Y&R Week of April 6, 2009

Monday

Billy was shocked when Mackenzie arrived at the Chancellor Estate just when he and Chloe were married. Jack welcomed Mac home. They then heard all the shouting from the other room and found Katherine and Jill engaged in a food fight — with the wedding cake! Nikki declared that Kay had fabulous news; Kay then announced that Brock is her son and "this thing" — meaning Jill — wasn't her daughter. Ouch. Brock brought Mac to see Kay, who was thrilled to have her granddaughter in town.... Nikki offered to show Murphy around his new home. "My whole trailer can fit in this room," he marveled.... Ashley and Jack discussed how Jill and Kay not being related affected Mac and Billy.... Colleen went to see how Billy was holding up. When he stepped away, Chloe asked why Colleen stepped in as maid of honor. "Moment of weakness," Coll replied. Colleen then informed Chloe that Mac had "many interesting stories" to tell.... Billy said hello to Mac, who noted that her timing was awful. She congratulated him on his wedding. "I almost forgot," he admitted. Yikes. Chloe came over and introduced Mac to Cordelia. Mac left to clean up. Chloe was sympathetic as she noted that Billy's world has changed a lot now that Jill isn't Kay's daughter. "I can't believe it," he sighed.

Nick came up to Sharon’s suite at the GCAC and found her sobbing hysterically. Sharon revealed that she bailed on being Chloe's maid of honor. Nick said that he found a disguised Phyllis being escorted away by hotel security. Sharon appreciated him taking her side, but urged Nick to leave. She didn't want him and Phyllis arguing over her. "I'm not going anywhere," Nick said and
tried to understand why she was so upset. Sharon again asked him to leave her alone. He refused to go when she needed a friend. "I don't have a home, I don't have a job ... it's all so overwhelming," she cried. She reminded him that he has Phyllis now and should be with her, but Nick wanted to support Sharon. Nick promised to keep Phyllis away from her. Nick left the room and found Phyllis standing outside. "Here you are, outside of her room ... again," Phyllis said accusingly. Nick held her back and prevented Phyllis from going into Sharon's suite.

At the wedding, Kay enjoyed holding Delia. Cane apologized for not believing Kay's identity. Kay assured Cane and Billy that regardless of biology, they're still her grandsons.... Jill welcomed Mac, noting how Kay's announcement affected Mac and Billy. Mac thought it was a waste of time to dwell over how she lost Billy.... Chloe asked Esther what the deal was with Mac. Esther filled her in on how Mac and Billy wed and then learned that they were cousins, and had to have their marriage annulled. Chloe became alarmed at this. Esther assured Chloe that Billy wouldn't be with her if he didn't want to be. "I guess not," Chloe said, not convinced.... Billy went outside for some fresh air and ran into Jack. Billy lamented about everything that happened with Mac. Jack reminded him that it's been six years since he and Mac broke up and Delia's custody was at stake.

Inside, Cane and Chloe discussed Kay's return. Cane taunted her about marrying someone who turned out to not be about a Chancellor and didn't think Billy really loved her. Billy came in just then and suggested that he and Chloe leave. Chloe then threw — well, really handed — her bouquet to Kay. Awww. Billy fumbled when he called Kay "Grandma," but she insisted that he continue to call her that. Esther was disappointed that she wouldn't get
to carry out a certain wedding tradition for Chloe. Later at home, Chloe and Billy discussed the "surprises" at the wedding. She questioned him about Mac and he said that he hadn't seen his ex in years. He didn't want to discuss Mac and was eager to enjoy a proper wedding night with his new bride. Chloe was more than willing.... Back at the Chancellor Estate, Cane introduced himself to Mac. They hoped Jill and Kay would make amends. Meanwhile, Jill told Kay that she would've given anything to get her mother back, but Kay wasn't her mother. "I feel like I wasted the last six years," Jill admitted. She didn't want to live with Kay and revealed that she's moving out. Kay was devastated.

