Monday

Victor reminded Michael that Ashley and her baby are his concern. Victor didn't want Ashley put away. "I want her with people she trusts," Victor said. Michael told him he couldn't overrule the court order, an order that was instigated by Jack. "How do I tell her that her own brother wants her committed to a mental ward?" Victor asked.

Ashley told Adam she was afraid to confide in Victor. She didn't think she could ever tell him about the Sabrina sightings. Adam was pretty sure that Victor could tell she was pretty rattled. Adam suggested she keep her distance from Victor but she didn't see how she could do that. Victor knocked on Ashley's door. Victor told her that Jack had convinced a judge that she can't make her decisions. He added that Jack got a court order that says Ashley might submit to some tests. "He wants me committed," she said frantically. "This s a nightmare," she moaned. Victor tried to calm his wife down. "Just be yourself," Victor said. Adam listened by the door. Victor left and Ashley immediately called Jack and demanded he come over.

Jack arrived at the ranch. Michael said that the interview would take place at the ranch. "What the hell are you doing here?" Victor barked. Ashley called for her brother to come upstairs. "How could you do this to me?" Ashley asked. "This is my home," she cried. "I'm not giving you up on you," Jack said. Jack tried to explain that he didn't want to see his sister deteriorate. "It looks like you are living on tea and nightmares," he said. Jack practically started to cry when he wondered what sucked the light out of her. "Say something," he begged. Ashley told Jack to put a stop to this court order or "you will lose a sister." Jack insisted that living with Victor had seriously harmed Ashley.

Victor and Jack went head to head about Ashley. Victor asked Jack to drop the court order. Jack got a call saying the court-ordered psychiatrist was on her way over.

Ashley wondered to Adam, "What if I fail this test?" Ashley genuinely feared being taken away to an institution. "That's when the crying starts," she said. Adam assured her that she wasn't going anywhere.

Cane sat by Lily as she had her first round of chemo. Lily remembered all the fabulous times Cane had surprised her. He regretted not telling her the truth. Cane told a story about "Lane" which actually explained to her why Cane couldn't go back to his own country. Lily and Cane went home. Cane was ready to take care of her. "I feel great," she said.

Jack called Sharon in the institution. Sharon told Jack she was grateful that he was keeping the secret. She insisted that she have some time alone. Noah visited his mother. Sharon told her son that she was doing great.

Phyllis and Nick were overjoyed that Summer would be making a full recovery. A reporter asked Nick how he liked seeing his ex-wife in "the loony bin." Nick told her that Sharon (and the rest of his family) were off limits. Nick told Phyllis how grateful he was she let him earn his way back into the family. Phyllis and Nick kissed goodbye and both headed off to other places.

Jack told Nick he'd field questions from the press. Nick asked Noah how things went with the visit to his mother. Noah didn't know why Nick hadn't gone to visit Sharon.

Phyllis paid Sharon a visit. Sharon wondered why she came. Phyllis warned her that the press was around. Sharon told Phyllis that she and the baby would survive. Phyllis was impressed by Sharon's calm serenity. Sharon and Phyllis had a nice talk, and Phyllis asked Sharon if she had made any
Decisions about her new life, suggesting that Sharon should give Jack a second chance. She also wondered why Jack, the father of Sharon's baby, hadn't visited her once.

Michael refused to hand over his blackberry to Lauren before they had dinner, then apologized for been so obsessed with work. When Lauren said the kids were all being taken care of, Michael immediately asked for a room key to the hotel they were dining in.

