Is this another case of frozen sperm? Victor had a vasectomy years ago, when he was still married to Niki . Is Victor getting so up there in age that he forgot about the vasectomy? Or is this another side effect of the epilepsy? Some of us have been watching for a while, and our memories seem to be in much better shape than the writers.

Victor has had 2 of them now!! The first was before Nikki, but he had that reversed. Then he had ANOTHER one after Hope (around the time of Diane). I don't know if they are now trying to claim that he had that one reversed too or what. Can they just keep reversing them? Wouldn't the doctor have some questions about the fact that Victor had had one reversed already before giving him another one? I don't really know how these things work, but I don't think you can just have it done and undone like it's nothing.
