Any fans? Yet another vampire/human love story that has me absolutely HOOKED. The second episode made me a fan. I don't particularly care for some of the graphicness, but it's a cable show - it comes with the territory. Besides, I love being excited about a show and anticipating a new episode every week.

Is that the one that was on Sunday nights? There was a show on last year that sounded like that, but I can't remember the name of it. It was about a vampire from way back who becomes "involved" with a detective or something. I loved it, though. If it's the same one, when is it on this season?

This is a different show. The detective show was on regular TV. This new one is on HBO. I saw the first episode and thought it was good. If you liked the detective one you will like this one.(If you don't mind the graphic sex) In my area it's on at 8:00 on Sunday night.

Of course all of the good shows are on channels that I don't have, just like GH: Night Shift. Just my luck! It sounds like it would be a good show to watch, too.

True Blood is definitely one of them. It's out there and fun to watch. Vampires have "come out of the coffin" and are living openly amongst humans as citizens of the country. The show follows Sookie Stackhouse who lives in a small town in Louisiana. She can read minds - everyone's except vampire Bill Compton's. The two of them are all sorts of crazy, sexy, cool.

Didn't think that I'd like it either but it's grown on me slowly but surely

Yeah, me too. The premise (the Japanese have invented a synthetic blood that they sell as a drink, so Vampires have "come out of the closet") is incredibly interesting. Anna Paquin is quite good too, it's hard to believe that's the little girl from "The Piano."

It's interesting cause it shows a differenty side of racisim, and how ppl react to the unknown. It's still a hoot tho I liked when the cop wet his pants. Hopefully they'll be able to keep it interesting.