Tuesday

At the Newman Ranch, Jack was eager to have Ashley's mental health evaluated, but Victor and Abby were not happy about it. Abby feared her mother would be put in a mental hospital. Upstairs, Adam coached Ashley on how to make herself look sane when the psychiatrist arrived. Soon, Dr. Jamison came by and Abby stated that her mother isn't crazy. The shrink met with Ashley and asked her three very basic questions. Dr. Jamison then questioned her about more personal things like the loss of her father, as well as Victor losing Sabrina. The doc asked if she's seen Sabrina, but Ashley replied that she doesn't believe in ghosts. Dr. Jamison noted that even so, Sabrina must have impacted her marriage. Ashley insisted that though Victor had a hard time letting his late ex, go, he has — and again stated that she never thought Sabrina was haunting her. After, the doc told Jack that she didn't think Ashley needed to be removed from the ranch.... Adam told Abby that he wouldn't have let Ashley be taken away. Abby was grateful to him for caring about her mother.... Ashley was relieved when Victor informed her that she passed the doctor's evaluation. Later, she thanked Adam for his help. She then asked him to stay in bed with her for the night ... and snuggled against him.
At the G.C.A.C., J.T. made a call that Paul was missing and feared that he was kidnapped. J.T. called Nick and filled him and Heather in. Nick was afraid that MJ would hurt Summer.... Meanwhile, Paul drove as Mary Jane/Patty held a knife. Paul insisted that he's on her side and that she wouldn't hurt her big brother. She wished he could still protect her; he promised to try. She bristled when he called her Patty and kept asking her questions about who brought her to town. Their argument became intense and she accidentally slashed him with the knife. Paul assured her that he was going to be fine — and called her his baby sister. She asked if he was going to turn her in.... Heather told J.T. that if MJ hurt Paul, MJ would have her to deal with.
Phyllis came by the mental hospital and asked Sharon why Jack hadn't been to visit her. Sharon didn't understand why Phyllis was so concerned about her relationship with Jack, but Phyllis pressed her for details. Sharon explained that she wants to stop being needy and dependent. Phyllis was skeptical. Soon, Nick came by the hospital, to Phyllis's chagrin. After, Phyllis informed Jack, but he was more concerned about Ashley's situation. Phyllis then asked Jack if the reason he wasn't seeing Sharon was because of the baby's paternity and concluded that he's not the father: Nick is. Jack stated that Nick isn't the father. He even looked Phyllis in the eye and said that he's the pop.... At the hospital, Nick asked the doctor to make sure Sharon was protected from Mary Jane. Sharon was surprised to see him there and he filled her in on the MJ drama. Nick told her that he's proud of her and they embraced.
A nervous Heather made some calls to see if she could get an update on Paul and Mary Jane. J.T. informed her that a car was spotted with Paul driving, meaning that he was alive. Still, they didn't know where the car was going, which freaked out Heather. Meantime, Paul and Patty stopped at a church and asked the priest for sanctuary from the law. The priest invited them in and Paul promised Mary Jane that he wouldn't let anything happen to her.

Wednesday

Gloria and Jeffrey stopped by the Newman Ranch and threatened Victor with the photo they took of him with Mary Jane, but Victor wasn't fazed. Jeff wanted $1 million for the photo, but Victor kicked them out. Gloria blamed Jeffrey for "losing" their money and implored him to get a job.

At Newman Enterprises, Victoria and J.T. had a serious talk about their marriage. J.T. apologized for spending time with Colleen and promised to ease up on criticizing Victor. After, J.T. got a call about Paul and Mary Jane/Patty. He was alarmed when Paul's empty car was found with blood in it.

At the church, Paul tried to keep an hysterical Patty calm and told her that the church is the only place she'd be safe. He promised not to let anything happen to her. "I am on your side," he stated. "I haven't had anyone on my side in a very long time," she cried. She regretted having shot Jack all those years ago. She explained that after losing her baby, she tried to put her life back together, but had a difficult time doing so. She added that she came back with the help of a "very powerful" man. Paul concluded that it was Victor, but Patty replied that she came back for Jack. She was relieved to be herself rather than Mary Jane. Paul questioned how she managed to make such a huge transformation; Patty thought back to when Victor first brought her to town. However, she went on about how she needed to get back to Jack.

Chance and Chloe ran into each other at the G.C.A.C. "Talk about a Chance meeting!" she chirped. She told him that she and Billy were about to finalize their divorce and she looked forward to her new life. Chance urged her to look ahead to the future and made it clear that he was interested. He was interrupted when Heather told him that they got a lead on Paul and Mary Jane.

