I've been watching OLTL off and on since the very first episode, and I don't ever remember hearing who Victoria's mother is. I know Victor was her and Todd's father, but her mom has me stumped. Does anybody know who she is?

I believe her name was Eugenia, she died when Viki was very young. Meredith, a friend of teen-aged Viki was Todds mother.

Didn't Viki also have a sister Meredith who was in love with Larry Wolek?

OK you are right, sorry. Eugenia Randolph was Viki's mother and Irene Manning was Todds.

Victor and Eugenia (nee Randolph) Lord were the parents of Viki and Meredith (who later married Larry Wolek). Victor and Irene Manning (Viki's best friend from school) were the parents of Todd and Tina.