At the wedding, Ashley questioned Jack about his marriage with Sharon. She suggested he let Sharon go, but he wasn't ready to do so.... Phyllis and Nick returned home to the tack house and continued to argue about Sharon. Nick reamed out Phyllis for skulking around in a disguise. "You did this to me," she yelled. "I am obsessive and jealous, with good reason." She then called Sharon a slut and explained that she has a witness. Nick was appalled that Phyllis went to Jimmy's to get evidence against Sharon. Phyllis reminded him that Sharon is also sleeping with Billy and is a thief. She accused him of putting Sharon on a pedestal. Nick insisted that he loves Phyllis. "You have to see this woman for who she is," Phyllis pressed regarding Sharon. "I know exactly who she is," Nick replied. "It's you who I am beginning to see for the first time." Nick then stormed out. Yikes.... Jack visited Sharon at the hotel. He filled her in on all the wedding drama.
He then asked if he and Sharon could start over again. Sharon sadly presented him with divorce papers. "I'm so sorry, but this is the best thing," she explained.

Cane joined Jill at the GCAC; she admitted that being Kay's daughter never felt natural. "And now I know why," she said. Cane noted that just because they weren't family didn't mean that had to be enemies. "I think we were born to be enemies," Jill replied.... Nikki and Murphy tried to comfort Kay. Nikki reminded her friend that she needed to get her death certificate officially rescinded and her will made null and void. Kay thanked Nikki for helping her through everything.... Mac told Brock that what she and Billy
had was a lifetime ago.... Jack went to the GCAC bar and ran into Jill and Cane. He taunted Jill about the Kay reveal. "Shove it," she retorted.... Kay and Murphy settled into the Chancellor Estate. "Home at last," Kay sighed as she happily fell into Murphy's arms.... Chloe awakened and found her bed empty. Turns out, Billy went to see Mac.

Tuesday

When Noah missed his curfew, Sharon called his cell but he ignored the call because he was making out with Eden. Sharon then called Phyllis and asked to speak to Nick. A perturbed Phyllis hung up. Still worried about Noah, Sharon showed up at the tack house looking for her son and Phyllis barked that she and Nick had a fight and that he left. It wasn't long until the ladies were sniping at each other. "We know you're losing it," Phyllis explained. "Nick thinks he broke you, so he thinks he has to fix you, and he can't. And honestly, I think that your problems run a lot deeper than just clinging on to your teenage love. Nick wants to solve your problems, and he can't do it, so he fights with me instead and he walks out." However, Sharon insisted
that she's fine.

Chloe obsessed where Bill could be and flashbacked to how she plotted to meet him by stalking him at his coffee shop hangout and showing up at the same party one night. Meanwhile, Mac didn't seem happy to see Billy. He recounted how he's been a screw-up since their wedding night, when Jill revealed that they were cousins. "We got robbed of our lives that day," Billy lamented to Mac, but she countered with, "I moved on. And so have you. Your wife and daughter are proof of that." When Mac announced that she was going back to Darfur, Billy got upset. "You walk back into my life, and now you're going to walk right back out of it?" he asked. Chloe then showed up with Delia in her arms. Billy urged his wife to go home. When Billy returned home with Chloe, she told him to take care of their daughter's next feeding.

A restless Katherine couldn't sleep and sighed to Murphy that her life was in "chaos." As they played gin, Kay admitted that fighting so viciously with Jill came too easily for them. Murphy started to worry about Kevin and Amber. "They're good kids," Murphy opined. "No matter what the police think they've done.” Kay encountered Mac and admitted she wanted her granddaughter to stay.

Jack encountered Nick at the G.C.A.C. Jack could see that Nick was in pain because of Phyllis and Sharon. "Right now, I see a kid I helped raise living in a personal hell," observed Jack. "I know you, Nick. Chances are, one of those women is going to get hurt pretty badly." After Nick left, Mary Jane came downstairs and revealed that she's going back to New York. Jack insisted that he needed her to stay because "the power struggle at Jabot has only just begun." Mary Jane revealed that she missed her husband and that "it's time for me to get back."

While sitting in his car, Noah and Eden got all worked up about not being able to spend more time with each other. Noah finally went home to the tack house to find both Sharon and Phyllis together. When his mom jumped all over him for being out late, Noah snarked, "You don't want me and Eden to be together because you're alone and miserable, and you want everyone else to be miserable, too." Noah also insisted that what he and Eden have is just as real as when his parents fell in love as teenagers. After Noah went to bed, Nick showed up and promised Sharon that he would have a talk with his son. After Sharon left, Phyllis said to Nick, "So you're back."

