Like I said before, Robin was self absorbed, selfish, snotty, goody two shoes, etc way before the PPD.

I prefer it to the typical mob storyline - talk about getting old fast.

I'd be happy with any storyline that involves Maxie. Loved the way she kept dissing Matt in yesterday's episodes.

She may have dissed him out loud, but she knew he was right about Robin or she wouldn't have gone to Jason & guilted & berated him into talking to Robin. I think she secretly respects Matt as a doctor. It's his personality that bothers her. As for Robin, the writers have wandered off of it into typical soap nonsense with Patrick now being jealous of Jason, who is the one person who actually spoke to Robin in a nonconfrontational way. Yes, Patrick's at his wits' end. Did they really have to make him jealous & paranoid? He knows Jason respects their marriage & that Jason & Robin are ancient history.

I meant when she was dissin' him when he was asking her out. The little smart remarks with a half smile she was giving him. Lulu's little stunt she pulled when she convinced Kate to let Matt escort Maxie instead of Johnnie was the most sensible and enjoyable thing she has done in a very very long time. I actually enjoyed her (Lulu) today. I know it won't last though

No, probably not. But, maybe if they break her & Johnny up, we'll get the real Lulu (who she was when Julie Berman started playing her) back. I hate to say it, but I think, at least temporarily, Ethan may be the answer, whether he's her brother or Robert's son. I think a friendship between them might even be a way to make Ethan less annoying, too. I hope.

As far as the Robin storyline goes, I'm angry that I am turning out to be right in my assessment. They're taking a serious story that I hope is meant to be informative & turning it into a stale, been there, done that a million times, snooze. Patrick being jealous of Jason & now, Robin seeing Patrick & Liz with the children. The next thing will be her downing a bottle of pills & Patrick & Liz either coming close to or outright having an affair, ruining both characters. As it is, it was a little bit much having the "Brady Bunch"--like scenes of them in the park & I think totally inappropriate given the seriousness of the story & the emotions that go with it.
