TMZ reports that Brian Austin Green (ex-David, BEVERLY HILLS, 90210; ex-Brian, KL) has filed a lawsuit against Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo (ex-Brenda, GH; ex-Gina, 90210) — the mother of his 9-year-old son, Kassius — claiming he loaned her more than $200,000 that she never paid back. The actor wants the full payment back, plus additional unspecified damages. The two met while starring on the popular prime-time soap 90210 together from 1998-2000.