Wednesday

Michael, Jana and Daniel sat in a diner in Minnesota and planned out how they
could find Amber and Kevin. Michael wasn't sure they could count on Jeffrey
to help them. Meanwhile, Jeff and the bounty hunter, Amos, discussed how
they'd bring Kevin home. Amos explained that finding Kevin was easy, but
bringing him home was going to be difficult. Jeff called Gloria to let her
know that they found Kevin in an old box car.... In the box car, Amber
tended to Kevin's leg wound and he yelped in pain. He was grateful that she
didn't leave him by himself, but feared what would happen if his father
returned. Amber assured him that his dad was never returning and that it was
safe to go home.

At the Winters' home, Neil, Karen and Ana prepared for a visit from social
services. Neil noted that things aren't so great in their marriage and that
they can't keep playing this game. He feared that they were putting Ana in
the middle of her problems. Karen stood firm in her decision to keep Tyra
away, but Neil didn't like the idea of keeping Ana from her mother. Karen
blamed Neil for kissing Tyra. "I gave you the out before the wedding," Karen
reminded him. "I thought I was ready," he sighed. Karen apologized for
overreacting to the kiss. Neil didn't understand why she was letting him off
the hook. Karen replied that she was hurt, but wanted to work on their
marriage. Neil reluctantly replied that he didn't want out of their
marriage, either. Karen promised that she'd get along with Tyra. She then
realized that Neil did more than just kiss Tyra. "I'm so sorry," he
whispered. Karen was speechless. Just then, the social worker knocked on
their door. Karen demanded that Neil step up and pretend to be the man she
thought she married for the duration of the meeting.

Katherine met up with attorney Mitchell Sherman to get her death certificate
rescinded. She didn't care if the people who'd received her money in the
will had already spent some of it. He was confident that everyone would
return what's hers. "Some less happily than others," she sighed.... At the
GCAC, Jack ran into Gloria at the bar. He noted that she'd have to return
Kay's Jabot stock, but Gloria replied that it was given to her in good
faith. Jack accused her of swindling someone, but she wouldn't give him any
details on who'd purchased her stock. Later, she met with Victor at the GCAC
and warned him that Jack has been snooping around. An annoyed Victor pointed
out that by calling a meeting with him, she could tip off Jack as to who her
buyer was.

Glo called Michael to ask about Kay's will; she also informed him that
Jeffrey fround Kevin. Michael instructed her to tell Jeff not to do
anything. A police spied the group at the diner and followed them, figuring
it would lead the cops right to Fisher.... Jeff paid Amber and Kevin a visit
in the box car. Kevin freaked out, but agreed to join him. Kevin then
knocked out Jeff; Amber pleaded with him not to shoot. Outside, Jana,
Michael and Daniel lurked and listened in on the drama. Jeff awakened and
Kevin kept holding the gun on him. In order to distract Kev, Amber suggested
they tie Jeff up instead of shoot him. Michael then joined them holding
rope. Kevin kept stating that he's in charge. Amber whispered to Michael
that he thinks Jeff is Tom, and also thought Clint was Tom. Michael asked
what "Tom" did to him and Kevin reported how his "dad" kept him in a closet.
He feared that Michael was angry with him, but Michael called him a good
boy. "He's a bad father," Kevin cried. Michael agreed and punched Jeff. He
suggested Kevin give him the gun and take a swing at Jeff; Bardwell
threatened to press charges. Michael instructed Kevin to punish "his father"
so Tom could never hurt him again; Kevin obeyed and punched Bardwell
repeatedly until Jeff was again unconscious. Michael had to stop his brother
before he killed Jeff... Outside, Amber reunited with Jana and Daniel, then
filled them in on everything that had happened with Kevin and Clint. Soon,
the cops found them and arrested Amber.

Victor met with Mary Jane at the Newman ranch. Victor predicted that Jack
would use Mary Jane to get his old job back at Jabot. They prepared to set a
trap for Abbott. After, Mary Jane met up with Jack at the GCAC; he was
confident that he could get her her job back. Later, Jack went to the
Chancellor Estate and discussed Jabot; Kay recalled him being a public
relations nightmare. Jack replied that he had a "cure," meaning Mary Jane,
and introduced them. Kay asked why Mary Jane was so anxious to spend the
time working on Jack's image. "Jack Abbott is Jabot," Mary Jane replied. Kay
wasn't sure that Jack's reputation could be fixed, but Mary Jane was ready
to tell the story about how he was falsely accused for the Jabot cream
debacle. Kay gave in and agreed to make him CEO when she got her shares
back, provided he hire MJ. Jack and MJ went to the GCAC to celebrate.

