Okay, I'm sorry but I have had enough of Starr.
Kissing her teacher
WTF...now she is practically stalking him in the school hallway after the dance that ended hours ago. And that nasty message she left on Cole's voicemail; she's going to eat those words
She needs an old fashioned whippin
Quote:OMG, finally someone agrees with me, about the little b$#@*, I am so tired of hearing her wine and act like a selfish brat, and she is too young for this storyline they should just age her I'm sick of seeing her face. Wow, that wasn't very nice. I think she is just falling apart and reeling from losing her daughter. I don't really think she understands what she is doing. I would hate them to age her, not necessary and it is nice that the same actress has played her. I hate when soaps age characters it is stupid to me.

Kristin Alderson is a wonderful and talented actress, and I've enjoyed seeing her growing up on the show, into a beautiful young lady. And you say she's to young for the part...she got pregnant, gave birth, went through what she thinks is the death of a child. Starr isn't your average teenager. Give her a break. Also...there's no need to be calling her the B word, and that your sick of seeing her face, that is the same thing as slamming the actress...whick is against the board rules, or haven't you read them. This sounds a lot like you are slamming the actress. That's against the Guidelines!
Thanks for playing board police! Yes, that kind of slam against Kristen Alderson is absolutely against our rules. I've deleted the original post but kept the quoted portions so people know what kind of comment to avoid. Also? Can we dial it down with the all-caps for thread titles? In Internet culture, that constitutes shouting!

OMG! Yes!!! The all caps (as funny as it sounds) turns me off and hurts my eyes.
And I just figured out that it's each reply's title that shows when you're browsing the forums! So the caps have to be edited out of each post!
LOL.
I agree the whining has ben a little hard to take lately but I have an 18 year old daughter, (not teacher chasing) so I can see her acting the same way... Starr would be one charactor I would be really ticked off if they ever "age". Unless she wants to leave for college or bigger & better things, but if the show every made that choice I would be really ticked. Agin she is acting her age minus the chasing the teacher thing... now thats a little trashy on the writers part. A crush is understandable but the kiss was a bit much for me. He better be glad Blair is down at the moment because if she finds out she will chew him up...
ROFL!!! I didn't even think about editing the Subject. Thank you for that tip Mala!
Thanks I love the actress that plays Starr. Like everyone else she is just playing what she is given. I am glad they took that post down, so unnecessary. I know sometimes I crossed the line without realizing it, hopefully that was the case.
You were fine Hun. I love how we've watched the same actress grow up. I don't think it's so out of character for her to "chase" after Mr J. She's gone through so much and it's only natural that she would lash out and even (as icky as it is) kissing Mr J. I can't wait to watch her face when she realizes her baby is alive. That might just be her Emmy reel for next year.
The Alderson siblings have really been great since they started on the show. Kirsten can keep up with Trevor, Robin, Kassie, and Susan without hestitation. I hope that they keep her on a long time. This storyline is about how no one knows what she went through with her lying about Todd except for Mr. J because he lied about his mom. He burnt the letter and told Tea that he had no idea why his mom did those things. They have that bond. I think this is just a crush where she needs someone to talk to without them berating her for what she did on the stand. Cole has been treating her poorly since he found out she wanted to give up the child to Marcie. I thought what a smart and intelligent woman Starr is becoming. She knew she would have support from her family, but she still felt that she was not ready for parenthood. Cole should have thought about the child instead of himself. If he had, he would have realized that they were still young and had futures ahead of them. Marcie would have made a terrific mom. Can't wait for everyone to find out about the baby. Switch.
