I think it is time for Tad to find another true love (Cara) and let go of the Dixie saga. Life goes on...and Cara is the element that Tad needs.
In real life we have to give our soul mates up at some time in life and put them to rest with our past. Dixie should be gone forever. I don't like the idea that they are bringing her back once again...it will not add anything...just confuse the issue of Tad falling in love with Cara.
Tad and Cara have such good chemistry - hasn't her acting improved since Passions. And Tad who has also mostly become a much better actor in the decades - hasn't had a girl in years. Although I do kind of like him with the mother of Jenny.