Jill ran into Murphy and Katherine at the club and joined them. Kay reminded Jill that she needed her share of the property taxes on their home. Jill was angry, but promised to get them the check that afternoon. Chloe came by to say hello, but Jill stepped away. Kay and Murphy assured Chloe that Jill was in a bad mood before she arrived. Chloe then joined them and asked for advice about the divorce; she feared that Billy would forget about Cordelia. Murphy and Kay promised to support her. Later, Mackenzie ran into them and Chloe graciously stated that she's happy for Mac and Billy.... Victoria asked Kay if she'd heard from Nikki. Kay replied that she hadn't and became worried.

Jill asked her boss at the beauty salon if she could take some extra shifts. Meanwhile, Gloria planned to get a manicure at a "cheap, out-of-the-way place." Later, Glo went to the salon and was amused to have Jill be her manicurist. "Pick your color," snarled Jill.

Billy and Chloe met up at the courthouse to get their divorce finalized. Chloe apologized for all the things she's done and asked for a new start. Billy agreed. Chloe signed the papers, but Billy couldn't go through with it. He explained that he had some questions about the settlement.... Mac looked forward to Billy getting officially divorced.

Paul wanted to call J.T. and told Patty that J.T. could be trusted.... J.T. took the call at Crimson Lights, where he was with Heather and Chance. Paul told J.T. he was at the church; Chance and Heather insisted on joining J.T. when he went down to St. Jude's. Later, J.T. arrived and Paul was surprised to see that Heather and Chance were also there. Paul insisted that they respect them taking sanctuary at the church. He then took Heather and J.T. to see Patty and introduced Heather to her aunt. Heather was shocked. Paul asked Heather to help them broker a deal with the D.A.'s office. Patty asked if she could light a candle and made Paul promise that she wouldn't get burned. J.T. wondered what happened to her to make her go off the rails. Heather noted that she's dangerous and unstable, which made Paul angry. He stated that his sister needed psychiatric help. J.T. asked if she had a connection to Victor; Paul replied that Patty denied it, but he wasn't convinced.... Heather told Chance about MJ really being Patty. She was still having a difficult time processing the news and wasn't sure Patty was even responsible for her actions.... J.T. came to the ranch and told Victor about MJ being Patty. Victor feigned surprise and again denied having any connection to her. J.T. pointed out that Patty didn't have the resources to change her face and set up a new career, and believed that Victor brought her to town to get back at Jack. Victor was furious and called J.T. out for cheating on Victoria with Colleen — and then banned J.T. from his home.... A worried Victoria informed J.T. that she can't get in touch with Nikki. J.T. promised to search for her, then told her about MJ being Patty. Vicky became furious when J.T. blamed Victor for bringing Patty to town.

At the church, Heather wanted the police to stand back, but Chance demanded that Paul bring Patty out right away or they'd come in. Paul stepped outside while Patty stayed in the church. Paul said that if they want her, they'd have to violate sanctuary to get her.... Victor came to the coffeehouse and asked Jeff to bring Mary Jane to him.

Thursday

Cane and Lily — wearing a hat over her bald head — went to Crimson Lights. She chuckled when Cane cleaned off the table for her to make sure it was germ free. Mackenzie joined them and was happy to see Lily up and about. She then revealed that Chloe and Billy were signing their divorce papers. After, Lily tried to eat something, but didn't have an appetite and was suddenly tired. Cane then joked about how this was Chloe's second divorce in a year, and how this would've been his and Chloe's anniversary. Lily didn't understand how he could laugh about that and reminded him how he let her think he slept with Chloe and got her pregnant. Cane was contrite, but Lily continued to ream him out. She wondered if she even knew who he really is and made herself angrier and angrier, until she just decided to go home. Later, at home, Cane tried to make amends, but she regretted that she'd lost a year with him. She noted that everything was a trigger for her, regarding the Chloe/Cane/Billy/Delia situation. Cane admitted that he hadn't had the courage to reveal the truth about himself at the time. Lily relented and stated that she needs him. He promised that she's safe with him, but when he offered to stay with her while she slept, she refused.

At the courthouse, Billy didn't want to sign the papers, saying that he had questions about the settlement. Billy though back to when Cordelia was born and admitted that he was rethinking everything. Chloe didn't understand why he was being so resistant, but he wanted to reschedule the meeting. Chloe concluded that he was having second thoughts about divorcing her. Later, Billy took the papers to the G.C.A.C bar and looked them over. As he did so, he thought back to his and Chloe's wedding.