Gloria told Victor that she'll do anything to keep their deal intact. Victor
reminded her that he might ask her for a favor in the future. "Sometimes
that can mean a great deal," he warned. Gloria asked if he could help her
out with Kevin.... Victor visited Kay and questioned her about Jack. She
informed him that she promised to hire Jack because Jack's a great
businessman ‹ and that she also had a great PR executive on board. "Well
done, Mary Jane," Vic said aloud when he stepped outside.

At the boxcar, Kevin searched for his gun so he could kill Jeff, but Michael
talked him out of it. Kevin didn't want to go to jail. "It's your choice,"
Michael told him. "I don't want to kill him," Kevin decided. Just then, the
police came for Kevin and he panicked. Outside, Jana tried to stop them from
going after her husband. Soon, the Newman helicopter hovered overhead and
Gloria called out to them. In the box car, Kevin broke down and screamed at
Michael for not protecting him against Tom when he was a kid. "I loved you;
I didn't know how to help you then, but I do now," Michael said. "I'm never
giving up." "I waited for you," Kevin cried. "I promise I won't let you down
again," Michael replied. Michael then walked out with Kevin to greet the
cops. Jana was in tears as she watched her injured husband limp toward them.
When Kevin moved in a suspicious manner, a bunch of cops swarmed on him....
Gloria tended to a beat up Jeff.... Kevin was in a daze as he sat
handcuffed. Michael assured him that he was safe, but Kevin just kept
staring ahead.

Thursday

At the GCAC, Cane left a message for his lawyer saying he wanted to move forward with Cordelia's custody hearing. Lily overheard him and was disappointed. "You just can't let it go, can you?" she sighed, adding that she thought once Billy and Chloe were married, he'd stop trying to take Delia away from them. Cane insisted that he's not the bad guy. Lily argued that the fact that they got married showed they were more responsible than Cane thought. Cane believed that Billy was just competing with him. Lily disagreed. She was horrified when Cane revealed that he offered Billy the CEO position in exchange for Delia. She again stated that Chloe and Billy
love their daughter, but Cane wasn't swayed. "I wish you'd see how selfish Chloe and Billy really are," he sighed and blamed Chloe and Billy for keeping him and Lily apart.

Neil and Karen were in the middle of arguing when the social services representative knocked on their door to discuss Ana. Karen wanted Neil to pretend they were happy, but he didn't want to lie. "If you can lie to your wife, certainly, you should have no problems lying to a stranger," Karen spat. Ana joined them and opened the door for the social worker. Neil put his arm around Karen's shoulder and they pasted on some smiles. They were then informed that the judge ordered an adoption hearing for Ana for the next week. Karen was thrilled, but Neil had a difficult time hiding his not-so-happy feelings…. At Indigo, Tyra asked Devon why Neil and Karen won't return her calls about Ana. Devon called her out for having slept with t get how two people could be so damn selfish." "It was one time," Tyra argued. "He's a married man,"
Devon reminded her. Tyra swore that it was over. Devon was disappointed that he could no longer trust Neil.... At Neil's home, the social worker was impressed by Ana's school record and noted that Karen and Neil are stable parents. After the social worker left, Karen thanked Neil for keeping up the happy couple act. Neil wanted to discuss their marital problems, but she didn't want to talk about it. She asked Neil to leave her alone; after he stepped out, Karen broke down crying. Neil called Tyra and asked to see her. Tyra didn't think it was a good idea, but he insisted. Devin gave Tyra a sour look when she hung up her phone.

At the Chancellor Estate, Katherine, Murphy and Brock enjoyed a dinner prepared by Esther. Murphy noted that he'd never had a particular food before. Mackenzie thought about Billy; Kay asked her granddaughter if she'd be able to stay in town... Meanwhile, Chloe returned home to Billy and was all set to cook him dinner. Billy replied that he was going to take a drive to check in on Jill. Chloe wondered if he was going to go for another "walk" and visit Mac. She then asked him if Mac left town. Billy noted that he and
Chloe have already been married for much longer than he and Mac had been. "I'll probably never see Mac again, anyway," he added.... Murphy urged Mac to stay for Kay's sake.

