Katherine and Nikki continued to catch up at the GCAC. Nikki felt funny keeping Kay's ring and gave it back to her. Gloria ran into them and reminded Kay how she was the first to believe Kay's identity, back when they were in jail together. Kay didn't recall ever being Gloria's friend and was shocked when Glo stated that Kay put her in her will. Nikki argued that the only reason Kay gave Gloria her stock was to honor John's memory. Gloria insisted that she and Kay were very close, and that she and Kevin saved Kay's life. Nikki got Gloria to leave by saying they had private business to discuss. Kay found it ironic that Gloria wanted to be her friend so badly while her own daughter didn't want to deal with her. Nikki called Jill and invited her to the club.

At Crimson Lights, Detective Wallace continued to question Amber, Jana and Daniel about Kevin's whereabouts. Jana became upset when she learned that Kevin robbed another bank in a different state. She was sure that someone was making Kevin do it and he was in serious trouble. Amber tried to assure her that he would be okay.

Kevin met up with Clint after making the robbery. Clint was thrilled with how much Kevin had taken. In fact, he became so excited over the money, he had a heart attack. Kevin told his "dad" that he should get a doctor, but Clint refused to leave the money alone. Clint then collapsed on the floor; "Dad!" Kevin wailed.

At the GCAC, Billy introduced Jack to the new PR executive, Mary Jane Benson. Jack was surprised to learn about the new hire. He told her that Jabot is a family-run business, but she noted all of the things he's done over the years that rendered him in need of an image overhaul. Jack still didn't think they needed her at the company, but Mary Jane was determined to help him out.

At the Chancellor Estate, Jill was horrified when Chloe informed her and Esther that she and Billy were moving back into the Abbott mansion with Cordelia. Jill and Esther then cooed over the baby as Chloe assured Jill that she's not booting Jill out of Delia's life. Jill still wasn't sure that Billy would be a responsible parent.

Billy went to visit Sharon in the hotel, but she told him to stay away. Billy didn't care that Phyllis knew about them. Sharon wondered what she'd tell Noah if he found out. Later, Sharon told Jack that she wanted to return to the Abbott mansion. He eagerly welcomed her home, but she reminded him that it didn't mean anything in regards to their marriage.

Victor called a meeting with Michael and implored Baldwin to convince the judge that being in jail was too dangerous for Adam because of his failing eyesight. Soon Heather joined them and they sat down with the judge and Adam to discuss the case. Victor stated that he thought Adam deserves to pay for his crime, but that because of Adam's eyesight, the circumstances have changed. He requested that the judge change the location of his imprisonment. The judge agreed to allow Adam to stay at the Newman Ranch with an ankle bracelet. "I'm glad you're out of prison," Heather told him.
"Is that right? Then why'd you send me there?" Adam retorted. Heather replied that it was her job. Victor encouraged Adam to show his gratitude by acting like "Victor Newman's son." Later, Ashley helped Adam get settled in, while Wallace placed the ankle bracelet on him. Ashley read Adam the document explaining how the monitor worked. Adam thanked Ash for helping him get out of prison. Ashley revealed that she's pregnant. Adam hoped he could have a good relationship with this sibling and offered to help her out in any way he could.... Victor met with Mary Jane, who informed him that Jack took the bait. Victor had more plans with her when it came to Jack.

Billy stopped by the Chancellor Estate and found Chloe now saying that she was going to stay there instead of the Abbott mansion. Billy was confused by her continuously changing her mind; she feared that she'd crowd him in the pool house. Billy warned that if she lived there, Cane would have access to Delia and begged her to return to the pool house.... Billy was surprised to learn that Sharon was moving back in.

Gloria met up with the gang at the coffeehouse and was concerned when they said they hadn't heard from Kevin. Daniel then told Glo that Kevin was the robber in the chipmunk mask, even though a tearful Jana protested.... Kevin stood over Clint's lifeless body and pleaded for his "dad" to get up. "Mom!" an anguished Kevin hollered. "I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to be bad!" Desperate, he dragged Clint's corpse into the closet and locked the door. "You are a bad, bad father and now you have to stay in the closet," Kevin lectured.

Jill joined Nikki and Kay at the club and was aghast when she saw Kay wearing the ring. She accused Kay of being a con artist and still insisted that her mother is dead. Kay was certain that her identity would soon be proven with the second DNA test. Later, Amber joined them; Nikki then got
the results from the DNA test, which also said that Kay and Jill aren't a match. A devastated Kay stormed out. Amber still supported her and promised to help her when she returned. Kay asked where she was off to; Amber explained that she was going to help out Kevin. She gave Kay some cash before she left... Nikki was surprised when she learned that Kay checked out of the hotel and left. Jill called Nikki a sucker. Kay stood outside the coffeehouse and told herself that she didn't belong in Genoa City. She hailed a cab and headed out of town.

Michael returned to the coffeehouse and was concerned when Daniel told him that Amber went to find Kevin on her own.... Amber went to the scene of the crime to get information.... Kevin watched himself on the news and asked his dead "dad" if he was proud of him.
