I think you are absolutely right on this one, but let us not forget that Billy has his sights on Lily and if they start a thing what do you think Chloe will do about that. And I still say that Skanky will go after Cane just to exact some sort of revenge for her best friend, she seems like the type that would do just that.

If Skanky goes after Cane you can count on her friendship with Lily to be OVER. Job? check. sleep with her ex husband? Check. Try to take over Lily's whole life, almost a check. She is even involved in the poor excuse of a storyline of internet dating. Lily needs to get her drunk on like her Dad used to and hang out at Indigo to find someone fresh and new.

As far as Billy being attentive to Lily's feelings, the only feelings Billy is attentive to are his own. And I think Labner is right Cane is putting on a front. And if Billie keeps showing up where Cane and Chloe are and vice versa Cane is going to put 2 and 2 together and come up with an answer that will blow both Chloe and Billy out of the water. But in the mean time I hope Lily gets a set and rips into Chloe but good it might make her feel better.