Lily paid Chloe and Billy a visit and congratulated them on their marriage. When Delia began crying, both ran to comfort her. Lily then noted that Mac was back in town and Billy almost married her — until he and Mac learned they were cousins. "Only now you're not — isn't that ironic?" Lily said. Billy walked out. Chloe asked her to drop it and accused her of spying on them for Cane. Lily explained that it was her own decision to check in on them. She was sure that Delia was right where she belonged. "Nothing is going to stop us from being a family," asserted Chloe.... Billy returned to the Chancellor Estate and was greeted by Brock. Brock didn't think he should speak with Mac. Instead, Billy gave Brock his phone number and asked to give it to Mac; this way, she could decide what she wanted to do with it.

Devon stopped by Neil's to see Karen and Ana. Karen admitted that things are kind of "complicated" between her and Neil. Devon didn't say anything, but Karen realized he knew she'd been cheated on. Still, he thought Tyra should be invited to see Ana since Ana recognized Tyra as her mother. Karen was furious with him for taking Tyra's side; Devon explained that he was taking Ana's side and didn't feel like the girl should have to suffer for Neil and Tyra's mistake. Karen was confident that Ana would adjust to her new
life.... Neil ran into Cane at the GCAC bar. Cane filled him in on his and Lily's problems. Cane hoped Neil could get through to Lily, but Neil didn't think he could do anything. Cane compared Ana to Delia, but Neil noted that Chloe and Billy aren't drug addicts like Yolanda.... Tyra called Devon and asked if she could speak with Ana. Ana was thrilled to hear from her and said she missed her mom. Later, Neil met up with Tyra at Indigo and shared that he and Karen have family court scheduled for the next week. Tyra was
furious with him for trying to take Ana from him. Karen insisted to Devon that she can be a mother to Ana; Devon replied that he's going to make sure Tyra's in Ana's life.

Chloe called for Esther and was surprised when Mac answered the phone. Chloe masked if Billy was there, but Esther said he wasn't. Chloe was anxious for Mac to be out of town. Later, Billy returned and was distant toward Chloe. Meanwhile, Brock gave Mac the phone number and prepared to leave town. After, Mac revealed that she's staying in town, which thrilled Kay. She insisted to Brock that she's not staying for Billy; she's staying for Kay.... Lily met up with Cane at the GCAC and again stated that she's sure Delia is where she should be..... Later, Billy joined Chloe for the dinner she'd prepared. They ate in silence.... Mac sat on the steps on the Chancellor manse and regarded Billy's phone number. She then crumpled it and joined Kay and Murphy inside.

Friday

Adam wandered around the Newman Ranch, trying to find his way. Estella asked if he needed help, but he said he was fine. Victoria happened to be visiting and offered her sympathies about him losing his eyesight. He didn't want to hear it and snapped at her; she asked if they could just call a truce. "Whether you like it or not, we're family," she reminded him. "Hopefully you'll be nicer to Ashley and her baby than you were to Sabrina and hers," he replied. Ouch.

Sharon and Doris dined at the GCAC, where they ran into Jack and Ashley. Jack assured Doris that he'd always be there for Sharon, regardless of them getting divorced. After, Doris tried to get Sharon to open up to her about her life falling apart. "You can't stay in a hotel forever feeling sorry for yourself," she told her daughter. Sharon admitted that she's clashing with Noah over Eden.

Meanwhile, Noah and Eden made out in his car. He suggested that they head to the Abbott cabin so they could be alone. They declared their love for each other, but Eden wasn't sure she was ready to sleep with him. Noah understood and was willing to wait for her. They were interrupted by a park ranger, but Noah assured him that they had permission to be at the cabin.

At the GCAC, Jack introduced his sister to Mary Jane. He then informed Ash that Kay wants the Abbotts back at Jabot. Jack wanted to get started right away. Ashley was happy, but thought they should slow down. Jack wanted to drop the suit against Gloria, but Ashley thought they should proceed with it. After, Jack got a call from the ranger informing him about Noah and Eden being up by the cabin.

At the tack house, things were still tense between Phyllis and Nick. Phyllis tried to lighten the mood by noting that in the past they'd be playing a game when Nikki was babysitting Summer. "This isn't a game. Things can't go on like this," Nick stated. Phyllis was sick of having relationship talks. They were interrupted when Daniel stopped by; he filled them in on Amber and Kevin's drama. Phyllis and Nick agreed to take care of Amber's bail, if necessary.

