Thank you for looking into why Days edited John & Marlena's recent love scene. It still makes me mad that we didn't see all the good stuff Deidre and Drake talked about it your magazine a couple of weeks before.Do you think TPTB are at all considering the flashback option?

Like the others above, thank you for looking into that love scene thing.I'm curious as to whether or not there'll be either a Deidre Hall interview (like a long one) or maybe a joint Deidre Hall/Drake Hogestyn one for us J&M fans with their story hopefully starting to move along towards the actual love part of this love story?

I'm very happy to see a message board on SOD!!! YEAH!!!Thank you for taking the time to answer questions. Are you planning to do in-depth interviews with James Scott and Alison Sweeney? They have worked so hard this past year playing dual roles of EJ/ Sami and Santo/Colleen and I think they are absolutely magical together. IMHO they were ROBBED in that they were about the only people in Salem that *didn't* go to Ireland for the conclusion of the Santo/Colleen story. (Sometimes you just have to shake your head and wonder...why?)

I hope that he knows that the feedback regarding his NEW character (we call him Jawn) is VERY positive throughout the message boards. Do you think that Days made a mistake firing Martha Madison? She and Jay Kenneth Johnson's Philip have so much chemistry together. I would love Martha to come back as Belle and reunite with Philip. Do you think it could happen?

Thank you Stephanie for trying! That was so nice of you. Maybe one day we can see the J&M love scenes that were taped in their entirety in flashbacks, but I won't be holding my breath. Loved the new pictures in SOD of Deidre and Drake and can't wait to see more from that photoshoot!!! Thank you soo much.I'm starting to enjoy the new dynamic between John and Marlena this week, and I hope John starts to open up more the Marlena emotionally and that Marlena starts to find things in this John to love. I do want him to get his memories back, but I don't necessarily think the disk needs to be involved or that he needs all his memories back. Deidre and Drake have been awesome. Can't wait to see more of them on screen.

I believe it's time for an Ejami shoot. I hope you do find those 'crucial, missing scenes'. I need to find out if there was some nekkidness or something so I know there's a real reason to have all these conspiracy theories I've been reading about.

I would like to know why there is no explanation for the absence of EJ and Sami. After having them on our screen almost everyday, to being ripped from Days. It's going on two weeks now??? Where's our EJami?

I would also love to see an Alison Sweeney and James Scott interview.

Two weeks and you call that "ripped from DAYS"?! Perhaps Ali's finally been given a long deserved vacation. And no I am not saying that to be mean. Ali has worked very hard that last few years, especially juggling her other show. Perhaps she's taken some time off? Or, perhaps the writers just need a few weeks to get some of these other sl's moving? If the day comes when Ejami aren't seen for an entire summer, well that would be a day I could see fans crying. But two weeks, well that's hardly anything to start complaining about.

Do you know if there will be a dance for J&M coming up. There is a spoiler that John will create a romantic dinner for Marlena at Chez Rouge. I want to see what happens the first time they dance.....will John feel anything? How will it make Marlena feel?

Hey.Stephanie. There have been rumors that the reason Martha and Brandon were fired was because the Phelle pairing was becoming popular and was threatening Shelle. So rather than going with Philip and Belle, the writers just wrote Shelle off the show in order to save the Shelle coupling. Is this true? Thanks for answering our questions, this is great!

Hi Stephanie, a lot of Drake Hogestyn fans have been wondering if the cigars Drake is smoking (as Jawn) are real or are they fake? Because Drake is so health conscious, we just can't see Drake smoking for the role BUT we're talking about a man who lost a massive amount of weight and muscle when John was Stefano's prisoner and also for the coma storyline, but I still hope the cigars are fake.Thanks so much!

The reason I am taking a wait and see attitude is because I don't know when I'll be at the set next and I don't know what the story will be until I"m there. Those interviews work best in person, when actors are together.

Based on upcoming spoilers, it sounds like Marlena needs to teach John what love is. Have you heard anything that indicates the sl is heading in that direction?

I wish TPTB would put more focus on John & Marlena finding their way to each others heart again and spend less time showing me how obsessed John is with his newly acquired power. It's a total turn off.

I just have a few questions..As other posters have asked:Why does an interview with Alison and James need to be reliant on the presence of Lucas and Nicole on the show?I understand that you prefer to do it in person but what if they are not involved in the EJ and Sami storyline. We don't even know when Bryan returns to the show. It's a bit curious to me. Another question..There is a perception that SOD/SOW is anti-James/EJ/EJami. I actually stopped buying it because of an article a few weeks ago. Why should EJ/Sami fans buy SOD at this point if you seemingly refuse to cover them?Thanks,Ang

Thank you Ang for raising your point. It has been my observation for a long time that many seem to be biased towards this couple. I think Ejami, regardless of december, as actors are hot on screen together. To me the couple brings a freshness to a show that is long past stale in its approch to storylines and story archs. Here atleast is a storyline that has tension with an issue that needs resolving. Whereas the other storylines try to mimic this age old convention of building plot. It is troubling to me that the producers, directors, and writers of the show do not capitalize on this natural chemistry that is apparent between James Scott and Allison Sweeny. If Luke of GH, and Todd on OLTL can over come horrific pasts of rape then I think that Days can do this for EJ. All it requires is a talented writing crew that understands and is intuitive about writing. It saddens me that SOW has chosen to pick sides on this couple. At some point the whole notion of objective bias when it comes to journalism (albeit this is a soap journal) should be addressed, regardless of what the personal opinions of the writers of the magazine is. I am a feminist and have been fortunate enough to have gone to university to specialize in this theoretical discipline. I can say in all seriousness that feminists come in a wide array of epistemological standpoints. By condoning this couple does not make one pro rape, by condoning this couple does not make a person any less of a feminist. Condemn the action/performance/act of rape by encouraging the writers to WRITE more realistic storylines that are not steeped in the 1970's. We can do this by getting the writers to deal with the current storyline in a mature fashion, that sensitively acknowledges the inherent wrongness of the act, while at the same time keeping the couple in tact.~Imp

i agree with ang and implosion, ej and sami are the new hottest thing that is bringing new viewers to tune in, i would only consider buying SOD if ali and james were heavily featured, they are the only reason i watch, which is why these last few weeks, i have stopped turning the show on, without ejami on its just a waste of time
