent by Victor. Ashley was surprised to see Traci there. The three then went to Neil's place. Lily was overjoyed to see them, especially Traci. Neil sat down to open Cane and Lily's present, which was a T-shirt that said, "World's Greatest Grandfather." They revealed that Mac is pregnant with their child. Neil was stunned, but loved the thought of having a grandchild.
Tucker and Jill snuggled in bed together, where he gave her earrings and stilettos.... Paul joined Nina for Katherine and Murphy's celebration at the Chancellor Estate. Kay and Murphy were both wearing fishing vests; he explained that they were going ice fishing. Chance, Chloe, Jill and Mac joined the gang, as well as an inebriated Billy. Billy spilled the beans about Mac being pregnant with Cane and Lily's child. Jill was shocked. Kay was happy for Cane and Lily, but Billy was miserable. Soon, Esther arrived with Tucker and Kay introduced him around. Jill was embarrassed when a clueless Kay introduced Paul as Jill's boyfriend.... Billy held Cordelia, while she played with one of the toys she got.... Murphy was surprised when Tucker gave him a fishing rod. Kay noted that Tucker has probably researched everyone in her life and was grateful to him for bringing gifts. McCall thanked her for inviting him to her family's holiday. Later, Paul told Jill that he got in contact with a nurse who was on duty when Kay's baby was brought in. Jill was about to tell Kay the good news, but Tucker asked to speak with Kay about business. He suggested that they acquire a company called Cell-Tron, but she wanted to wait. He urged her to make the deal. After, a drunken Billy held Delia and announced that Chance isn't her father. Chloe took her from him and Billy planned to leave. Chance warned him that if he drives, he'll arrest Billy for DUI. Chance took him home instead.
Daniel and Amber joined Phyllis, Nick, Victoria and J.T for Christmas. The gang opened their gifts, which included a doll for Summer and blocks for Reed. Phyllis questioned Victoria about going to Dubai. Victoria explained that her husband wasn't happy with her going and taking Reed. Amber became emotional as she thought about Little D.... Nick asked J.T. why he won't let Victoria take Reed with her. They were interrupted when Nick and Victoria took a call from Victor. They were then shocked when a brunette Nikki suddenly stopped in, home from Europe! Everyone was thrilled to see her. After, they all led Noah outside and presented him with a snowmobile.... Daniel and J.T watched as Amber played with Reed. J.T. told Daniel how wonderful fatherhood is, but Daniel replied that he's not ready to be a dad. Victoria again asked her husband if she could take Reed with her to Dubai.... Amber wanted to find Little D, but Daniel didn't think she should trust Deacon.
At Sharon's, Adam presented her with a small box and urged her to open it. It was an engagement ring. He told her how much he loves her and again asked her to marry him. She said she couldn't accept it. Adam decided to hold onto it until she changes her mind. Later, Sharon stopped by Nick's, but Summer answered the door and told her to go away. Sharon went around back and smiled wistfully as everyone else posed in a family shot with Noah. Victoria and Nick urged their mom to stay in town. She sensed that something was bugging them and both Victoria and Nick admitted that they're having marital problems.... Sharon stopped by the ranch to see Adam and said that she needs to move forward with her life. Adam became uncomfortable when the nanny came downstairs with Faith and Sharon asked to hold her.
Mac stopped by Neil's, where Cane and Lily gave her gift certificates for maternity clothes and a maternity massage.... Lily gave Traci a scrapbook full of photos of Colleen. Lily missed her mom. Traci said that she can never replace Dru, but offered to be there if Lily ever needs motherly advice. Later, Lily told Cane that she isn't feeling well and asked him to take her to the hospital.
Jill confessed to Kay that she's not dating Paul, and that they'd been working on a "secret project" for her. Jill then revealed that Paul managed to track down the baby whom Kay had given up for adoption.... Nikki stopped by the Chancellor Estate and Tucker answered the door. She looked less than happy to see McCall, whom she clearly knew already.
Nick was surprised when he got a call about Adam taking the Newman jet.... On the jet, Adam and Sharon kissed and cuddled as their plane landed in Lake Tahoe. She giggled and couldn't believe how impulsive she was being. "What will Noah think when I tell him that we've eloped?" she wondered. "You've made me the happiest man in the world," he said.
