Ya it appears that they recast her, however I do like this one I think she is prettier she just show the attitude as well that's all but you can tell she has acted before.

You know that Y&R has a history of recasting til they get the perfect fit... Does anyone remember how many Sharons that they went thr b4 they got that right?.I miss the old Edens attitude like her or not. It may have been that she didn't have the chops they wanted for the character, plus I don't tthink that she had the chemestry TPTB were looking for to make her and Noah story believable. Also it means that Y&R is about to ramp up this particular story, and wants to make sure that it is relatable AND believe able

Actually I don't really remember more than the one Sharon but I do remember that they had 2 Grace's before they got the right fit. However you are right about that, they really care about how a character will react to the story line and if the persons looks or personality doesn't fit they keep looking.

I don't know it it's even the looks or acting. The person NEEDS to fit in. I like the fact that TPTB do seem to get that most of the time LOL

Yes, Sharon was recast a number of times before they got it right. Sharon Case has been there quite awhile, but there were a couple and I think one was only on for a month or so.

Don't like this second one either -- very flat. Zip chemistry. Monotone; no emotion. Back to the drawing board...

I liked the first Eden. I'm not fond of this one... She does seem kind of flat and I have to agree that I don't see the chemistry either. Hm.

And I would agree, but you know TPTB if they don't see the chemistry they will keep going until they get what they think is right so I guess we just have to suck it up until they get it right. We know best since we watch the show on a regular basis but we really don't have much say.I didn't read anything about replacing her so maybe this is just temporary, one can only hope.

I'm with you Annie4. I didn't care for the first one and this one isn't doing it for me either. I can't seem to pin point what it is exactly, but it isn't working for me. I hope I start liking this one or they find the right one soon!
