This is just a general question about networks really. How come they can use Roger's pics but they can't use his flashbacks?
Another question is if everyone is so concerned with Marty knowing the whole truth and nothing but the truth how come no one has told her why she forgave him all those years ago?

That's a good question about why they can show RH in pictures but not old scenes. Maybe old footage costs more?But the Marty thing...Marty never forgave Todd for the gang rape. When she came back in 2004, she testified in his defense (when he was accused of raping Blair) but she also admitted on the stand that she was unable to forgive him for raping her.
