Jack was ready to celebrate Gloria’s ousting from the Abbotts. Ashley was still suspicious about the will. After, Jack was visited by John’s ghost. “This is not happening,” a confused Jack said. He and Ghost Dad agreed that they miss each other. John shared that being dead is “different than what you see in the movies.” After, he scolded Jack for his treatment of Gloria. Jack then told a shocked Ashley about his encounter. She reasoned that he saw their dad because Jack’s conscience is bothering him. Jack denied this, saying that John just felt like visiting him. However, when Ash stepped away, Ghost Dad returned and urged Jack to tell the judge the truth: that he’d coerced John into writing the new will when John wasn’t of sound mind and body. Jack argued that Gloria is untrustworthy; John pointed out that Jack is being dishonest himself. “Is that the kind of man you are?” he questioned. Jack insisted that this wasn’t about money, that it was because Gloria took John away from them.

Michael, meanwhile, told Gloria that they still could have a shot at winning. Glo was anxious to move out; Lauren assured her that she’s not in the way. The group soon got dressed for court. Kevin wasn’t sure Gloria should go, but she was determined to let the Abbotts know that they can’t get to her. She even put on a particular pin that John gave her. Later, at court — with Ghost Dad looking on — the judge prepared to announce her verdict. She noted that John definitely seemed to trust Gloria and that she had to investigate why John had decided to change his will. The judge then stated that the new will is valid. Gloria was, of course, hysterical. “Justice was served,” stated Jack. “How do you get to be so heartless?” she railed. “Please let us know where we can send the rest of your things,” he calmly replied. Ouch! Gloria continued to yell about how John loved her until her sons led her out of the courtroom…. Ashley thought the judge was a little hard on Glo and still wasn’t entirely convinced John had written that will…. Gloria wondered if she’d gotten what she deserves. Michael encouraged her to stay strong and promised that things will get better.

Noah critiqued Sharon’s French toast-making skills. She told him to eat his food and quit whining. “If I get sick and go to the hospital, it’ll be your fault,” he snapped. Sharon then asked her son if he likes Phyllis; Noah said that he likes Phyll because she likes to do “fun stuff.” He then dropped the bomb — that Phyllis and Nick are intending to get hitched. Soon, Nick arrived to pick up Noah. As Noah went to get his things, Sharon reamed him out for telling Noah about his and Phyllis’s plans before he told her. Nick promised to talk to their son about it. Sharon accused him of getting pleasure out of hurting her. Nick tried to explain that he and Phyllis had simply answered Noah’s questions about their relationship honestly. Sharon just went on about how Nick was trying to replace his family. When Noah returned, he and Nick left. Sharon turned away so they wouldn’t see her crying. Later, she called Brad. Dru then came by and Sharon filled her in on Nick and Phyll. Drur uged her not to let her relationships with men be he validation… Nick urged Noah to be “extra-nice” to his mom…. When the guys came home, Dru stood up for her friend and mocked Nick and Phyllis’s plans.

Jack went to the GCAC to enjoy a celebratory drink. When he spied Sharon there, he invited her to join him. She readily accepted.
