I thought about this question myslef - Nick didn't call the police because he isn't interested in real justice. Emily is leaving I would love for Jack to find out Nick lied about Summer and he, Phyllis and Summer move into Jacks and be a family and have a kid he can raise. Than Jack can go after Victor ( and Win) because he almost killed his daughter (when Patty kissed her with the peanuts). Sharon Finds out the DNA was wrong and the baby is really JAck's and him and Phyllis fight for faith and they win because sharon lives in a hotel, in love with Adum and she doesn't havethe kid for more than 5 min before she hands her off and goes running.
