Does Elie or however you spell his name know that Ross isn't dead? I know that Tea and Danni know that he is alive but does he? If not than that might explain why he was trying to frame Todd. He blames Todd and Blair too I guess for Ross dying. That might be why he is doing what he is doing. Just read they have recast Ross yet again. I liked Michael Lowry playing the role, nothing against Billy Wallock just liked him better.
