OMG she sure is!! Even though Brooke is the biggest hoe in soaps, it was Thomas who kissed her. Of course Brooke should have told Ridge about it; after all he forgave her for screwing her daughter Hope's then boyfriend Oliver so hey we all know he'll forgive her for any dayum thing. I hate em all!!
