Phyl doesn't want Daniel to go to jail for the murder of Ray Elkin's, and refuses to let him take the rap for the murder, so she goes to extremes. While Amber visits with Daniel at the hospital, Phly hears that the real killer tossed a gym bag into the dumpster the nite that Ray was killed. Soi she Nick,Micheal, Lauren, Murhp, Kevin, Jack And Kay go to the dump to help Phly ( Newmans digging thru the dump, (trash)PRICELESS along with Mrs C?) Daisey shows up to help just as Eden finds the bag. Heather takes a look at the bag, and sees a ski mask, and other evidence. Heahter & Micheal both agree that the mask and other items need to be tested for DNA ASAP. Alone Phyl keeps digging, and comes across the shooters cell phone, which has 3 voicemails on it. Listening to the messages she hears one from .....Deacon!!. Phyl decides to pay Deacon a visit, and Deacon is very intimidated by Phyl. Especially when she makes him an offer, that she'll destroy the phone IF he KIDNAPS Amber, and leaves GC. Deacon AGREES to the deal. But the obvious question is will this come back to bite Phyl in the butt, and cause more problems for Daniel? And JUST HOW long is Amber SUPPOSED to be kidnapped? For YEARS? She's not going to go WILLINGLY>>>DUH! You just KNOW something will go wrong with this plan.....But will Deacon end up turning the tables on Red? Stay tuned.......