Katherine met up with Amber at the courthouse before her arraignment and shared a reunion with her. Amber was thrilled that Kay had her life back and was shocked to hear that Jill isn't Kay's daughter. Kay also revealed that she's engaged to Murphy and was confident that Amber and Kevin would be at her wedding... Michael visited Kevin in jail and tried to explain to him what was going to happen at his arraignment. Kevin begged his brother to get him out of there and broke down as he realized he did some horrible things. Michael tried to get him to remember what happened with Clint, but Kevin became hysterical.... At Crimson Lights, Jana, Lauren, Gloria and Jeffrey worried about how Kevin was doing. Lauren assured them that Michael would do everything for Kevin and Amber.

Daniel arrived at the courthouse and embraced Amber. Daniel noted that he saw her mouth, "Help me," to the security camera. Michael, Lauren, Glo, Jeff and Jana joined them; Gloria and Lauren feared about what would happen if Kevin stayed locked up. In private, Michael admitted to Lauren that he's afraid Kevin has gone beyond the brink and won't come back. Heather arrived and Michael tried to tell her about Kevin's psychological problems. Heather, being Miss Everything Is Black or White, refused to hear it and accused Michael of not being objective. Michael kept pushing for Kevin to get a psych evaluation.... In his cell, Kevin rocked back and forth and kept telling himself that things would be okay.

Jack informed Sharon about Noah and Eden; Sharon was furious. Sharon assured him that she could handle her son on her own.... Nick and Phyllis continued to discuss their marital problems. Phyllis argued that she doesn't always go to her ex-husband, Jack, for help. Sharon then called and Phyllis begged Nick to not answer it. Of course, he did, and Sharon asked him to help her deal with Noah. He agreed. Phyllis wondered why Sharon couldn't go alone; Nick became angry and said that it's not about Sharon and is about Noah. Still, he refused to let Phyllis go with him. Phyllis didn't
want him going up to the cabin with Sharon by himself. He didn't listen to her and stormed out. Sharon called Lauren, who left the courthouse to help them out.

Victoria apologized to Ashley for being cold toward her and wished her well with her pregnancy. Victoria confided in Ash about how nasty she'd been to Sabrina and how she regrets it; she added that she sometimes feels Sabrina's presence at the ranch. Later, Estella invited Victoria to stay for dinner, but she turned her down. Ashley noted that Sabrina's sculpted egg was missing. Victoria hadn't seen it, either. Ash implored Estella to make sure
it was found. After, Estella admitted to Adam that she doesn't care much for Ashley. Ashley had a dream and called out for Sabrina. When she awakened, the silver baby rattle that had been given to Sabrina fell onto the floor.

MJ noted that Jack seems to be a man who goes for what he wants. She wondered if any of his ex-wives would be trashing him to the tabloids (since Phyllis wrote that scathing editorial in Restless Style), but he was confident that that wouldn't happen.... Phyllis called Nick and apologized to him for her outburst.

Nick and Sharon entered the cabin, but didn't see any sign of the teens. Sharon hoped they just went home. Nick went to call Phyllis to see if she heard from Noah; as Sharon sat alone, she thought about the last time she and Nick had been at the cabin — which was when they'd had sex..... A furious Lauren found the kids at the coffeehouse. They apologized for heading out without telling anyone; Lauren was grateful that they came back before they did anything. She reminded Eden that Michael has his hands full with Kevin and doesn't need Eden's drama on top of that. Lauren informed Phyllis, who wondered where Nick was. Lauren replied that Nick knew the kids had been found. Nick returned to the cabin and told Sharon that the teens were safe. He was all set to leave, but she seemed hesitant about exiting the cabin.

At the courthouse, Michael told the gang that Amber might get bail, but that there was no chance of that for Kevin. Kay wanted to be a witness, but he reminded her that with her memory loss, she wouldn't be helpful. Michael wanted to find Annie and Roger so they could give more background on what Kevin dealt with; he also wanted Kevin to be institutionalized. Jana broke down crying. Later, Michael made everyone promise that they wouldn't utter a
word during Kevin's arraignment. Kevin was then led into the courtroom looking dazed.