At the beauty salon, Gloria teased Jill for having to work there. Jill refused to be ashamed about having an honest job, but Glo decided to taunt her by getting every procedure the salon offered.

From the coffeehouse, Jeffrey made some calls to see if he could track down Mary Jane for Victor. Jack overheard and wondered what this was about. Jeff was confident that he could find her because he wanted to more than anyone else.... Mac arrived and ran into Jack. She acknowledged that Billy divorcing Chloe wasn't an ideal situation, but said that Billy would still be involved in Delia's life. Chloe later arrived and informed Mac that the papers weren't signed. Mac assumed it was Chloe who wouldn't sign them, but Chloe replied that it was Billy who was the hold-out. Mac found Billy at the club and confronted him; he insisted that he just wanted to go over the terms of the agreement. Still, Mac didn't entirely believe him and instructed him not to sign anything if he's not sure he wants to go through with it.... Chloe filled in Esther on what happened with Billy and believed that he still loved her. Esther stated that Chloe deserved better than him, but Chloe wanted to give their marriage another shot. She planned to make Billy jealous by spending more time with Chance. Esther feared that Chance would get hurt, but Chloe went ahead with her scheme and left Chance a voicemail message.... Billy gave in and signed the papers.

At the church, Paul refused to turn in his sister, noting that Patty needed medical attention. Chance threatened to have the cops bust in. Heather called for her boss, Owen Pomerantz. Owen promised Paul that Patty wouldn't e mistreated. Paul demanded that she get psychiatric help and not go to jail. Williams then made a call to a reporter and said he had a story. Heather wanted to help Paul out, but he explained that he was the only one who could help Patty. A delusional Patty then told Heather that she and Jack almost had a baby. Soon, the press arrived and Paul went with Heather to meet them. Patty found a kitten in the church and happily caressed the cat. She thanked God for delivering the creature.

At the nail salon, Gloria mulled over two different nail colors, each with fun names. She then saw Paul making a statement about Mary Jane on TV and ran out. Jill chased after her.... Jack and Mac watched Paul from the coffeehouse, but Jack didn't understand why Paul was defending her.... The reporter asked why he'd brought MJ to a church rather than a hospital. He explained that the church had a long history of helping people. He insisted
that MJ wasn't a monster and was mentally ill... In the church, Patty continued to snuggle with the cat and named it "Kitty Kitty".... Paul noted that in our society, many mentally ill people get written off and he didn't want her to be one of them.... Gloria met up with Jeff at the coffeehouse.... MJ called Jack and informed him that she's pregnant with his baby. Jack agreed to come right over, believing that he could get MJ to give herself up. Before he left, Jeff stopped Jack and said he had a plan that would bring down Victor. Jack didn't want to listen and left.

At the church, Paul requested to the D.A. that Patty get the same deal that Victor got for Adam: house arrest and an ankle monitor. He threatened that if the D.A. disagreed, he'd tell the media that there was a different brand of justice for the rich than for everyone else. Owen argued that Adam isn't violent; Paul promised that he'd get appropriate doctors for Patty. Soon, Jack arrived and Paul agreed to take him to her.... Jill found Jeff skulking around the church and told him that whatever he's up to, she's in on it, too.... Patty continued to talk to her cat, as a nun listened. The nun turned around: it was Gloria in disguise!.... Inside the church, Paul revealed to Jack that Mary Jane is Patty, Jack's ex-wife. Jack was floored.

Friday

At the mental hospital, Sharon's doctor wasn't happy with her attitude. She
still insisted that she didn't mean to steal the ring and didn't need
therapy. After, Doris visited with Sharon and stated that her daughter
wouldn't be there if she didn't have serious problems. Sharon again blamed
herself for Doris being in a wheelchair, but Doris reminded her not to do
that. Sharon felt responsible for hurting people.... Nick told Phyllis the
truth, that he went to check on security in the hospital and happened to
bump into Sharon. He explained that he was telling Phyllis this because he
wanted to be honest with her and let her know that he meant it when he said
he was in her and Summer's life for good. Phyllis apologized for jumping to
conclusions about him seeing Sharon. After, Phyllis got a call from a clinic
in Switzerland saying that they could accept Summer in their program.
Phyllis and Nick were overjoyed that Summer would be getting the medical
help, but they needed to leave the next day. Nick went ahead and booked an
early flight for them.

