A Los Angeles Superior Court judge tossed out a lawsuit Brian Austin Green (ex-David, 90210; ex-Brian, KL) brought against his ex Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda, GH; ex-Gina, 90210) over purported unpaid loans, reports eonline.com. Green was seeking $200,000 from Marcil, whom he met while they both appeared on BEVERLY HILLS, 90210. The duo share a son, Kassius, 10.
