Rylee is inevitable, like the rising and setting of the sun. All the comments from the actors about how Greenlee and David are a surprising couple, and Ryan and Madison are just getting started, has been filler until Rylee happens. Let's be glad the break lasted this long.On another note, the only reunion I'm waiting for and optimistic about is Zendall's. With Carolyn Hinsey saying on this very site that TK is returning in July with AM for a short time, and that ABC is currently talking to him now about a longer stay, I suddenly have more interest in AMC than I've had since Dec. 29, 2009. ABC may just have gotten the message that when it comes to getting their viewers back, they have to try harder. I hope they will break their backs (figuratively speaking) to get TK to do the commute. Only then will I stop watching Days of Our Lives and return to AMC, which is what it should all be about for ABC.

What a letdown for the David/Greenlee and the Ryan/Madison fans. They have my sympathies. They should have seen this coming a mile away. Rylee was inevitable from the moment Greenlee appeared in PV.

Personally I could care less, because neither Greenlee nor Ryan interest me at all. For all I care they can get on their motorcyles and ride off into the sunset or off a cliff.....whatever. All I care about is the good news that Carolyn Hinsey brought back from the Emmys.... that TK is returning with AM in July and that efforts are in progress for his longer return. I so hope these efforts bear fruit and TK is given amenable conditions for him to commute without taking away quality time from his family.

AMC has been floundering since both TK and AM left at the end of 2009. Their short stint in April left a lot to be desired, since it was all about Greenlee and the writing for Zach and Kendall was disappointing to their fans. The ratings have been going down consistently during 2010, except for some spurts when fan favorites returned for short cameo appearances and during some special events, e.g. the 40th Anniversary, James Mitchell/Palmer's passing, Jamanda's wedding. The loss of David Canary and the absence of Thorsten Kaye and Alicia Minshew has left a gaping hole in the AMC canvas. The writing for the show since it moved to CA has been less than stellar. The s/ls have not generated much interest and overexposing certain characters, has made some of us in the audience turn to other better written shows in the same time slot on other networks, namely Y&R and DOOL.

It is not going to be easy to recapture an audience lost by disrespecting fan bases of show favorites and bad writing, but efforts to get back one of the most talented, charismatic and beloved actors on the show, Thorsten Kaye, is a good beginning.

The only chance of survival this show has is to bring back TK. The writing and storylines have progressively gotten worse, and they continue to ignore huge mistakes and misjustices that were made....and let's face it, the fans are not going to be happy unless AMC rights some wrongs that they have made. Some characters need to start paying for their bad behaviour....namely: Ryan, Greenlee, Annie, Bianca, David & I still think Madison should pay for killing her husband. AMC has allowed characters to get away with too much, and it leaves a bad taste in the audiences' mouth. Truth be told, characters like Annie & Madison should have been gone a long time ago. That's why they are called story arcs. After it was revealed that she was the one who killed her brother, we should have seen her disappear from the canvas. Instead she was allowed to act out over and over and over again. The same goes for Madison...after revealing that she killed her husband, she should have been locked away. Instead they tried to turn her into a likeable character for the fans...only problem is, the writing for this character hasn't allowed for her to be liked by the fans.As for David, Greenlee & Ryan...it's obvious that TPTB think the show can't go on without them, so I'm not even going to waste my breath begging for them to be written off the canvas; however, I will say it is way past time for these characters to get what they have coming to them. David particularly has been coming up with a different scheme every other day....it's far beyond ridiculous. All three of these characters need to pay......and pay big.Then there's Bianca. I'm not sure how I feel about this new actress yet....but I will say that the attitude that she's toting around is already on my nerves. Bianca has a lot to be punished for, so I don't get this self-righteous attitude of hers. I really hope when Kendall comes back, she puts her little sister in her place. If AMC doesn't do at least that, they will lose a large part of their audience.....and they can't afford to lose much more.

Great post and so right on target..ITA, but will also add this...Rylee are two vile, disgusting characters who have gotten way too many free passes....Ryass is nothing more than a woman abusing thug.....who never pays and his victims are forced to blame themselves for Ryass abuse and spend thier days singing his praises...GL is a baby-napping, baby-maiming, stalker who just attempted to get Erica sent to prison by cooking the books and not only keep quiet about Erica's plane crash, but actually did everything to keep others from searching for Erica.......When Zen return I truly hope that TPTB will do something to bring viewers back and that will be to keep Zendall the hell away from the dead weight that is sucking the life out of the show..No RYlee proppingNo fake, forced, contrived BS Zach-GL, Kendall-Ryass friendship that doesn't exist....No fake sister crap btw Kendall and BB..... All of these things happening would go a long way to correcting the mistakes Pratt made and was allowed to present. If Frons wants to gain back all the viewers he's been losing every week, he needs to give the fans some closure and satisfaction. The inappropriate baby that Bianca had by her brother in law needs to be corrected; Greenlee and David need to pay for their despicable behavior; Annie needs to die. And oh yes, bring back Zendall. I must say it was a great pleasure to see David and Greenlee get evicted from their home today. It was just like Palmer to be sneaky and do this. I loved it. But that was too benign a punishmnet for what they did. I hope Jesse nails the both of them. They deserve to pay.Let Ryan and Greenlee be together....I can FF though them together. When does Kendall return to town??

I've been wondering the same thing. Feels like the longest maternity leave in history. If AMC was smart, they should play up her return, rather than waste all those advertisement dollars on David, Ryan & Greenlee....the three most hated characters on the show. I don't care if her & Zach's return is a month away, start a damn countdown, so the fans have SOMETHING to look forward to.These current storylines, if that's what u want to call them, just suck.

I for one am not happy about this so called reunion. I kinda wanted Greenlee and David to stay together and make one another miserable. No such luck. I am really starting to dislike every character on this show. Seems that the only couple I really care about are Jesse and Angie, and I am so glad they are making them frontburner. I will admit though, the scene where Madison was watching Ryan drink that water after his morning jog made me thirsty. I may not care for Ryan, but he is really on point if you know what I mean!

Back in the day, I may have agreed with you, but it's too the point now where is good looks can't even help him. I absolutely hate this character! He makes my stomach cringe every time I see him on the screen. The only days I can half-way watch the show, are days that aren't featured around Ryan, Madison, Greenlee, & David. Although the rest of the days with Annie, Jr, Scott, Marissa, Damon, Colby, Fake Liza & Tad aren't any better. I just pray for days where Angie & Jessie are featured, they are about the only people I can tolerate.

Have them prop the waste and go from there...Zendall's return will work if TPTB really "LISTEN" to the fans this time......