At the church, Patty eagerly awaited for Jack's arrival. Jack was still
having a hard time processing the reveal of who she is as he came face to
face with her. "Why didn't you tell me it was you?" he asked. She explained
that she wanted to wait until he fell in love with her. Meanwhile, Paul
continued to negotiate with the D.A.... Gloria, who was disguised as a nun,
hid in the church and eavesdropped as Patty and Jack spoke. Patty believed
that everything would be okay now that he was back. He assured her that it
would be. She vowed to never lose him again. Jack then asked if she was
really pregnant and she confirmed this. "I've been waiting my whole life for
this," she gushed, adding that she wanted them to get married right then and
there. Jack, trying to keep his cool, agreed that it made sense to do this.
Patty wanted to stay in the church, but Jack told her that she's safe if she
comes with him. He suggested he go talk to Father Hoffman and make the
arrangements, but she didn't want to be alone. He noted that Kitty Kitty
would protect her and promised to return.... Chance got a hold of Patty's
record and was appalled to learn that she'd shot Jack. Paul replied that
that had happened over 20 years ago, and she was now unarmed. Jack then
emerged and informed them that Patty wants to get married and is claiming to
be pregnant — despite the fact that both he and Paul knew she couldn't have
kids. Jack wanted to go back to her, but Chance wouldn't let him.... Jill
found Jeff lurking outside the church and wanted to join him in whatever he
was doing to bring down Victor, but Jeff wouldn't let her in on the plan....
"Sister" Gloria promised to help Patty. Patty asked if she could get her cat
something to eat; she then gushed about how she was going to get married.
Patty called out for Jack, but Glo urged her to keep it quiet.

At the G.C.A.C., Lauren and Michael dined and debated between seeing two
movies — the "new one with Meryl Streep," or a second choice. Lauren opted
for the second. Michael noted that things have been too quiet with his
mother and Jeff lately. They then found one of Jeff's cell phone bills,
which was marked, "Past notice." Eden then joined them and asked if she
could transfer to Walnut Grove. The Baldwins were surprised by this and
realized that she wanted to join Noah there. They promised to consider it.
After, Lauren admitted to Michael that she fears that Eden and Noah are
getting way too serious. Later, Jill ran into Lauren and Michael and hinted
that Gloria and Jeff were up to something.

Noah stopped by the tack house and told Phyllis and Nick he wants to go to
Walnut Grove. He explained that he's treated like a freak at his current
school. Nick agreed to look into it, and suggested they go to see Sharon.
Noah didn't want to return to the mental hospital, so Nick agreed to go on
his own. Phyllis graciously suggested that Nick speak with Sharon right
away.... Noah, Eden and Abby met up at Crimson Lights; Noah and Eden looked
forward to going to school together.... The Baldwins went to visit Phyllis,
who informed them that she was taking Summer to Switzerland. Lauren then
expressed her concerns about Eden and Noah.

At the hospital, Doris noted that Sharon isn't as "fine" as she says she is.
She refused to leave until Sharon told her what was really bothering her.
Doris then reminded her that Jack would help her out when the baby is born;
Sharon blurted out that she's carrying Nick's baby and has been keeping it
secret. She was adamant that Doris not say anything. Of course, who should
arrive just then and overhear? Nick. Uh-oh.

Chance and the cops put a wire on Jack before he returned to Patty. He went
back into the church and found her wearing a makeshift veil on her head. "I
can't wait to be your wife," she beamed. Jack suggested they get the baby
checked out or at least get rings before tying the knot. Patty became angry
as she realized he was stalling, and accused him of only pretending to want
to marry her. The others listened to the conversation via the wire. Patty
went on about how she hated seeing him with Phyllis and Sharon, and compared
them to Diane. Paul explained to Chance and Owen that Diane was the reason
Patty shot Jack. Patty wouldn't believe that Phyllis and Sharon were just
his friends. She then revealed that she had to "give Summer a kiss." Jack
became upset as he realized that she'd hurt Summer. The cops busted in as
Paul screamed for her.
