You got it! Here's how it'll be:Jason will be dumb enough to believe Rayner's done with him & he & Sonny will go back to business as usual until Rayner finds Spinelli & grabs him. They can never decide whether Jason's a moron or a genius & law enforcement is portrayed 1 of 2 ways on this show. Either they're morons (PCPD) or overly ambitious bad guys (FBI) (Yawn)Spinelli & Winnie will get cozy while Maxie's going through all kinds of torture, probably losing her beloved job, only to find Spinelli & Winnie in a predictably compromising position. She'll return to PC in time for the fireworks as Johnny's part in Michael's shooting is revealed & Lulu dumps him. They console each other (yawn twice).Patrick confiding in Liz can only lead to an affair, which will lead Robin to act completely out of character (pre postpartum) & attempt suicide. (dozing)As for Rebecca, what was the point of making her so different from Emily if they're only going to have her interact with the same 6 people she worked with before? Why not get her involved in the mob storyline? It'll give Jason a chance to walk a mile in Monica & Alan's shoes. He always thought of himself as a guy who looked like their son. Make him have to deal with the same tangle of emotions his parents did. Add a bit of humor & shock value by her having a crush on him & determined to make him see her as someone he wants to be with. It would give her a chance to act with Steve & Maurice in a new way & it would be humorous to see her interact with Max, Milo & Diane. Her effect on all of them would also set Claudia off balance, which could lead to her screwing up & accidently exposing her secret. It would be a whole lot better than where they're heading with her story now, which is snoozeville.
I read a blurb somewhere that memories of emily are going to affect eveyone she knew INCLUDING Rebecca.Uh...sounds like 'related' or 'brainwashed' to me.

Lucky all over again or long lost twin. How's this? Paige had a nasty husband who left her when Em & Rebecca were little & took Rebecca with him. Em either didn't remember her or Paige convinced her Rebecca was her imaginary friend because she didn't have the resources to find him & bring Rebecca home.
That sounds like something Guza would do. Of couse some fresh original stories would be nice.
He's proven in the past that he's capable of original stories. I don't know why he won't even try. It's just 3 plots, recycled with either different characters or different generations. When Michael wakes up it'll be Jason & the Quartermaines all over again. With Rebecca, there's a million different ways they can go. They don't need to resort to same old, same old. Give the audience some credit & take a chance. It's not like they're afraid of a negative response or the mob storyline wouldn't be their primary story.

Thank you. The idea came from the characters themselves & if the writers thought that way & were a little more adventurous instead of doing the same old thing all the time they could create some wonderful stories. The mob story is obviously here to stay, but it doesn't have to be the same boring explosion/shootout every week to engage the audience. There is a lot more to the mob in real life than shootouts & if the writers made the effort, they could come up with original story for them as well as the rest of the cast without killing or seriously wounding characters every week.

All the above is typical Guza: Predictable, and boring.Plot Plot Plot.
