I'm all for a more professional Fusion. Lord knows they couldn't get any lower than that pole dancing garbage from earlier this year. However, the ONLY person I see acting remotely like a professional is Kendall and yet, she's criticized by her back-stabbing, whiney staff and her completely useless partner! And I think AMC expects us to think Kendall is the unreasonable one, but she's the only one acting like a true boss except no boss would put up with the crap that her staff has been giving her. At least Kendall is WORKING. Greenlee takes off on trips (and I couldn't believe I was watching BABE give one of the OWNERS the okay to leave). Babe who works so hard strolls in late all the time and at HER launch party when there was a major PR crisis going on, she goes home (and if Colby was really sick why didn't they take her to the hospital?). Randi comes in late and is upset that Kendall didn't like it and then gave attitude because she wanted to take time off to talk to Frankie. Amanda has been a bit hit or miss, but I do agree that at least she seems to be working more than the rest. At least she stuck around to try to clean up the PR mess at the Bella launch and didn't take off to chase Ryan or go home.
Kendall just needs to fire the lot of them (though Amanda has potential) and Greenlee just needs to go. I don't buy Greenlee's great love for Fusion nor her declaration that she wouldn't give up her shares in it. Uh, remember when she gave them to Babe in 2005? Yeah, that's about the extent of Greenlee's love and commitment to Fusion.
The problem is that they're not even giving Fusion anything that remotely resembles Ugly Betty. From Pratt's interviews he clearly saw Babe and Amanda as the poor down trodden employees which in UB terms would mean they're the Betty's of the show. But Betty would NEVER attempt to take over the company and Betty IS loyal to her boss. Qualities we're not seeing in Babe and Amanda. More than anything, Babe and Amanda more closely resemble Amanda and Mark on UB, but those are two scheming, backstabbers, not "poor, put upon" employees.Kendall is the only one concerned about this company. Amanda I think does have some concern, but she's been made a Babe worshipper. Babe is simply a greedy, whiney wench. Greenlee simply doesn't care about Fusion. If it stopped there with Greenlee, I would be okay. She is the owner and if she just wanted to be a silent partner, that's fine, but she's not. She's supposed to make important decisions, but she doesn't and talk about not being there.Really, if Pratt is serious about making Fusion a legitimate business, he needs to get rid of everyone and just let Kendall run it solo. Maybe have Bianca help her when she comes back and if Amanda could stop the Babe worship, she'd be good too. Randi might have some potential but she needs to lose the entitle attitude. The rest can go, namely Babe and Greenlee.

ITA.....and applaud you.....I don't know what Pratt's intent for Fusion is.... Frankly, the entire show is a mess right now, but Fusion is the worst..but Fusion has sucked since the reture of "REAL" GL..Kendall is the only one who is doing anything... She is the professional. Yet, everyone treats her like dirt...GL is useless....and needs to go.Babe makes me sick on any given day...Randi is a big WTH for me...Amanda has potential, but they waste her on Babe..Kendall has been the driving force of Fusion for a long time.. She actually loves the company, wants it to succeed, and puts everything into the company..Greenlee uses Fusion as a dumping ground and a way to spit on Kendall when she feels like it..Watching today, I thought was a missed opp for [censored]..... They continue to push this Kenlee crap and waste Amanda with Babe..... Why don't they see the golden potential of Kandy & Gabe...Have Kendall & Amanda team up... I think there would be great potential for those two as friends, co-workers, etc....Either kick Gabe out of the company or start a new company, kick Fusions butt, then take it from Gabe... Then, have Gabe team up as friends co-workers.....fellow baby-nappers... Greens/Babe have more in common then Kenlee or Mandy/Babe.... They both kidnapped Kane kids, both got away with it, and both were rewarded for their vile behavior by being annointed the town saints.... Hell, Babe could teach Greens how to kidnap a Kane child without almost killing that child and his brother in the process...Fusion is a dead horse and needs to end or Gabe need to go...JMHO, but Ugly Betty works in Primetime.... AMC is not Ugly Betty and Pratt's attempt to make it more like that has failed....Maybe, we will get lucky and the tornado will rip Fusion to shreds..... an extra added bonus would be if Gabe were inside.....never to be seen again..Then, Kendall & Amanda could bond over the loss of the two worthless baby-nappers who smiled to their faces, but spit on them behind their backs...
